生活太累人,唯有食野好。日日食大學canteen真係會人都癲,所以今晚決定要食餐好!松葉蟹牛油果沙律:蟹肉新鮮而且非常足料!基本上每一口都充滿蟹肉!重點提神的是其特別的沙律醬汁。此醬與一般醬汁不同呈半啫喱狀,口味清新醒胃,而啫喱狀的設計並不是為gimmick而做。平時液態醬汁會浸到沙律底太咸,但此沙律吃到底都可以保持到沙律菜的清爽口感。沖繩雞肝炒韮菜芽菜:肝是一種很麻煩的食材,一但放久涼了口感就會變得很粗糙。店家很細心用燒熱的鐵板上此菜,令雞肝溫度級口感得以保存。雞雞肝非常甘香,芽菜及韮菜吸收醬料及雞油香非常入味,佐酒一流。和牛炒飯:本身對日式炒飯沒太多期望,因為坊間的炒飯都做得一般,要不飯炒得太生,要不就飯跟餸菜的味道夾不來。但這裏的炒飯做得超有驚喜及出色!飯粒炒得分明之餘粒粒都有飽滿和牛香味,原粒黑椒亦增強左炒飯既風味,令和牛和飯香而不膩。炸雞拌特製島豆腐他他醬:炸雞肉很鮮嫩,火候剛好。但最值得欣賞的是島豆醬。第一次食此醬,其口感味道有一點點像他他醬,但與之相比多一份濃厚豆香之餘,內有少量青瓜碎與炸雞非常夾。串燒拼盆:七串才$148的串燒組合免治雞肉棒跟生蛋的組合基本上無懈可擊,其餘還有雞翼、雞肉、雞皮串燒,蔬菜方面則是香菇、迷你青椒、紅芋,燒得香氣撲鼻,完美呈現食物本身的美味!柚子雪葩:上枱時見以柚子作為容器而覺的很吸引,吃一口就馬上發現其內涵絕對襯得上其華麗外衣!柚子味香得不得了,味道清新沒有過酸過甜,飽吃一餐後這是最合適的甜品。沖繩鹽味雪糕:原以為會是很咸的雪糕,但其實鹽的作用是為了帶出奶味的香濃。與柚子雪葩相比有截然不同的風味,兩個都是很值得點的甜品。…Read More

本身對放題既感覺一般般,無他,年少時經常俾朋友帶去一d $200內既放題,一係就三年都等唔到佢上菜,一係就刺身一咬落去會出雪水,諗起都得人驚,所以放題飯局我避得就避。不過今次同事生日揀左食放題,佢地又話無伏既,所以就試下。食後感:完全對放題改觀!先講d同食無關既野:1.) 上菜速度:好快手,成程無甩單,跟足晒叫既份量,非常好2.) 服務:一般既放題屋儼如戰場,唔好話服務唔西口西面已經還神。呢度我覺得算唔錯,全程加水拎紙有問必答,最緊要係無人西面!食物方面,基本上無邊件係唔好食。必點既刺身無伏,新鮮無雪過籠,壽司細細件份量剛好 (推薦極壽司,特色得黎好食),海葡萄沙律都好正。熟食方面,燒雞翼一般無乜特別,反而芝麻雞翼絕對係驚豔,一定要試!燒凡立貝都值得一食。澱粉質系都無伏,我叫左個冷烏冬食,都幾多配料!最後仲有高級雪糕作結,正正!非常滿意既一餐,唯一要彈既係要排隊排好耐……Read More

