一生難忘的越南粉?

今日嚟到中環威靈頓街15至25號蔡瀾越南粉食下午茶, 叫咗碗自訂越南牛肉粉入面有生牛肉同牛腩。 當然仲有少食啦包括有 越南炸春卷,黃金蝦扒,同埋蝦醬炒通心菜。湯好清,夠味,但係唔知點解食完之後我要飲三杯清水。。。好頸渴。 好似食咗重味精食品一樣的反應。 牛肉算中等牛腩也是爽口的。越式炸春捲沒有特別,不值一提。黃金蝦扒 唔可以話唔好食但係亦都是一般貨色,沒有太大的驚喜我只可以話如果要食快餐,這裏也可以填飽肚的地方。但是如果以蔡瀾名義開鋪頭,我就真係有點失望了。。。…Read More

今日我行到銅鑼灣一間開了不久的日本烏冬店食午餐, 環境裝修簡單比較舒服,但是不要被他的外貌騙到,因為這是一間我本人不會再來食的餐廳。 據了解這間餐廳有三間分店。為何我會這樣激進地評?我對食物是有要求的,尤其是產品說明條例必須要精準。 點知這間餐廳就是犯了商品說明條例 誤導客人。在餐牌的右下角有一項說明,如果我點了以上午餐就可以加28蚊換購龍蝦沙律Lobster Salad. 我見到有龍蝦沙律這是我最愛的,我就點了。 誰估到當食物放在我的前面,卻是一堆垃圾,一點龍蝦肉也沒有。 他們用的是在正常情況下,自然環境中,食垃圾 食屍體大的 小龍蝦Crayfish, 小龍蝦和龍蝦根本是兩種不同的生物, 就算學科和英文名也不一樣。當我問這間餐廳的職員時,她竟然同我講 當然有龍蝦肉啦仲要是日本進口全部撈埋曬 切到好細粒。 我聽了之後真是無名火上升。 請不要當我是傻瓜吧。。。 當然要找經理或負責人 談一談但是所有人都說沒有經理,無負責人在。我也不知怎辦只好做了一個決定,就是同大家分享我的經歷, 相信大家都是精明的。。。至於這道菜的食評: 雖然他們用了兩種的生菜也是新鮮的,但是這道菜的主角 無味只得一般冰蝦的口感。我也點了一碗極上牛肉湯烏冬,我以為應該會好好味, 因為講到明是極上並且要一百蚊以上。 出乎意料之外比一碗五十元的 越南生牛肉河粉還差! 極上牛肉湯的湯底沒有牛肉味,食完非常口渴。 牛肉也是一般貨色。至於飲品原本是小杯免費,點知原來凍飲要收錢,並且如要飲凍飲就要自動加大需要十蚊。 我點的是凍冰糖雪梨蜜,又強調說是自家製,點知飲落去 除咗大半杯是冰,還有好甜嘅糖水味之外一點潤喉嘅感覺都沒有。我很久沒有這樣說過,但是這一間餐廳真是最不知所謂的一間了。。。 我好心痛,因為這是香港飲食界的污點。。。食物 3/10環境 6/10服務 4/10價錢 100+…Read More

又開始我嘅美食之旅啦,今日去咗銅鑼灣謝斐道440號的焱丸水產食晚飯。 招牌燒蟹蓋真係好好食。 香噴噴嘅蟹膏,入口濃滑,味道鮮甜,口感一流。但係好明顯膽固醇一定好高, 除了有蟹膏之外亦都有鵪鶉蛋。 但真係好好味,好想叫多份。薯仔沙律就有一點失色因為薯仔好硬完全唔係薯蓉。左口魚和海螺嘅刺身好新鮮。 清甜可口。我叫了清酒煮蜆, 這個一般,因為個清酒底真係清到淡而無味,個蜆煮得太熟。但係有個侍應介紹我食燒蜆, 果然真係好好味! 又鮮甜並且肉質又肥美。真係一流嘅享受。 一定要食。水葡萄好新鮮,當菜食好好味。炸雞雖然味道欠缺一啲咸味但係雞肉也非常之Juicy。我要讚一讚這裏的服務,雖然有新人做侍應,有時不知所措,但是舊人非常有禮貌又健談。感覺非常好。原來最好去嘅時間係星期日至四晚上,今天是星期五幸好我攞到一個位,但係在餐廳外排的龍實在太長啦。總結我一定會再來這間餐廳, 自己嚟食飲下啤酒食下燒烤或者同朋友來也是一個好地方。 佢哋開到凌晨兩點鐘,可以飲酒食燒烤,真係好地方。…Read More

