近年觀塘區開左好多位於工廠大廈的樓上食店、私房菜。今次同屋企人試左「囍菜」,幫爸爸慶祝生日。因為唔係特別節日,所以早一個禮拜訂枱都有位;當日所見,入坐率大概7、8成。因為係私房菜既關係,菜式要一早寫定。訂枱之後,店員就whatsapp左個餐牌俾我地揀餸,最後叫左⋯- 醉豬手,$64/8件- 麻辣鴨舌,$68- 杏汁炖白肺,$198- 椒鹽雙拼,$98- 鍋貼小棠菜,$138- 蝦籽竹笙豆苗卷,$148- 蒜蓉蒸開邊蝦,$158- 金牌牛助骨,$188- 炸乳鴿x1,$58- 豉油皇乳鴿x1,$58- 蒜香蟹油炒麵,$68- 艇皇浸時蔬,$68- 壽桃x8,$8/個- 杏仁茶x4,$18/碗- 川貝炖雪梨x2,$38/碗- 杏汁炖木瓜x2,$38/個唔計甜品都嗌左10餸1湯果然係為食家族。本身仲諗住每款乳鴿各2,店員建議各1就夠食。最後都食得哂,因為我地真係好大食醉豬手係招牌菜,整得好腍好入味呀!而且酒香撲鼻!必食推介。麻辣鴨舌同蒜蓉開邊蝦都唔錯;蒸蝦夠味又夠鮮,份量都好足,雖然蝦係細細隻既,但係都食得好滿足。同媽媽出街食中菜,湯一定要揀款多功夫、平時佢少整既,唔係實會哦足成晚。白肺湯真係功夫菜,要將個鮮紅色既豬肺啤水啤到變成全白色,實在係好多功夫。除左豬肺,湯渣仲有菜乾、雞腳、南北杏,好足料、成個湯都好香;我地人多,分得一碗有D唔夠喉⋯鍋貼小棠菜就整得麻麻地,冇嘜味咁,又唔夠脆身。牛助骨太乾、肉有D韌甜品都有少少失望。我食杏仁茶,食得出係粉開既(因為入口有少少未溶哂既粉、一舊舊咁),而且太甜。炖木瓜同雪梨就好似幾好壽桃個碟可以要求寫字,中菜比較少見,幾有心思食物不錯、價錢都係相當合理(我地8個人嗌左咁多餸都係$1900,真係幾抵);不過環境真係唔係講舖頭入面既環境;店面好乾淨、佈置亦都算有心思。但係地下電梯大堂真係好差呀!!唔係要求一個好靚、好別緻,始終都係工廠大廈。但係依個大堂真係太噁心喇⋯環境昏暗、一個角落頭有裝修廢料、一個角落頭有幾袋垃圾、有一陣垃圾房既臭味。經過個大堂,已經冇哂胃口⋯強烈建議大家唔好行去電梯大堂果邊,由觀塘道入口行入去、直接上樓梯啦!…Read More

兩個假期中間既工作日,基本上係全日holiday mood,所謂既開工等收工。今晚冇節目,收工就搵埋個同事係公司附近(西營盤)食個飯啦~一心諗住係石塘咀食西餐、或者日本菜,點知行行下都係食左韓國野之前經過舊舖已經想試,今次終於有得食OPPA 喇!舖面燈光太黑喇,加上食客唔多(以前舊舖好似要排隊),遠望差D以為冇開門。餐牌選擇都算多,有唔同味既炸雞、小食、飯麵、湯等等。我地得兩個女仔,其實一份炸雞已經太多,但係都貪心嗌多左份芝士蛋落左單就可以食住前菜先,有椰菜沙律同醃蘿蔔;沙律唔錯,蘿蔔就有少少澀,可能醃得唔夠耐檸檬梳打係藍色架!好靚!奇異果冰就太甜太假,應該係糖漿落得太重手唔鍾意食芝士既同事竟然要食芝士蛋卷,好彩(!?)佢芝士味唔太濃。但係個蛋就好香好滑,食到停唔到口燈燈燈櫈!主角炸雞終於出場喇!(咁我個oppa呢...)炸雞有家鄉雞(即係原味)、蔥雞、蜜糖雞、同辛辣雞。蔥雞好似最惹味,就揀你啦。其實佢仲可以50/50,但係一家要揀原味+另外一款,但係我地唔想食原味⋯果然係好大盤同好多蔥呀。對蔥怪嚟講,咁多蔥真係好正!份量好足,有12大件,兩個人食唔哂要打包。雞炸得好脆,但又好嫩好juicy。其實辛辣雞都好吸引,要再嚟試下。lunch set既menu都好吸引,大概$50~$80,搵日嚟試下先。…Read More

