上次朋友介紹過大角咀越旺後,就唸起暫時喺香港食過最地度嘅奶油蝦,就係呢度。適逢平日晚飯時段都算滿座,好在嚟得早唔駛等位。餐廳環境寛闊整潔,燈光充足。四人用餐散點幾樣嘢,豉椒炒蜆$75,蜆肉新鮮肥美,有鑊氣夠惹味。越式炒什菜$64,同清炒差不多,什菜中包括蕃茄,多左份清新感都ok。上次試過蝦麵,今次就試埋個叻沙,點左叻沙海鮮(參參)$88湯底都好濃厚,椰香味微辛易入口,但相比起蝦麵就後者更勝。越南小食拼盤$98(串燒,蝦片,扎肉,雞翼,春卷)只係蝦片醬料略鹹,其他都做得好好,特別串燒同雞翼都好入味,雞翼炸到緊緊熟,咬開仲有肉汁,口感嫩滑。咖喱羊腩配千層薄餅$78,羊腩燉煮得夠霖霖易咬,肥瘦參半,香口乾咖喱汁配上酥脆千層薄餅,好滿足。最後就係為它而嚟嘅馬來奶油蝦$110,呢度菜不可或缺嘅係咖喱葉呢個香料,令整個汁升華,加上蝦肉新鮮彈牙。讚 ~讚 ~讚另外飲品我們點左椰青,鹹檸七,椰汁綠豆冰記得可以跟餐掋好多…Read More

有時出街食飯點餐絕對是種學問,慶幸小弟有位老友是專餐專員,只需埋位等食,幸福也。而今晩我地就到位於大圍嘅新強記晚飯,餐廳老字號裝修佈置就如舊式酒樓,勝在環境衛生,員工有禮。入座後正如我所講專員拎起幾張menu就有定案,分別點左份海鮮孖寶B餐(白灼海蝦半斤+金銀蛋浸時蔬再送蜜汁叉燒皇細),粟米龍躉班塊,招牌燒乳鴿。另一點抵讚就係上菜速度係超音速咁快,白灼海蝦…蝦肉鮮甜彈牙,簡單點下辣椒豉油,令味道更佳。,金銀浸蛋時蔬係白菜仔,都幾夾好送飯,份量亦比想象中大份,而蜜汁叉燒今次就差少少,如果肥瘦比例可以4-6就更加好啦。粟米龍躉班塊…炸得外層香脆,內層班肉結實中帶有魚油,每塊都被粟米汁包住,看似簡單但煮得好。招牌燒乳鴿…係每次黎沙田必食嘅,外皮香脆外內裹油香滿滿嘅肉汁,不得了但今晩點得多嘢所以就唯有每人半隻過過囗癮。好滿足,有好友當點餐專員,小弟又要積極減肥啦埋單$603都算合理。…Read More

新春也享韓式飯聚

新春期間少不免會多飯局,而唸食乜都有啲難度。由於食多左中餐,所以今晚就揀反我一向都中意嘅韓國餐。由多款式嘅餐前泡菜,小食至啤酒嘅最佳拍檔韓式炸雞,醬油蟹到年糕,煎餅。實在太多選擇。chumchummi係我家較近同有水準嘅韓餐,記得上次去食,啲侍應相當熱情有禮,上菜速度都快,所以我地就揀呢間。新春期間晚飯時段都唔算太多人。(唔駛排隊好)同上次一樣落單後,侍應馬上送上餐前泡菜,小食 有蓮藕,泡菜,醃青瓜,江魚仔。而我們就點左cp值高醬油蟹套餐同紅燒牛小排套餐。呢度嘅醬油蟹好新鮮,簡單嘅醬油味同鮮甜嘅蟹味蟹膏送飯真係一流,而牛肉口感都好嫩就連薯仔同蘿蔔都炆得好入味。另外點左份炸雞倆拼(原味,蒜蓉),炸得香脆,保留肉汁。而飯圈拼辣炒年糕都唔錯,年糕口感Q彈軟糯。而我個人都好中意鐵板芝士粟米粒,雖然簡單但亦另顯惹味。這餐韓菜為這個新春劃上一股叧類美味。…Read More

