灣仔兼職第四日,同事知道我愛喝茶走,是日推介,瑞士咖啡廳。在荔枝角工作時有注意這餐廳,沒想有分店,此好提議,當然一試。遺憾是前往途中,得知午膳時間縮減至一小時,餐廳與工作地點距離需時,呀呀呀。哀嚎。食店位於二樓,地方寬敞,座位鬆動,地板階磚,樓面裝修,復古設計,窗外陽光,恍如時光回轉,氣氛一流。常餐 食物豐富,有瑞士汁雞翼,牛油多士,火腿奄列以及公仔湯麵。 瑞士汁雞翼乃招牌,顏色古黑,雞翼雖賣相不美觀,皮甩沒光澤,但必定是浸泡多時,果真,肉骨鬆軟非常,用刀叉便可拆骨起肉,頓感驚嘆,而且,入口軟嫩可口,開心的是連雞翼軟骨處,也可拆食。好。牛油多士,火腿奄列及公仔湯麵正正常常,普普通通,不甚特別。茶走好喝,用黑白淡奶瓦杯盛裝,懷舊之感,增添風味。瑞士汁炒河同事的瑞士汁炒河,賣相很不俗,黑色油光亮麗,綠色蔬菜墊底,呀!比我前天的小廚乾炒牛河吸引多了!不知味道如何!呀呀呀!…Read More

兼職第三日,跟同事到灣仔駱克道熟食中心午膳,每日無所事事的兼職,最期待的就是午膳,每日到新的餐廳,見識下港島區打工仔的午市盛況。灣仔駱克道熟食中心,也是以前工作時常知道的地方,也是懶得去逼人,沒有去過。心知多人,真實去到,真的很多人,原打算繞場一週,也打消念頭,見到空位,急忙坐下。中記小廚,人頭攢動,驟眼所見,大多男性,也有女士,三四五人,男人地盤,西裝友地盤佬,滿檯都是,飲食之時,職業階級,也沒分別。乾炒牛河 中記姐姐招呼,坐下點菜,乾炒牛河和茶走,茶記必選。牛河賣相一貫低調,黑壓壓,神秘莫測,雖不吸引,但鑊氣足夠,河粉油滑,條條分明,牛肉有口感,不帶梳打粉餘味,芽菜爽口,一爽一滑一煙韌,讚。茶走茶香奶滑,練奶份量適中,好喝。椒鹽雞小炒 啤酒來到小廚,豈能不叫小炒,同事點椒鹽雞加啤酒,午飯選擇如此瀟灑,甚為欣賞。椒鹽雞賣相非常吸引,雞肉色澤金黃,香氣四溢,肉下青菜,顏色悅目,甚為動心。估計廚師濕炒椒鹽雞,略帶汁,但不損雞肉美味可口,肉滑但微鹹,配啤酒是最佳選擇!同桌的湯飯,大碗足料,有肉有菜,再有白飯,似乎是必食,鄰桌不少人的選擇。今次初嚐,下次可試!…Read More

紅磡區最愛的食店,沒有之一,是最愛的。每次都愛食櫻花角切魚生飯,好食,抵食,沒有挑剔,唯一缺點,就是每日限量供應,遲來一步,就沒了。幾次來到,都賣光,今日趁食店未開店,就來等開門,但我並不是最早的,有三個菲律賓姐姐已在,呀,這麼出名的嗎。店長一轉門牌為營業中,微笑招呼內進,奉上茶水,地上餐牌,我立即下單「櫻花角切魚生飯」,那種心情,終於食到,激動莫名。櫻花角切魚生飯喜愛這個飯是因為它真材實料,飯底並非普通日本白飯,有蘑菇蒸煮過,飯有菇香,煙韌香滑。配以多種魚生,三文魚,帶子,魷魚,池魚,三文魚籽,加上一顆溫泉蛋,滿滿一碗,材料豐富,而且新鮮,真的好味。蒸蛋日式的蒸蛋有一個專有名稱,但我還是喜愛叫這個做蒸蛋,因為真的很有家裡食蒸蛋的香滑,內有雞肉香菇,增添鮮味,雞蛋滑入口,其香其滑,一食難忘。面豉湯內有海帶,數粒海鮮,湯味清香,喜愛這湯,沒有坊間的味精,只放面豉,喝後沒有口渴之感沙律還有生菜玉米番茄沙律!豐富得很!最喜愛這店的原因之一,是午飯後會有小甜品,每時期並不一樣,這次是糯米糍,因太飽了,吃不下,便不浪費。…Read More
