Today, me and two friends of mine went to Kwai Hing. We knew there are lots of great restaurants. We saw a promotion banner at the ground floor: Chicken hot pot, Fish hot pot, Hot pot. The deal was pretty good, so we decided to give it a try.Going up stair, the shop interior is very spacious. We first saw a buffet bar, where hot and cold appetizers, drinks and desserts are placed. We are surprised by the large variety of food.  There wasnt many customers. We found a seat. The seat is very spacious and comfortable. We have to order our main dish first. We only have three people, so we can only choose either chicken hotpot or fish hot pot. What a pity. But the food variety is really amazing here. We choose to have the most ordinary version of chicken hot pot. While waiting for the hot pot, we went out to walk around, see what they got. The most amazing part at the buffet bar is that, they are have home made dumplings. It reminds of a traditional Chinese family. My friend told me that he saw the shop manager was helping wrapping those dumplings. Such a warm shop. Chicken hot pot finally arrived. It was bubbling! We could wait to try! I taste fair. Not the best one we have, but still taste really good. We added soup for hot pot experience after finishing all the chicken. Beef and pork quality was just fair, but it is all you can eat. You can see I ate a lot a lot a lot hahah.All to all, it is a great dining experience. 十年都唔會去食一次潮州菜 , 今次難得同朋友聚會 , 就揀咗間環境好又方便嘅餐廳 , 就係尖沙咀嘅呢間百樂小館.我哋被安排坐咗張卡位. 位置非常舒適 . 我哋大大聲講嘢都冇人鬧.  喺未點餐之前, 仲有相信喺功夫茶嘅飲品,  同埋一堆前菜酸酸甜甜同埋花生.咁我哋就跟住餐牌上嘅推介點菜,  有好多唔同嘅食物:有潮州鹹雞,  太極素菜羹, 金不換檸檬蒸烏頭 , 九肚魚烙 同埋芥菜煲嘅.食物陸續上嚟 !!太極素菜羹不但味道, 好淨係個賣相已經令人非常驚嘆!蒸烏頭最大嘅特色係上面嘅金不換檸檬汁, 比一般嘅蒸魚添加咗 一層特別嘅精華 !我最鍾意食嘅係金瓜九肚魚烙 , 唔單止新鮮熱辣,  而且味道配搭, 口感配搭一流!!…Read More

The atmosphere was really warm and relaxing. Very suitable for chatting and reunion. The staffs were really friendly and patient as well. The soup was served in a teapot, looks very attractive and it tastes really good.The other one is the sticky rice dim sum made into the shape of a mice. They are really cute. 中環一帶的西餐廳都很高級而且通常價錢不便宜，今次與朋友聚會的餐廳價錢公道而且食物不論賣相還是味道都很精緻看得出老闆主廚很有心機煮每一道菜蘑菇湯味道10分濃郁湯一點也不馬虎 味道10分鮮甜 還有煎帶子真係好抵食位置不大但坐落都闊落 主菜Pizza落足料啖啖都係料 除此之外味道亦都10分好調味料好香係主菜中我最鍾意嘅海蜆意粉。我想講呢個意粉真係好正個海鮮仲可以食到個海水味超級鮮甜最後呢度意粉個魚真係煮得出神入化能夠保留魚的鮮味之餘又可以好有口感。總括而言呢間西餐廳真係值得再番來食…Read More

第二次食依然覺得水準好高。漢堡一如概往份量好足, 今次叫咗三個。軟殼蟹漢堡好有驚喜, 軟殼蟹好足料, 而且炸得好鬆脆。牛油果雞扒漢堡好清新, 牛油果醬好多而且同芝士好夾。鵝肝漢堡都好好食, 唔油膩腥味唔重又juicy。小食點咗黑松露芝士薯條, 薯條熱辣辣脆卜卜好新鮮, 芝士醬同黑松露味道濃郁, 必食啊!炸雞翼都唔錯, 點芥末醬好好味, 而炸魚柳對比以上菜色顯得略為普通。以呢個水準同份量, 我認為物有所值啦!…Read More