深水埗的台式火鍋走一燙

覓食group最近熱推,位於深水埗cp值很高嘅新張火鍋店'台北東南台式火鍋' 位置相當方便,深水埗地鐵站c1出口轉右,行倆步路就到。正常晚飯時間7點已經開始排隊等位,但都唔太耐15分鐘左右。等位其間發現原來lunch都有做半自助套餐,6款麵食揀1款,仲有熟食,飲品任食任飲都係$88,如果今晚呢餐滿意就下次再黎食埋個lunch。睇反今晚就係食火鍋放題120分鐘,$168/位,而且有9種湯底可以揀,每款都好特別充滿台灣風味。由牛,雞,豬,羊,海鮮,鱼頭湯底,到素食嘅野菌竹笙鍋都有。而且每款湯底師傅都有推介個醬比你做配搭,真係好有心思。今晚我地就點左秘製沙茶魚頭鍋,鍋底除魚頭,百頁豆腐,蒜,菜做配料外,仲有啲炸蛋花,吸晒湯嘅精華,好。上湯後同事會送上1個點餐二維碼,都算簡單易用。上菜速度十分快,落單後唔駛3分鐘,食物已經送到。網上點餐大約不30+,無限任點食材同小食,但當然食得晒先好叫,咪做大晒鬼食材中呢個小墨魚好新鮮,口感彈牙,味道鮮甜。同埋呢個牛肉片都好食,有牛味,雖然未去到雪花肥牛嘅境界,但$168都有咁多嘢,cp值真係無得輸。外面仲有倆部大雪櫃,攞滿唔同種類菜,菇,丸,醃製小食。另一面又有倆部大雪櫃放滿汽水,紙包飲品,茶飲,不能盡錄新張期只要like左餐廳嘅社交平台, 就可得到台式特飲1杯,而外面仲有其他小食,熟食 ,同甜品,記得唔好錯過椒鹽魷魚自家撈甜品。今晚滿意體驗,下次要試lunch。…Read More

大角咀的東南亞風味……越旺美食

今日去大角咀揾個朋友食飯,佢話我地以前食過嗰間越旺搬咗新鋪,裝修得企理乾淨,問我有無興趣,我二話不說就話好掛住佢啲美食。嚟到見到餐廳外部就有種東南亞渡假feel。內裹簡單光猛,空間寬闊舒適,環境乾淨真係幾好。睇下啲食物有無唔同開始就比門口張相吸引住,所以呢個馬來濃湯蝦麵就係必點真係唔錯蝦濃郁鮮美,材料又多,有2隻大蝦,3,4塊花肉,魚餅(魚片),同吸滿蝦湯豆卜,味道正常,只係略為帶甜,但配上廚師秘製辣醬同摻摻粉,真係好印式咖哩羊腩,單睇外表,我仲意為啲羊會好硬,但原來正正相反,肉質軟霖,入味,而且份量岩岩好。越式炒什菜 馬來奶油蝦 ,食返3年無食過嘅味道,呢道奶油蝦係馬來名菜,當中咖哩葉嘅配料係香港少見。所以令我好懷念。個汁好肥,但撈飯真係好好味豉椒炒蟶子 ,落單位同事極力推介,火喉夠,蟶子肉質飽滿,唔錯。珍多冰,椰味香濃,但我個人覺得唔夠甜。整體搬左新鋪嘅越旺美食環境乾淨左,舒服左。食物質素保持,員工亦有禮,所以我會再來。…Read More

