火鍋控經常都想打邊爐,今次去咗新蒲崗一間高質火鍋店。一心想試佢地嘅雙龍吐珠海鮮鍋,大份又多海鮮,湯底滿滿鮮味,喜愛龍蝦嘅一定唔可以錯過呢!一上枱見到2隻開邊龍蝦已經讓我流晒口水,咁大份成個湯底都只係做緊優惠價$328,不過就要提早訂座預留返會穩陣啲。除咗龍蝦,仲有大大隻鮑魚同蝦,好滿足啊!食晒湯底嘅新鮮海鮮後,當然要點啲火鍋配料烚下烚下。手切肥牛係必點,每次食都覺得相比和牛更對味。黑柏葉唔係間間火鍋店都有,口感食落好爽啊!脆鯇魚腩食得出新鮮,所以口感係好爽脆嘅。蟹籽墨魚滑好彈牙啊!餃類我都係打邊爐必點的,朋友推介佢嘅韭菜餃,試完真係有驚艷,韭菜超香又滿滿餡料係入面。朋友仲點咗豬潤拼豬粉腸,兩款我都覺得唔錯的。…Read More

最近發現筲箕灣開咗依間川菜餐廳嘅新分店,嗜辣嘅我就即刻相約朋友去聚一聚順便去試吓。食辣一定會諗到酸菜魚同水煮魚,今次就揀咗招牌酸菜魚。桂花魚軟嫩無刺,湯底酸菜味好出之餘仲有薯粉係底。前菜嘅選擇超多,其中古法牛心頂我超愛,薄薄一片但口感十分過癮,超爽脆,真係大推!夫妻肺片都係必點,切得大大片,味道香辣入味呢!萵筍我都好鍾意,所以點咗碟份量幾多嘅腩肉炒萵筍。另外藥膳醉雞煲都好吸引,湯底濃濃藥材味,雞肉唔柴又足料!最後不少得點碗桃膠冰粉作甜品,口感清甜又有解辣作用啊!貼心位係菜式都可以選辣度,怕辣或嗜辣嘅朋友都可以照顧到。環境又闊落,好適合親友聚會啊!…Read More

最近要囤各種貨,恰好經過IFC發現呢間香港本地曲奇品牌售賣多款充滿香港特色嘅曲奇餅。店舖環境同店員嘅服務質素都相當唔錯,讓我都安心逛了一會兒。雜錦曲奇($208)最吸引我,有8款口味,可一次試勻趣怪新奇嘅配搭真係超啱鍾意嘗鮮嘅我。雜錦曲奇內容物有XO醬曲奇、香辣蝦米曲奇 、蔥油雞曲奇、陳皮子薑曲奇、杏脯迷迭香曲奇、提子花旗蔘曲奇、七味粉曲奇、紅棗曲奇。我最鍾意就係蔥油雞曲奇同埋紅棗曲奇,前者有港式雞仔餅風味,後者食落幾養生。而最驚喜係七味粉曲奇,辣勁幾突出,夾雜埋堅果更增加口感。本身以為香辣蝦米曲奇同XO醬曲奇會好似,食後發現XO醬曲奇多咗陣油香同埋瑤柱嘅香氣。迷迭香平時用開嚟整西餐,加入曲奇再襯埋杏脯原來都幾夾,香料味溫和唔會搶咗杏脯嘅味道。提子花旗蔘曲奇嘅花旗蔘味香而不苦澀,都值得一試!另外佢地最近出嘅全新口味有4款,分別係鹹蛋蝦膏曲奇、特濃朱古力曲奇、香橙夏威夷曲奇、南乳秋葵曲奇。我有試咗其中兩款,香橙夏威夷曲奇係果乾同堅果嘅結合,鐘意香橙粒係入面幾清新!而鹹蛋蝦膏曲奇咸香十足,蝦味突出仲有脆脆嘅碎屑好似櫻花蝦嘅香脆口感。…Read More