Weekday 7點食, book咗位唔駛等非常好, 餐廳闊落乾淨。朋友一坐低就叫咗魚生, 上菜速度幾快, 我唔食生野但見賣相唔錯, 一盤魚生份量好足, 朋友話魚生新鮮, 三文魚好食。熟食種類幾多, 唔食魚生都好多其他選擇。串燒好有水準, 串燒牛舌值得一試, 燒鰻魚, 雞翼, 同菠蘿都好食, 唔會凍冰冰似即燒。壽司生同熟都有好多選擇, 推薦鰻魚卷, 鰻魚夠大塊足料。天婦羅一般水準, 勝在唔會太油膩。前菜甜品飲品都係門口位置任拎, 飲品除咗一般汽水, 仲有韓國cream soda, 最正係有好多款枝裝茶可以解膩。甜品既軟雪糕都唔差。…Read More

剛好和朋友經過，感到肚餓，就走到這間我經常去的港式漢堡包店進食。 他一直是我非常喜愛的餐廳 。首先當然是我本身很喜歡吃漢堡包 。其次 是本地的漢堡包店買少見少有心製作的不多。burgermix有很多特色之處 。一嚟他除了有漢堡包售賣以外更增設了 近排十分流行的鐵板餐 。此外他飲品的種類十分豐富，除了有各項特飲之外， 亦有平時大家在茶餐廳找到的飲品 。而且他小食的種類十分豐富，除了薯條以外還有洋蔥圈 粟米 墨魚餅 等等，給大家選擇。這次我們各點了一個餐。 我外加了一份 豉油雞髀和墨魚餅， 價錢各自不超過 60元 。味道好 而且價錢實惠 ，食物選擇豐富， 絕對支持的本地餐廳。…Read More

We chose this restaurant because my friends and I all craved for Japanese food and all you can eat is always a good choice for our tight budget and big stomach. We booked the table and were arranged seats right immediately after we set foot in this restaurant. The seats were quite spacious. Beverage station was right in front of us. They served huge varieties of drinks including elderflower apple cider. Sashimi were thickly sliced. I won't say there were huge varieties of sashimi provided but they have the ordinary one that I expected. Tempura were crispy and hot while soft inside. Exactly the texture i was looking for! I personally recommend the ox tongue. It could be a bit salty for some pieces and the portions were quite small but so far they were perfectly tender. Unlike its appearance, the beef taste so well. There weren't powdery flavor, again they were tender and juicy. Chicken wings were also quite nice. Crispy outside, juicy and smooth inside. The two pots were amazing. Tofu were soooo smooth and they absorbed the soup. Felt so good to take in something warm and tasty after all those sashimi. However i find the baked oyster a bit disappointing. Location of this restaurant is quite special. It is located right at Nathan Road, but it hides at a corner. It gives the  restaurant an advantages of "a decent quiet location on a crowded street". As a customers, I love the location of the restaurant, as you wont see pedestrian walking outside when you are having meal.I concern about eating environment a lot. No matter how good the food is,  if the environment is poor. You could never enjoy the food. Dining experience should be a package. Any single bad point might ruin the whole experience. The seat of the restaurant is excellent. We have fair amount of  table space and distant between other customers.For food, the quality is fair. I ordered a Lamp Chop.  Display is wonderful. Side dishes are well considered as well. Potato are cooked are cooked with bbutter and herbs. Two kinds of sauces are provided: gravy and berry sauce.  The lamb chop itself is well seasoned, the sauces are optional.We also  ordered clams marniere. It tastes good. 前排星期日約左人食呢間沾麵，本身知道出名所以都早左去，點知六點未到已經有十幾個人係出面，要到第二輪先入到去。其實未入去已經聞到個陣蝦湯味，流哂口水，入到去後，我同友人都叫左招牌蝦沾麵，面質就分別叫左小麥同黑椒，兩隻都試哂之後，可能因為蝦湯味濃，蓋過黑椒味，個人比較喜歡小麥味，面質彈牙，份量方面較其他鋪少，只有190g選擇，但如非大胃王，應可飽肚。配料好，豚肉嫩而濃味，就連荀亦十分爽脆。再加上獨有嘅綠茶可樂，無得彈。以沾麵論，綜合評分我會比8分，面質雖彈牙但易碎，稍為扣分，但湯及配料皆一流，如果想食沾麵，絕對係一好選擇！…Read More