識食壽司一定係逐件逐件食

一班好朋友飯聚,當然想選間環境舒適,食物可口,服務週到的餐廳。不過今時今日香港,還要是星期六的銅鑼灣,又對吃有點要求的,其實頗為頭痛。人氣食店一早大排長龍,排了一輪,點好菜火速即上,待應就算沒有開口催,吃完想坐久一點都有點不好意思,不在考慮之列。退而求其次,食物普普通通的,價錢又未必如實反映質素,有時遇着樓面服務態度差的,隨時外賣一肚子氣走。今次經食神老友介紹月磯,一試,正路,對辦,以上所有條件,有過之而無不及,值得推介。午市有很多套餐選擇,食神之前交帶三個字,壽司。得,點了八件壽司加一件手卷。先來前菜,有沙律、漬物和蒸蛋。基本。基本功通常最易被忽略,難得月磯做得有誠意,沙律菜醒胃,蒸蛋幼滑,是個好的開始。師傅好細心,見我們吃完前菜,呷完一口茶,聽了一個笑話,剛好想吃東西的時候,送上第一件壽司。坐壽司枱就是有這個好處,師傅即整客人即食,保證最新鮮。因為朋友說話太精彩,師傅逐件介紹的魚名都不太記得,但所謂有圖有真相,A picture worths a thousand words,每件壽司有幾好吃都不需多講。硬要形容的話,倒不如這樣說,如果我是一條魚,變成這樣的一片魚生也不錯,起碼令人回味記得過。偽文青一輪後,要說心水還是會有,蝦壽司刺身配上蝦膏炸蝦頭,層次豐富。吞拿魚腩脂肪比例一流,入口即溶,霸氣絕對外露。海膽壽司是壓軸重頭戲,足料到幾乎要扒入口,大滿足。吃過手卷之後可以選擇柚子茶、甜品或飲品。選了是日甜品番茄啫喱,水準不俗,合格有餘。因為壽司逐件弄逐件吃的關係,進食的節奏不會過急亦不會過慢,這種服務在一般日本餐廳都不太常有。輕鬆寫意地享受了一頓午餐,最重要是見到朋友吃得開心,下次一定會再來!最後開心大發現,現在午市買四送一,好像會到四月尾,結賬每人$170,ok,更正一下,下次=隔兩日。…Read More

多年前都寫過佢既食評,最近聽友人講話佢係尖咀開左分店,當然馬上去試下!一入去發現裝修幾特別幾靚,有少少似bar,感覺上呢度Grand過元朗店。開餐!先黎杯凍飲醒一醒,呢個越滿冰非常值得推介!我係其他地方無見過呢款飲品,似係杯凍茶,入面有青檸同話梅,味道好清爽!(飲左兩杯!)酸辣鳳爪沙律,標準越南餐廳有既小食,醒胃。煙三文魚濛粉卷,三文魚同濛粉既配合,就咁食味道略淡,一定要加埋佢特製既魚露。芝士蝦多士,非常邪惡既配搭,外邊炸得好香脆,入面既芝士卻有半流心效果,讚!(每食一舊都萬分罪惡感…但…唔理啦!食多舊先諗減肥啦...)牛尾煲,連火爐上,牛尾煲一直保持溫熱,牛味濃,撈飯唔錯,但我懷疑我地煲得太耐後期有少少「火農」左,建議各位叫佢既話食到咁上下記得熄火。魷魚燴飯,好多地方都有呢個菜,但好多時都似係就咁煮熟魷魚再塞飯落去,飯無魷魚味,但呢度食得出唔同,d飯就咁食落去都好有魷魚味,應該真係擺係魷魚入面燴過,而且佢用既係本身帶味既炒飯,可以辟到魷魚既腥味,好細心既配搭,抵讚!蒜蓉烤茄子,好多時我多好怕食原條茄子烤,一係就裡面唔熟,一係就太乾,呢度算烤得唔錯,但味道無大驚喜。蜜糖蕃茄,問靚仔經理有咩甜品推介,佢拎左個蕃茄出黎,我以為佢開玩笑,一食之下…真係不得之了…呢個堅係是日最大suprise!!入口個下蕃茄好冰涼,一咬落去好多汁好甜,實在無諗過用蜜糖浸過既蕃茄可以咁好食咁fresh,真係做甜品都絕對唔失禮!!強推!!水準Keep得唔錯,抵寫篇食評一讚!…Read More