新晉高質鐵板燒

最近發現尖沙咀有間新鐵板燒餐廳係openrice做緊優惠,有唔同價位嘅鐵板燒,今次就揀咗A5宮崎和牛鮑魚一人前鐵板餐試一試。一入餐廳感覺好簡潔,安排咗係吧枱位置,可以欣賞到日本師傅嘅烹調技術,咁近嘅距離更令我地享受其中。先有前菜三小點,三款食物都好精緻唔馬虎,分別係海膽天婦羅、酸汁豆腐、雞肉刺身。海膽天婦羅配上粉紅岩鹽,而豆腐先煎過再淋上特製酸汁,所以有煎過嘅香、酸汁嘅開胃,仲有豆腐嘅滑溜調和埋一齊。雞肉刺身係第一次食,雞肉本身帶微咸,酷似煙燻鴨胸嘅味道,口感適中更可蘸上檸檬,食落更清新!之後就係令我好驚喜嘅鐵板燒鮮活南非鮑魚,活南非鮑魚十分新鮮,烹調時間唔會太長以保持鮑魚鮮嫩彈牙,今次仲食到鮑魚邊爽脆嘅口感。配搭上亦非常創新,用上海藻醬淋面,鮑魚片就好似係清澈帶海藻嘅海面浮游,好有意境!下面嘅昆布簡單調味帶微咸都可以配搭一齊食。之後就到沙律部分—香辣大蝦沙律,見住師傅將每隻大蝦煎香,海鮮氣味撲鼻好享受啊!一邊煎大蝦嘅同時亦炮製香辣醬汁,個醬炒至乾身,食落香口惹味。來自北海道嘅季節時令生蠔肉厚又creamy,鮮甜之餘尾勁仲帶有礦物味,層次頗豐富。食完生蠔仲有刺身,分別有油甘魚、吞拿魚—赤身、Toro及牡丹蝦,其中特別鐘意甜糯爽滑嘅牡丹蝦。茶碗蒸都一點唔簡單,面頭一層原來係魚湯,仲連帶魚翅好矜貴。蛋液部分十分滑溜,原來係師傅嘅擇善固執,係客人食完上一道菜先會開始預備呢個茶碗蒸,所以剛剛蒸起當然口感唔同啲。鐵板燒蔬菜用上全日本到貨嘅蔬菜,種類都幾多,有秋葵、蘆筍、南瓜及營養價值好高嘅舞茸菇。主菜可以二選一,我地就揀咗深海野生白鱈魚,師傅將魚肉同魚皮分開,魚皮輕壓煎至香脆,最後擺盤以脆片伴邊形式呈現。白鱈魚煎至金黃內裡魚肉仍保留肉汁,緊實中仍有鮮嫩嘅質感,旁邊醬汁唔會喧賓奪主配搭得恰到好處。全晚亮點一定係A5宮崎和牛,油脂分佈均稱,於師傅嘅細心烹調後和牛仍帶粉嫩。蒜片新鮮即製食落清脆加分。和牛更可隨意配搭特製酸汁、洋蔥汁、味噌汁及喜馬拉雅山岩鹽,個人就最愛原味。櫻花炒飯先將櫻花蝦及木魚絲炒香再加入白飯,炒飯最考驗到師傅功力。炒飯除咗粒粒分明外仲帶飯焦,見到師傅更抹上紅色嘅醬入去炒,食落酸酸地,正好平衡食完和牛油脂嘅口腔。炒飯特別之處係一飯兩食變成茶漬飯,好有特色。最後當然唔少得暖胃嘅味噌湯及甜品。當晚甜品可揀選咖啡凍及雲呢嗱雪糕,我地各選一款。雲呢嗱雪糕擺上少許雜莓,草莓甜度幾高,相信係用上日本草莓,加上香濃雲呢嗱雪糕真係完美嘅ending。而朋友點嘅咖啡凍份量幾多,仲好動L而咖啡味都好香啊!…Read More