除夕夜的温馨晚餐~

2012 年的最後一天,還是要乖乖的上班去、仲不停俾D客追殺…除夕夜很多公司都早放,包括男友(竟然放半天)、但不包括我…:( 捱到六點,即刻9秒9速逃,趁電話未響、老闆未call 急急腳走,難得男友接放工嘛時間尚早,先到附近逛逛,就跳上叮叮往電氣道覓食。大時大節,無謂同人迫兼大灑金錢,兩個人找個小店,一起吃這年的最後晚餐:) 為2012作個温馨的完結。本來男朋友還在想要吃那一家,我立即提意「大熱」 想試很久了~~到達時差不多八點,店內客人卻不多,三四桌吧;可能除夕夜大家都跑去吃大餐。也好,原本寬敞的店坐得更舒服自在。看了看餐牌(其實之前已參考了openrice的食評),立刻選定了黑高湯配葛粉,男友就要白高湯米線,也不多想要什麼點心了,要個九大簋套餐,兩個麵外配上十個點心、及兩杯飲品($19X) 就成了我們的除夕大餐很快點心和湯麵都陸續送上,一下子堆滿了桌面。先嘗一口我的黑高湯據說是用足料牛骨熬成。雖然味道比想像中淡一點,但清清的跟點心才配。男友的魚湯米線也不錯,只是米線吃太多了,這個不算特別,還是我的葛粉好雖然套餐叫「九」大簋,實際上卻有足足十樣點心,兩個人吃其實也有點over…下次還是散點湯麵+兩三個點心的餐好了點心是挺有心思的,跟平日在酒樓吃的不太一樣。最喜歡梅汁蝦丸了,酸甜的梅汁加上彈牙的蝦丸及脆脆的外皮,好味!!豬頸肉跟牛腩也不錯,一個惹味香口、一個軟腍入味。炸腐皮角就不太討好,既乾也油膩,我也不喜歡吃鯪魚肉…九大簋對兩個人來說真的多了點,吃完是捧著肚子離開的。這個「大熱」在寒冷的除夕著實不錯,價錢也合理;下次再試她的大高湯吧﹗…Read More

食物不錯,但服務太太太強差人意了…

在尖沙咀逛了一整天,穿越人山人海的海港城、廣東道真的太累人了…早一點吃晚餐,好讓雙腿也休息一下。沿著金馬倫道往尖東方向直走,也沒有什麼特別想吃的;經過石板燒的門外,年輕的侍應遞上一份傳單。有烏冬、鐵板燒、碗飯等等,價錢合理的、都是$70~80左右;進裡面看,裝修也有點心思,沙發也坐得挺舒服。雖然時間還有點早,約七點,但也想不到店內只有三兩桌客,所以侍應都頗悠閒…坐下才發現原來門外派的傳單就是餐牌了,以這個店面規模,實在令我有點驚訝。還好,我們只有兩個人,所以少點選擇也不要緊,也少花點神去挑。我點了一個辣湯底的蜜汁豬脾烏冬,友人點了一份XX扒 (點什麼已經忘記了,也不是重點),加錢配湯及飲品。湯很快就好了;是蕃茄菜湯,酸酸甜甜的挺開胃。喝了湯,我的烏冬就端來,當時心想「這餐廳效率不錯喔」。烏冬以石鍋盛著,熱騰黱的、還沸著,微辣的味道很開胃,也跟烏冬很配;麵就普通一點,跟超市賣的急凍貨差不多。蜜汁豬脾是分開上的,分量不少,滿滿的一小碟;沒有太多的肥膏,肉嫩皮也滑,配上蜜汁十分討好。因為友人的扒還未到,所以就分著吃,一半的分量也夠我配麵了。湯跟烏冬都很不錯,我倆對那扒餐就更期待;不過等了又等,落了單已大半個小時:(,眼見我的烏冬都吃得七七八八,扒餐還未到…喚來侍應,剛巧是經理「幫你地跟跟」;奇怪是她沒有走到廚房或落單電腦前查看,卻是在一旁和侍應不知談什麼。又過了十五分鐘,烏冬終於吃完了,侍應開始清走桌上的碗碟;我再請她查看一下那個XX扒好了沒有。見她有點錯愕的在電腦上查單,已心感不妙…果然五分鐘(對,我們又等了五分鐘)後,經理過來說XX扒還要再等二十分鐘。這也太離譜吧﹗分明是漏單了,但第一次追單時竟然沒有跟進?﹗當時店內除了我們,就只有三桌客,都是在用餐/吃完的;侍應加上經理倒是有至少四、五個人,廚房也不見得有多忙(半間店的客量,應該應付有餘吧?﹗),為什麼一個菜要追兩次還要等再等二十分鐘?已經等了四十五分鐘有多的我們已經沒耐性再等,唯有取消XX扒就結帳離開。經理收了錢,我們走到門口了。她竟然還問我們要不要那杯跟餐但未點的飲品…這店的食物(有到的)味道是不錯的,價錢也合理得很;但服務質責實在太太太太太強差人意了…侍應以至經理空閒得可以嬉笑,但卻沒有跟進客人的要求。雖然,這個價錢不能要求什麼優質服務,但也不至這樣吧?﹗在店裡逗留差不多一個小時,待應不是在聊天就是討論誰往門外派傳單;鄰桌的兩名外國女仕點了一瓶酒,侍應拿著開瓶器在客人的桌邊”舞”了好一會兒還是不成功,竟然大聲的”呼喚”在店面對角的同事來幫忙…這種態度真的不敢恭維…:(…Read More