永遠都大排長龍既炸豬排店,我記得第一次係食已經係十年前佢仲係廣東道地鋪分店個陣。當時年紀小,吃一口…嗚哇…我以前吃過的炸豬排,原來都只不過是炸紙皮…近年蔡瀾先生介紹過後,佢既人氣更加爆燈,要食就更加難…上個月咁岩經過the One,又咁岩六點幾比較早,就forever alone咁樣一條友入左去。對自己好d,梗係叫個鹿兒島豬排定食。皮薄脆、多肉汁、肉味濃等等既評語,唔駛睇呢篇食評大家都應該好熟識,而我想講既係佢同普通版既分別。我食過兩次鹿兒島,N次普通版,感覺上鹿兒島版最大既分別係肉質。普通版既肉比較瘦,油份都比較少,而鹿兒島版就比較多脂肪,食落口感較滑。好難話邊個好食過邊個,因為兩款炸豬排口感好唔同。不過如果你同我友人一樣唔好脂肪既話就唔建議叫鹿兒島版,你未必會太接受到。…Read More

最近既一蘭拉麵帶起左一股拉麵風潮,但其實香港本身就有好多水準一流既拉麵店,雖然係五月個陣食,但依然想推介一下呢間Fujiyama55!先黎個煎餃子,非常簡單既小食,但做到脆邊,多肉汁,最緊要係夠熱!非常有heart!呢度既沾麵比較有名,友人叫左個櫻蝦沾麵。見顏色有d似蝦米仔,用麵輕輕一沾,櫻蝦馬上掛上麵條,好有口感。佢有一個小型電磁爐可以加熱,貼心。招牌之一,芝士飯,用你食剩既沾麵湯撈白飯加芝士,其貌不揚,但味道不錯(芝士味略淡,但湯底味夠濃了)。建議兩個人share一份,因為幾飽肚。柚子拉麵,呢個應該係上一季既期間限定,係絕對,絕對,絕對大既驚喜。柚子粒同湯底超絕配!柚子既果香中和左湯既濃味,風味非常出色,我係好少可以食完一餐都唔駛飲野。我成碗係一滴不剩連湯連麵KO晒!…Read More

食物充滿驚喜,經理又細心,讚!

