To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 點了一個鴨肉喬麥麵,一個豚肉炒麵,一客蟹肉牛油果卷物,一些串燒。知道這間餐廳主要是關西燒,並非故意不點,其實是因為炒麵是放在關西燒的菜牌上,令我誤會了點錯其實是沒有關係的,最主要是好食但豚肉炒麵真的很一般,麵條很重梘水味,新城市廣場Food Court的匠工房秀吉比他好得多鴨肉喬麥麵,真的不好食,沒有鴨味,喬麥麵又普通蟹肉牛油果卷,居然是用蟹柳如果這一餐是兩個人$200以下的,我會覺得是ok的,但如果收取這個價錢,但只是給顧客此等食材,又要限時個半小時內交枱,真的有點兒那個總括而言,所有食物都非常一般,此等價錢,此等食物,完全不值
