第一次點酸辣湯底,無諗過其實嗰個唔係酸辣湯,我諗應該叫麻辣湯,除咗同認知的酸辣湯相差甚遠外,平時上海舖叫酸辣湯係預咗可以飲埋,但呢個真係只係湯底,個湯底好似水煮魚水煮牛肉嗰啲咁,滿佈一層紅油係面,仲有好多花椒殼,完全無法飲用,亦無酸味,同基本認知相距甚遠。佢嘅餃子皮偏薄嗰款,無乜咬口,唔好好啱我胃口,亦可能係餃子皮索曬啲油,食到成口油。另外叫咗份雞腎,味唔錯,但啲雞腎好淋,同行友人話覺得唔似食雞腎咁…Read More

昨天因要遲吃晚飯,太概晚上9:00,所以選了旺角的一壽司,已經太久沒有去,原來黑夜壽司時段已經提早了晚上6:00已開始。不須等很久已經可以入座,很快點了些食物,等了廿多分鐘都才開始上菜,但食物就像飛碟一樣,降落在隔離枱的邊緣,之後每一碟都沒有放到我們四人的中間,除了飲品外。第一碟來的是帆立貝壽司,帆立貝是沒有味道的,而那舊飯的飯粒口感怪怪的,飯粒面是糊的,內裡是實的,而味道亦是很淡淡的,之後每件壽司上的肉都是淡而無味,那件極品吞拿魚極品得像一片西瓜放在一件壽司飯上,某個程度,我覺得爭鮮的味道還更好。招呼和食物質素都嚴重下降,像是一間苟延殘存的店,老本應該食不了很久吧。…Read More

點了一個鴨肉喬麥麵,一個豚肉炒麵,一客蟹肉牛油果卷物,一些串燒。知道這間餐廳主要是關西燒,並非故意不點,其實是因為炒麵是放在關西燒的菜牌上,令我誤會了點錯其實是沒有關係的,最主要是好食但豚肉炒麵真的很一般,麵條很重梘水味,新城市廣場Food Court的匠工房秀吉比他好得多鴨肉喬麥麵,真的不好食,沒有鴨味,喬麥麵又普通蟹肉牛油果卷,居然是用蟹柳如果這一餐是兩個人$200以下的,我會覺得是ok的,但如果收取這個價錢,但只是給顧客此等食材,又要限時個半小時內交枱,真的有點兒那個總括而言,所有食物都非常一般,此等價錢,此等食物,完全不值…Read More