見朋友介紹呢度晚市omakase好抵食,只需$1280/位,立即就book位試試佢啦!位於銅鑼灣區都可以做到呢個價位又包咗25道菜真係頗佛心。不過去到問師傅佢就話未知呢個優惠價會幾時做完,所以有興趣真係要手刀book位啦。人均低咗就有啲budget嗌下清酒飲啦,問問店員有無好介紹,話有一款生酒好特別,所以我地就果斷點咗啦。飲落都幾清爽易入口,唔會太甜口。之前就上第一道菜,開胃菜—水茄子刺身,同平時淋淋嘅茄子質感,呢款可供生食嘅水茄子就較有口感,好似瓜同某啲水果嘅質感,配埋酸汁食落就令人胃口大開啦。之後就係沖繩特產—水雲,配上松葉蟹肉,好嘢嚟架!水雲營養價值高、對腸道有益,似係海藻、紫菜等,食落滑潺潺,配埋土佐醋汁同埋一絲絲松葉蟹肉又幾夾。海膽蒸豆腐都係第一次食,鮮甜馬糞海膽置頂,豆腐都有微微海膽味又順滑,仲有德國黑魚子加持。北海道北寄貝,食落爽口,肉厚更滿足。淡路島嘅水八爪魚,切到一片片仲有吸管位,注意一片片嘅邊位彎彎地就証明夠新鮮,面頭擺咗啲醋啫喱可以配埋一齊食,特別深刻係吸管位好爽口,海水味唔會太鹹,完全係恰到好處。食到中途師傅仲比我地試佢地嘅漬物,醬油漬蒜頭,第一次試,平時食得多味噌漬蒜頭,但原來醬油漬蒜頭仲特別呢!咀嚼過後仲有微微黑蒜嘅後勁。今日食咗好多來自沖繩嘅食材,呢個係沖繩島嘅車海老,師傅只係煮咗佢15秒嘅車海老只有1成熟,透白嘅色澤,仲輕輕刮咗啲柚子落去,用咗青色嘅夏天柚子,好香呢! 食落就唔會太生仲突出咗海老嘅鮮味。淡路島小池魚—由於油分好高所以師傅切咗一條條,再撈埋紫蘇花及蔥花等,食落口感豐富咗又食到魚嘅嫩滑同魚香。地金目鯛壽司係比一般金目鯛貴,魚油味好香,炙燒後更加分。日本嘅湯葉配上晶瑩通透的三文魚子,豆味十分濃,仲有種奶滑感,量唔多更覺罕有,唔夠喉呢!seasonal嘅燒白貝不用太花巧已取勝,鹽加埋清酒煮已經帶出到貝類嘅鮮味,飲埋個湯仲好甜。蜜柑鯛細味下真係有蜜柑味,皆因用上蜜柑果皮去飼養,細緻嘅味道所以唔洗多花調味已經令人印象深刻了。赤貝兩大塊,爽口中咬落仲有啲水潤感。北海道縞蝦,每日返貨量有限,飛機貨果然係唔同啲,食落鮮甜且黏口。來自島根縣嘅春香岩蠔海水重,夾埋辣椒蘿白蓉、柚子醋及醋啫喱,好飽嘴超滿足~赤鯥亦係用上炙燒做法,油份被逼出,空氣彌漫住脂香味真係好幸福呢!好罕有嘅富山灣白蝦,上面仲放置好似綠寶石嘅wasabi魚子,加上些許岩鹽提味,頗特別啊!也太幸運了,遇上活紫海膽,師傅仲拎左整個未開嘅海膽出嚟比我地睇,海膽仲郁㗎!紫海膽鮮甜不在話下,配搭上仲有我都好愛嘅三文魚子,雙重鮮味衝擊味蕾呢~呢排食omakase幾常遇到銀鱈魚,刺身級數所以微微燒過表面後更帶出魚鮮味,面頭有炸蒜及鰹魚豉油幾惹味。粒貝爽脆加上瀨尿蝦有獨特嘅鮮味肉質鮮嫩,瀨尿蝦雖然係本地貨但卻一點都不失色。兩大片磯煮鮑魚裹上蟹膏,鮑魚慢煮了4個鐘相當腍嫩,薄薄蟹膏已經十分濃郁。除咗刺身壽司,估唔到仲有炸物呢!和歌山香魚bb造型超可愛,乖乖企係碟上等待我地食佢呢~師傅話香魚係7-8月會大啲,10-11月仲會有魚春嘅部分。所以呢個size已經頗大㗎啦!食落魚肉仲幾嫩口,外脆內嫩啊,近頭嘅部分帶甘味。吞拿魚壽司醃漬後食落比較腍,赤身都一樣可以咁正!Toro手卷超肥美,光閃閃嘅魚肉入口即化,仲有脆紫菜加持。玉子布甸係介乎玉子燒同布甸之間,質地實過布甸可以夾得到,蛋味幾香,第一次食覺得好特別。甜品環節也太令人滿足了,有齊果物同卷蛋,日本嘅哈蜜瓜好甜呢~卷蛋係最近火紅嘅日本草莓味卷蛋,細細件已經幾止癮,莓味又唔會膩。30張相所限,仲有好多相都想分享但post唔到呢!當晚真係好滿足又盡興,聽到隔離枱係嚟慶祝生日仲有折扣添,呢間omakase真係抵食又服務好,多謝B師傅整晚對食材嘅介紹,十分詳盡亦令我地長知識啦!…Read More