同朋友上完堂梗係要慶祝啦，我哋即刻book咗二間，一入去個感覺好熱鬧，雖然裝修唔算好華麗，但坐嘅地方仍然寬敞，會再三問我地啲嘢食到齊未，而唔係催人走，不過都可能係因為我哋八點半先入場刺身好後生，款式都好多最緊要係冇說起嗰陣味，三文魚咬落去彈牙鮮嫩，另外依度嘅玉子都好好食。芝士帶子真係不停咁叫咗幾次，芝士唔會好油因為佢有少少嘅算係調味，而且帶子咬落去好亂口，個芝士真係好好味最鍾意係佢有得自己整雪糕，可以自己調校唔同嘅配料，實有一款你最啱食啦整體方面價錢我會比8分因為咳嗽個價錢相對中學生都好容易接受到，服務方面我會比7分因為佢幫我地跟單同埋follow up，不時會幫我地換碟拎就食完嘅嘢食…Read More

This restaurant mainly serves authentic Canton cuisine and located at the food court of Hysan Place, the interior is modernised and simple, which made it different from all other Chinese restaurant and they even gave up on the traditional back-to-back seating and makes space a lot wider which is very cosy.They severed two kinds of soup to us, the first one was a coconut with crocodile meat soup and the other was a black garlic conch soup, both of them sounded exotic but tasted extraordinary and have the disinvite tanginess of Chinese medicine soup.The second dish was the thick cut roasted pork and duck, the roasted pork has a very good crust to it and seasoned very well, the honey dressing on it is like the cherry on the cake, give it a distinctive sweet to it. The third dish was soup dumplings, the wraps were thin and they were filled with soup, the meat was seasoned well, no complain to it.The last dish and my favourite dish was the black pepper T-bone, the beef is tender and tastes fresh, not frozen and even with the sauce, I can still taste the beefiness of the cow.For the drinks, the yuzu tea is refreshing and really brought the sweet and tanginess of the fruit and ended the meal great, I can't recommend you guys more on the restaurant.…Read More

This buildings in Kwun Tong is a treasure of Foodies. It is located right next to APM, the shopping mall, with just a 10 minutes walk to the MTR station. Why is it a treasure? There are numerous choice of restaurants. It is like treasure hunt every time I come here. This time, we are not hunting anymore. We heard that there is a great “all you can eat Japanese Restaurant here”, and we are giving it a try. We reserved the table almost one week ago, as we knew it is not easy to get a seat.Getting out from the lift, it was immediately the busy restaurant. The first thing come to us was the buffet bar, where you can create your own salads and grab some delicious ready-to-eat food. We were guided by a waiter towards our seat. We were so luckily (probably because we have reserved a table), we were assigned to a decent table with sofa and right next to the window.We couldn’t wait any longer and we realized that the restaurant doesn’t use paper and pen; but a tablet. It is pretty amazing. Food varieties here is not as much as other All you can eat Japanese restaurant to be honest. As usual we ordered a crazy first round of sashimi. Something special about this restaurant is that it has a grill on your table. Fresh and raw seafood are served and you can be your own chef. Seasonings are prepared for your as well. In our first order, the waiter offers a seafood set which is a service. My friends are getting excited to show off their grilling skills.The sashimi is so so. Fair. We first found the grilling things quite fun, but we started getting bored of it. It takes quite a long time to wait for the food too. More important, it occupies a lot of space on the table. Still, It is a very fun experience!Salad bar is great. Food is great. Seat is great.