平時去親元朗都係去大榮華食豬油撈飯,或者係食壽司,都食到幾悶 (仲要幾貴下…) 聽朋友講最近有間越南野好好食,拉我去試。其實越南菜我成日都聽,但概念都主要係得生牛河同撈檬,本身又對檬粉無乜興趣 (硬係覺得瀨粉食d…),再加上食東南亞菜多數都會諗起有冬蔭公湯既泰國菜先 (本人嗜湯如命!),所以平時都好少會去食越南菜。但食過今餐之後,我對越南菜改觀左好多。先黎第一個頭盤,係雞絲沙律,呢個沙律好開胃,酸酸地,肉同菜絲幾夾,唔錯。第二個,係牛肉檬粉卷,靚仔經理話食呢個同食撈檬一樣要點橙色既醋。一試 ... 噢 ... 好正!!感覺有少少似食撈檬,但因為卷出面有層米皮包住,口感超好,無食撈檬個種鞋口既感覺,橙色醋調味一流,呢個菜超級驚喜,睇外表無咩特別但一試難忘!真係好掂!(完全推翻左我對檬粉既壞印像)第三個,係燒豬頸肉 (相都未影就俾人搶左幾片 ...),呢個做得好出色,夠薄身,真係邊脆內嫩又唔會乾身,好味!(就係因為影呢幅相…我只係搶得一片…)第四個,係蝦多士 (又係未影相先被搶攻 ...),其實越式蝦餅加多士,幾特別,有朋友勁讚好香芝麻味,不過我本身唔太好芝麻,所以感覺一般。第五個,係醋鍋牛肉,牛肉食得出係靚野,好肥美,d湯酸酸地用黎涮肥牛幾入味,唔駛再點醬都得,食完d牛見d菜墊底無黑黑黃黃幾新鮮下,所以我就放埋去醋鍋都煮,勁好味!不過感覺上呢個鍋有少少貴,如果多幾條菜就perfect。第六個,係椒鹽軟殼蟹,椒鹽味幾香,同埋見到蟹肉!(一般係街食軟殼蟹都真係得個殼...),不過就咁食就略嫌咸左少少。第七個,紅白米炒飯,食個陣見到一d肉粒,幾好味,但我食極都食唔出係咩肉黎,走去問,噢,原來係越式扎肉。平時對扎肉麻麻,但無諗過用黎炒飯會咁好味,呢個抵讚!第八個,係我重點想試既野,火車頭 (即係湯河),靚仔經理話食呢個好講技巧,首先要飲左三份一碗湯,於是大家就一人一匙。飲一啖,好有牛肉味,唔濁,同埋唔口渴,應該係無味精,非常好飲,唔好話三份一,我成碗飲晒都仲得!正當我諗住再飲個陣,靚仔經理放左一個小碟過黎,上面有幾粒辣椒粒同埋青檸。:)「你地試下加呢兩樣野落去,個湯就會唔同晒,係另一種風味。」心諗,得個兩三粒辣椒粒,辣極有限,我就倒晒落去再撈兩下,之後大家再試,哇,唔講得笑…即刻變左酸辣湯,好辣,但好惹味!(後尾問番經理,原來個d係指天椒黎…真係唔講得笑…)食到呢度我唔小心拍左粒指天椒落喉嚨,當場噴火倒地… 經理就即刻拎左幾杯冰水黎,細心抵讚!再試埋d肉,牛丸俾人搶左無得試,生牛無過熟岩岩好,最值得留意係佢入面竟然有黑色牛柏葉!依家都幾難有地方食到。食到呢度大家都已經幾飽下,但我又仲有樣野想試…第九樣,雞翼,呢個又係超掂,雞翼外面層皮好正,雞翼既肉都好嫩,同埋好大隻下!埋單一個人都八十蚊有找,都幾抵下!(後記;其實有幾碟野既底部都有墊底生菜,而且都新鮮下,我地將佢地全部放晒去醋鍋度煮,好正!強烈建議叫得多野食既話叫埋呢個鍋黎煮菜!)…Read More

朋友介紹去食中東菜,心諗中東係地國既邊一度我都唔知,更勿論當地既食物,不過佢盛意拳拳話呢間野係OpenRice爆好評,咁當然要一試。都幾爆場,等左陣先有位,不過經理好好人,未入場已經介紹下餐牌過我地。坐低,點菜!第一味係芝士薯條!(未影相已經俾人偷左兩條)經理細細聲咁同我地講:「呢個薯條一定要係兩分四十秒內食完。」大家聽完問都唔問就開始亂挾!三種汁撈埋真係好爽,橙色個隻辣辣地,芝士味都幾濃,薯條有汁都唔會太淋,好味!個個都大叫薯條正,經理問我地想唔想知薯條咁好味,心諗佢係咪有咩秘方會透露一下…「因為你地太肚餓…嘿…」LOL 呢個經理真係超gag!第二味係燒雞沙律,呢個我個人覺得一般無乜特別,可能因為醬汁同薯條差唔多,同埋我覺得作為沙律佢濃左少少。第三味係烤雞Pizza,堅正呢個,我本身對pizza興趣唔大,但呢個pizza芝士夠重手,個餅厚薄剛好,烤雞味濃,好夾!第四個係烤羊肉配薯條,睇相可以見到得番綠色同白色醬無左橙色醬,相信係經理見檯中有人不太能吃辣,幫我地走左個橙色辣醬,好細心。講番個羊肉,真係唔講得笑,好香口,好有羊肉味,鍾意食羊既話呢個必試。第五個係乳香芝士咖哩雞,OK啦,無咩特別,略嫌雞肉較鞋身。最後係炒飯 (我唔記得係咩肉),幾得意,佢應該係用d印度長米黎炒,好長身d米,但我覺得飯味無中國米泰國米個d咁重。中途由於幾辣下既關係仲試左呢個芒果奶昔,好濃好杰呀!朋友們對佢既評價不一,我覺得解辣不錯,但解渴麻麻,因為真係幾杰,但係好飲既!(後記:七個人埋單三百五十,咩話?咁平?我地check完發現原來佢無計到d野飲錢,相信係走漏單了,作為誠實能,再加上經理咁好人,我地當然係話番俾經理知啦!最後都係四百幾,平均一個人都係七十蚊,抵啊!…Read More