帶有驚喜韓菜在葵涌

今晚適逢ot, 同事建議食飽先做,實行work life balance 。上網睇睇有新嘢,就在葵興九龍貿易中心2座,開咗間新韓食餐廳叫chumchummi。位於商場2樓角落頭位又唔算難揾。室內外都有得坐環境寬敞綠色花園感覺都幾舒服,但可以商廈晚市都唔多人,得3,4枱。同一般韓國餐廳一樣入座後先上辛奇(泡菜)小食較為特別就係多咗呢款鐵板芝士粟米粒同事決定揀呢間就係想試下佢地嘅醬油蟹套餐呢個季節除咗大閘蟹,原來醬油蟹都不能錯過我都係第一次試,同事分咗件比我,咬落去輕輕一啜,啲肉就啜晒出黎,口感一啲似蟹膏,味道鮮配有醬油嘅香甜,我個人覺得醬油夾雜微微嘅茶香,幾特別有驚喜,拌紫菜飯食就更覺開胃紅燒牛小排套餐份量比想象多。牛肉炆得夠林,醬汁亦係帶甜,簡單嘅韓國味道。烤豬肉套餐。一樣係比想象中大份,炒香嘅豬肉片配搭住韓式辣醬,仲有沙律,香口唔油膩,相信一般女仕亦較喜歡呢個。炸蝦紫菜飯捲,扎實足料。總括食物質素幾好,環境乾淨舒適,員工有禮。下次ot應該會再光顧…Read More

享食 燒肉臻

何為享食當然就係分享美食。試過多間日式燒肉呢間燒肉臻無論食物質素,或者服務態度都好好所以我又再黎幫襯啦餐廳入面處有locker同衣櫃比客人寄放隨身物品同外套,等客人可以盡情享受美食。而餐廳主打有日本和牛,同美國牛,仲有海鮮。今晚我們就點左塊日本國產A4和牛肉眼,豐富嘅油脂,睇見已經流晒口水。當然為左唔好浪費塊靓牛,就交比師傅燒。燒好後肉外微帶焦香,入口即溶,之後肉香留在口腔好好味另外點左份廚師發版嘅牛肉盛盒,有7款牛肉不同部位,由上至下咁燒,包括有日本和牛三角胸小排,日本和牛背柳,美國prime級三角肥牛,美國牛小排,美國翼板,厚切牛舌,美國封門柳。當中美國prime級嘅三角肥牛,我都好中意肉味濃,而封門柳烤後配以生蒜片更見風味。日本雞頸 我個人極力推介明太子紫蘇豚肉卷 呢倆款都令我有驚喜醃製後嘅雞頸 ,肉質嫩滑當中帶有根嘅爽脆口感,燒烤味中夾雜倆種口感我好中意。而明太子紫蘇豚肉卷,師傅慢火細心長時間燒,將外層豚肉油脂燒去,留底香口帶有肉汁嘅豚肉,包住淡淡紫蘇味,但中間嘅明太子就略為偏咸。中途點左倆支日本凍飲蘋果梳打,柚子梳打活帆立貝 ,簡單用香草牛油伴燒,師傅手藝 將貝肉裙邊分開燒,完成後上枱,每個部位都燒到岩岩熟,即有鮮嫩口感,又保留住貝肉嘅鮮甜。南非鮑魚,鹽燒方式再配上師傅秘製柚子鹽提鮮活蟶子,三款海鮮當中我較為喜歡蟶子,除左蟶子本身嘅鮮味,仲有燒烤味中加有葱花香味,為呢餐畫上完美句號。喜歡飲倆杯嘅朋友可以點餐廳推出嘅sake放題,現場睇落其他食客都有點,應該唔錯不過小弟就不勝酒力…Read More