香蕉焦糖燉蛋也有火焰的一幕

今日嚟試嘅餐廳就係喺中環蘭桂坊德己立街30-32號加州大廈23樓的Townhouse.入到呢個氣氛就已經好好,仲有人做dj播放輕快的音樂好舒服。食品又唔錯,有驚喜。 淨係啲飲品亦都令到我好滿足, 不單止有新鮮感,味道又好好,例如Hibiscus Dance 洛神花紫蘇葉冰茶, 非常清新,非常好飲。因為佢哋嘅前菜菜式好多,同埋樣樣都係細碟細碟上,所以我就以前菜為今天的主角介紹畀大家。第一碟係雞翼配青檸檬香茅秘製森巴醬。 雞翼只是普通的炸雞翼但係配咗佢嘅森巴醬有驚喜。 青檸味嘅森巴醬令到油炸嘅雞翼不再油膩。蒜香香芹焗蜆值得一試, 蜆肉肥美加上濃香嘅蒜香,真係好野味。灸烤蘑菇配韓式泡菜芝士。 烤蘑菇我就常常試啦,但係韓式泡菜芝士醬又真係幾新鮮。 微辣嘅泡菜味加濃香嘅芝士味原來係非常之夾嘅。 有驚喜。灸烤可樂牛肉串,雖然物品同相片有好大分別,但係肉質鮮嫩有口感,醬汁微甜好好味。灸烤新鮮生蠔配備秘製辣油,坦白講就一般,並且太鹹,可以不食因為鹹味已將新鮮嘅鮮味完全籠蓋。 太浪費了!佢哋呢到另外一個招牌菜就係秘製燒烤醬煙燻鴨肉青蔥薄餅, 塊薄餅真係好薄好脆但係鴨胸不足, 醬汁都唔足夠,食落去有點乾身。 以為係好好食嘅招牌菜,但係有點失望。相反佢哋嘅甜品就非常有驚喜。 法式香蕉焦糖燉蛋是一道一定要食嘅甜品。 不單止佢上枱時有火焰的一幕,佢更有一杯少㗎啡畀你淋上去個焦糖燉蛋一齊食,味道香滑濃郁又唔會太甜,好味的甜品。除此之外更有一個椰皇雪芭, 這個雪葩清新可口完全可以將一頓完美嘅晚餐劃上句號。我覺得呢間餐廳可以再嚟,食晚餐一流,價錢都合理,尤其是係喺蘭桂坊呢啲貴嘅地方內開餐廳。…Read More

這是一間位於銅鑼灣蘭芳道23號的一間泰國餐廳叫曼谷食堂。 呢間餐廳我覺得食快餐是非常好,因為上菜尤其是湯粉類速度快,價錢唔貴,是食午餐或快餐一流的選擇。我食的是無骨海南雞金邊湯粉, 湯清而金邊粉有口。 海南雞也算嫩滑,我最鍾意嘅就係佢嗰嚿白蘿蔔好入味好好味。至於黃咖哩牛筋腩飯, 牛腩鬆軟黃咖哩入味,但是咖哩汁就比較少。 送飯唔係好夠。青咖哩豆腐素菜飯,比正常的青咖哩辣左少少,但係蔬菜及豆腐都好新鮮。我叫咗杯泰式青檸茶, 坦白講我真的唔覺得有咩特別, 只是紅茶加青檸, 難道紅茶及青檸是從泰國運過嚟所以叫做泰式青檸紅茶嗎?我只會來這間餐廳食午餐或快餐。…Read More

今日特登嚟到大坑試下這間隱蔽嘅法國餐廳Warren, 佢嘅門口唔係好易搵到,因為佢嘅入口喺巷仔裏面。 來到之後發覺佢嘅門口坐得好舒服所以就坐門口食午餐。佢嘅香煎法式班戟鴨胸配橙汁蛋黃醬, 雖然鴨胸under season, 但係當自己加返少少鹽落去呢度菜好清新好好味。尤其是鴨胸好嫩滑, 個薄餅好新鮮。至於香煎慢煮牛柳,佢哋嘅蘑菇肉醬汁非常濃烈,加上有一片黑松露配搭得好好,好香。 因為係用慢煮嘅方法去煮,所以牛柳非常嫩滑。龍蝦海膽意大利麵有少少驚喜。 除咗外觀非常之靚之外,佢用龍蝦汁和海膽打嘅泡沫醬, 好清新好味。龍蝦係啱啱熟所以好彈口。 再加埋魚子撈埋一齊食,呢個是一個新穎脫俗,回味嘅配搭。而個甜品就有少少失望,焦糖芝士蛋糕的芝士非常厚,食完有點滯並且口乾。加上佢嘅焦糖皮好厚,配搭就一般。總體來講,這一間係一間好用心去經營嘅小餐廳。佢用嘅料非常新鮮,我一定會再嚟支持。…Read More
