一向有癮試不同餐廳的海南雞飯。Yamm的海南雞飯回頭率偏低。賣相：美倫美煥，對得住酒店質素，不過一望便是太精緻，相信唔夠飽。飯：熱辣辣，雞油（還是雞湯）煮的，夠味又不膩，好吃。雞肉：全去骨，嫩滑，共十小件。湯：好像是雞湯底加菜和幾片冬菇滾過的。醬汁：黑甜豉油好味！不要少看這個黑豉油，真的試過有餐廳的黑豉油有色、好杰、沒香甜味！索價$228，味道可以，份量應多1/3，才稱心。現時為止，只有Renaissance和MO Bar的海南雞飯會再光顧！…Read More

Wonderful relaxing ambiance for Sat long lunch. Staff knowledge to oyster is good. Service is impeccable. Staff are nice, polite, friendly but also leave you enough room to enjoy your own food and chit-chat.Oysters are fresh and good quality. The usuals are tasty, like Kumamoto, Tasmania, Ecallie d'Argent, Le Fleur de l'eau and Black Pearl. Have some impressive staff recommendations - Shigoku, Kiwa. They do the steak RIGHT! We had rib-eye and roasted beef in early Dec and couldn't agree anymore - they do the steak really good.  We were lucky to book the Christmas brunch with our friends and everyone loves the food, esp - the meat!As recommended by the friendly and knowledgable staff, roasted beef with bones is spectacular.  Tho' I ususally love my meat in medium rare, the well-done grilled meat and fat near the bones are just wonderful! Table-side cooked flaming lobster bisque is a extremely pleasant surprise.  Apart from the generous portion, I agree with NatalieJunior's that the texture is just perfect, neither too thick or thin.  Always love that with the cheese-taste, crispy baguette together.Had venison fillet this time.  Meat is tender and tasted quite gamey.  If I will try that again, I might want it to be more charcoal-grill instead.  OMG.. dessert is another course no one can miss here.  We tried Mangoes Foster this time.  A refreshing one after a meaty meal!…Read More