晚飯也想新強記

觀塘工廈果然係唔少臥虎藏龍嘅餐廳。今次去到廚藝比賽攞獎多到成個陳列櫃都唔夠擺嘅榮哥私房菜。餐廳環境裝修簡單整齊,用屏風分隔幾個小區,每區2-3枱,疫情中也讓客人安心。入座點茶後,樓面同事就送上倆碟小食,分別有涼拌雙色雲耳,榮哥自家甜酸齋頭盆本地水耕沙律菜配芝麻醬將青瓜切成薄片卷起新鮮爽脆沙律菜,方便易食,配上較濃味嘅醬汁相當開胃。雙色墨魚仔-- 口感彈牙,倆種做法都同墨魚仔好夾。煙燻流心蛋拌黑魚子醬配厚切茄子--流心蛋做得好好煙燻味唔會太重,特別值得一提就係個茄子,好似用咗天婦羅嘅做法,再配搭黑魚子醬味道好夾,三樣當中呢樣嘢我最欣賞。原盅燉龍利葉青欖柑桔黑毛豚肉湯相當足料又夠火候,飲落仲有好潤喉嘅感覺。蝦球水芙蓉--個底係蒸蛋白跟住面頭加咗隻好新鮮彈牙嘅蝦球,再配搭住炸到香脆嘅姜絲再加啲芡汁感覺都唔錯(蛋白好滑)黑松露醬炒花尾躉班球配鮮蘆筍 --魚肉鮮甜,肉質飽滿,蘆筍脆嫩遠年新會陳皮黑豚肉排骨--外層炸得酥脆內裏肉質軟淋保持肉汁,食落有淡淡嘅陳皮味,但略為肥左少少。蜜椒比利時杜洛克橄欖豬肋骨農坊獨頭糖心黑蒜炒飯--口感粒粒分明,帶甜嘅黑蒜,令整個飯減去油膩感時令甜品係姜汁流心湯圓,好滿足最後賣單,喺收銀櫃檯貼滿佢地食材嘅資料,真係又好食又安心。而且榮哥每度菜嘅賣相都落足心機,絶對滿足到時下嘅手機食先…Read More

話說今天是女皇誔,小人上網做足功課後,就揀選左呢間cp值高之餘,好評亦不少嘅日式燒肉店燒肉臻位於尖沙咀萬事昌廣場1樓,好易揾。入座後,樓面同事耐心講解點餐方式。介紹左餐廳做緊$198任飲90分鐘飲料包括呢部有十幾款不同嘅日本燒酒,米酒機,日本黑白啤同啲梳打飲品。可惜我倆都係一飲即醉,所以我地就選擇左散點飲品。食物方面,就以甲羅燒嘩,啲膏多到想填滿我口腔每個角落。師傅燒後,creamy啲口感配搭住梳打餅,一如所料,濃郁嘅蟹膏當中有啲蟹肉絲加上脆口嘅餅,多重層次嘅味覺享受,我中意。日式燒魚乾,睇落平平無奇,但燒香後再配搭蛋黃醬,對於有飲酒嘅朋友絶對係送酒之選。牛肉盛盒--一次滿足你所有想試嘅牛種同部位。日本和牛,美國牛,牛舌同牛心(我第一次食)都有,雖然每樣倆件,洽度好處。而三款日本和牛當中我最中意係牛背峰油脂分佈均匀,入口即溶。倆款美國牛因為師傅有腌過,所以味道好好,而我就較中意翼板。牛心本人係第一次食,幾有驚喜,唔會有內臟嘅腥味,口感就似瘦肉配埋餐廳嘅烤肉醬真係唔錯。呢個係日本雞頸---刀法一流因為無骨,每條肉都帶有皮同根,所以口感好特別 ,好似食魷魚須咁蟶子--睇師傅燒嘅時候都放多牛油,但食落完全無油膩感,反而有陣淡淡葱香,蟶子本身又肥美,肉質嫩滑味道鮮甜好有驚喜。燒鰻鱺---肥厚嘅肉,原本意為師傅會醬燒,最後師傅細心將燒汁同鰻魚汁分開上,等我地可以試到3種口種最後甜品,白桃雪葩同蘋果雪葩,都唔錯,真蘋果真桃肉,值得一試。…Read More