朋友話佐敦有間好出名既咖喱店,見最近面部火山爆發情況不算太嚴重,就去試一試。去到門口就見好似孖寶兄弟咁有兩間阿/亞龍…「亞龍咖喱先係堅架,記住啦!」朋友再三提醒,心諗,朋友都算細心。入到去d位都幾窄,不過我一向重視食材多於環境。望望餐牌,見有大中小辣,正當我諗住叫個小辣試試水溫…「我會叫小辣,因為我好唔食得辣,你既話叫中辣都得啦。」朋友提議說到。於是我地就一個叫小辣既咖哩牛利,一個叫中辣既咖哩牛利。「我記得架,你好食得辣架嘛,叫中辣就岩架啦。」朋友說著,心諗,朋友果然係好細心,連我既口味都記得………咪住…我記時話過我食得辣!?正當我想舉手截單時,已經有兩個牛利飯上左檯…兩兜既內料差唔多,就咁睇都只係見到一pat洋蔥蓉係面,之但係你只需要半秒就分到邊兜係小辣邊兜係中兜…中辣個兜…好似嘔完血咁有一灘紅色既油係面…試食一啖…噢哇呀呀呀…唔係講笑,當場噴火…個種辣,係不斷咁湧上黎…不過雖然好辣,但未致於去到失去味覺既程度。呢度既咖哩同一般係茶餐廳/扒房食到既好唔同,辣得黎好香,唔會好似漿糊咁杰,睇其他食評先知原來佢既成份無椰奶,但好濃好香,堅好味,用黎撈飯一流!!((不過我d眼淚都係咁流…))雖然好好味,但中途實在係頂唔住,於是叫左個青瓜。呢個青瓜既食評可能會幾唔中肯,但個一刻我絕對覺得佢係全宇宙最好食既青瓜,解辣無比。非常重口味的一餐,一個人都唔駛五十蚊,絕對ok。「係咩?你唔食得辣架?我記錯左掛哈哈…」哈…哈…? . . . . -____-…Read More

其實呢度既粉麵好掂

見之前既食評多數寫飯,我決定寫下佢既粉麵。其實一般去到茶餐廳都唔會叫呢類湯粉麵,一黎選擇多點揀都唔輪到佢,二黎質素通常都無乜保証。但我見佢個配搭好吸引,貴妃雞墨魚丸,兩樣都係我心頭好。叫完,餐飲凍檸茶先到,唔錯:),至少唔係糖水黎。之但係飲左半杯等左三個幾字都未見到碗米線…:(終於跟左兩次單後碗米線先黎…上下打量一下,哇…都幾大碗…墨魚丸三大粒,無呃秤,無骨雞絲都幾足料。:)味道方面,甚有驚喜!墨丸彈牙唔粉,味道都幾濃,雞絲好滑而且好有雞味!米線就略削不過都可以接受,湯就本身一般,不過有雞油調調味,香好多。茶餐廳既湯粉可以做到咁,絕對係抵讚!所以都不得不將我第一篇食評送俾佢!…Read More