次次經過都覺得入去食野飲返杯應該會幾chill,今次Happy Friday就約定咗朋友係銅鑼灣覓食,想起呢間居酒屋就即興去咗食。餐牌選擇好多,花多眼亂就交比無選擇困難嘅朋友幫忙決擇啦!嚟到居酒屋當然必食係串燒,叫咗個FireBird雞肉串燒盛合,必備當然係免治雞肉棒仲配上一顆蛋黃可以蘸。另外仲有唔同嘅雞肉部位及秋葵,可以試到唔同串燒好滿足~更可撒上七味粉更惹味。餐廳其中一個menu有唔同嘅鯛魚食品。今次揀咗釜飯試吓~日本產鯛魚釜飯店員會幫助拌勻釜飯 ,將食材均勻分佈再分埋碗上比我地,好貼心!鯛魚肉唔會鬆散又唔榎口,絲絲魚肉係釜飯中好加分,魚汁滲入飯粒中,加埋三文魚籽嘅鮮味仲美味!唔少得釜飯嘅飯焦,量都唔少,同飯形成對比,咬到脆脆地好過癮。另外見佢有和牛壽喜燒就忍唔住點嚟食,仲用上日本產霜降A4和牛呢!和牛油脂分佈均勻有致,食落腍嫩,油脂感唔會太重。壽喜燒配料都唔少,有豆腐、蔬菜、菇類等,湯底裡仲有啲牛肉粒,好香口㗎!我地仲追加咗一份烏冬,份量幾大,食落好飽肚呢!Cocktail都有幾款,最吸引我就係Strawberry Yakult Cocktail,好似塔嘅形狀,慢慢飲見佢慢慢降低好療癒呢!見佢有落好多草莓汁就知草莓味都好出,Yakult配搭酸甜草莓好夾啊!成杯好大杯兩人分享都夠飲呢~FB自家製草莓大福佢地自家製嘅大福好大一顆,草莓咬落帶汁甜度適中,配搭甜蜜蜜嘅紅豆真係甜品控必點!外層大福皮煙韌又厚薄度剛好,真係配合得好好!人均3百幾但食落好滿足,食物質素又高,是會回頭再光顧的餐廳!…Read More

最近比較常去居酒屋,唔少得呢間位於中環嘅居酒屋,刺身、卷物、串燒應有盡有呢,仲有唔同嘅cocktail可以配美食。點餐時間店員恰好介紹嘅刺物拼盤都係我地想點嘅item,拼盤有5款刺身。塊塊厚切相當吸引,海膽鮮甜大瓣,仲可配埋紫菜、三文魚籽一齊食。帶子、甜蝦、油甘魚、三文魚好豐富!油甘魚海膽松露醬卷卷物排列整齊顏色對比下望落更讓人垂涎欲滴,油甘魚同海膽再加埋松露醬好夾,油甘魚都幾肥美。喜歡油甘魚的我們還點了薄切油甘魚配柚子麵豉汁,柚子汁好加分,魚油香配清新柚子味,唔錯!叫咗個廚師精選串燒拼盤,有5款唔同部位嘅串燒,雞腎、豬腩肉、雞翼等。雞腎好爽,雞翼外皮燒到幾脆,另外有串係雞肉連住雞軟骨嘅部分,脆口軟骨幾過癮。鵝肝鰻魚炒飯炒得好香,炒飯粒粒分明,鵝肝同鰻魚粒融入炒飯,每啖都會食到料呢!仲有客炸豆腐,外層薄脆內裡勁滑,用滑豆腐好鍾意!Until Last Drop超對我胃口的cocktail,賣相美美的,菊花同果味幾出又唔會沖淡酒味,gin同梅酒做底,加入egg white飲落滑啲但又唔會腥,太愛了。最後嚟埋個甜品拼盤作結就完美啦,兩球大大嘅抹茶雪糕更配埋抹茶味雪米糍襯返。旁邊雜莓適當解膩,唔錯!…Read More