肥雞死得好慘…對唔住…

在域多利監獄的detour藝術展逛了大半天,下午食的幾件點心早就消化得一乾二淨,趕急覓食去。懶得去想要食什麼,於是到這條食街碰碰運氣,但這天運氣似乎不太好…:( 經過糊仔,門口貼滿了食物的照片,賣相不錯;價錢也合理,一碗米線$26左右,就別走來走去了。阿糊主要賣米線及大碗飯兩種主食,另外亦有口水雞等川味小食。米線約有十款選擇,不是譚仔那些丸類、腩肉的選擇,有羊腩、紋肉、還有五寶等等的配拾。男友挑選了紅燒燜肉米線(酸辣小辣);未聽過雲南有什麼五寶,於是好奇的點了雲南五寶米線(酸辣小辣),各$26 加$6要凍檸茶。淨食米線好像有點寡,另叫了半隻口水雞,$58不算便宜但可一解我對川菜單思之苦(事後悔不當初,應先試試米線的水準才再點小菜:( 上了一課)等食期間左顧右盼,時值周六八點的晚飯時間,但餐廳只有兩、三枱客,與對面街的茶餐廳的等位人數差唔多;差不多二百呎的店面,只有十來張四人枱,所以坐位很寛敞;近廚房的一道牆掛有大電視,可以一邊食一邊睇福祿壽,環境是這間餐廳唯一可取之處(可悲…)十分鐘後米線上枱望著眼前的五寶米線,我呆了…雲南是盛產紫菜、涵水蛋跟水餃的嗎?另外的腩肉和腐竹還算是合理,但份量也真是太少。腩肉竟然只得一塊,水餃、腐竹也是只有一件,作為一碗$26米線的配料,這也太少了吧?!賣相也很奇怪,一堆的紫菜與酸菜舖滿湯面,食慾大減。食麵總喜先嚐一口湯,既不酸也不辣的湯,淡而無味,活像用水開稀了的例湯;喝了一口就再也不想碰了。配料也是除了量少,質素更不堪。腐皮是一大塊,沒有剪開,入口有霉味;餃子是冰凍貨,而且是超市裡最便宜的那一款,皮厚而沒咬勁,肉餡碎身無味。食了幾口已毫無食慾,但又不好浪費,只好勉強的慢慢吃…男友的那碗好像好一點,雖然湯亦是淡如開水,但燜肉的份量跟味道也好多。米線如此「驁喜」,唯有期待口水雞,好讓我伴麵;想不到「驚喜」還真是一浪接一浪。等了廿分鐘,福祿壽也睇了一節後,大大碟的口水雞上枱了。賣相不錯喔! 半隻雞堆滿碟,雞皮泛黃、肉質光澤鮮嫩,配上紅彤彤的辣椒油,終於令我那被五寶米線打擊得一厥不振的食慾稍稍的恢復了。搶先夾了一塊雞腿肉,切得大大件很厚肉,雞皮鋪滿辣油;入口郤完全不覺辣,只覺勁鹹,之後幾件都不得不用米線的湯洗一洗一再吃。新鮮雞價高,食肆選用冰鮮、急凍雞亦十分普遍,對雞味也不敢太大期望,卻意料不同到雞件竟可以如此無味。雞皮無味、雞肉也無味,不只雞的鮮味,連醃雞的鹹味也沒有;雞不新鮮,醃得鹹香算是最基本要求,也不過份… 平時很少浪費,即使有時碰到的食物不太對口味,只要肚子還有空間還是會把它吃完;但這一道口水雞真的太差了吧,加上分量真的很多,兩個人勉為其難的吃了半碟再也吃不下…對不起,肥雞,你死得好慘…這條街盡食肆,這樣的質素還可以立足,真令人費解……Read More

平吃足兩片皮鴨

平時好少一家人出街食晚飯,是日適逢父親大人的生日,就到附近的酒樓食餐飯、簡簡單單慶祝一下。這區飲茶、食飯,明星一向是首選(長輩比較傳統,只愛吃粵茶),質素、價錢都有保證。不過今個月明星裝修,唯有轉移目標,到同一集團的雍雅。幾年前亦有光顧過雍雅的晚市,印象實屬一般,只記得價錢不便宜、份量亦少。今次再試,不敢抱太大期望,想不到有驚喜 早上先訂位免等位之苦,但八點去到入坐率只有五、六成。有別於其他大酒樓,晚市沒什麼酒席可選,反而有不少精選套餐,數十元有兩個菜似乎不錯,發板要了$89 - 豉汁蒸(魚倉)魚 加咕嚕雞肉;煩惱還要點什麼的時候,瞄到鄰桌的一味片皮鴨,賣相相當不錯:)前臂般長的的鴨,紅潤有光澤完隻送上,即席片皮鴨。要知現在多數酒樓都已經沒有這個「片皮」表演,實在令人失望,小時候最期侍上酒樓吃片皮鴨,為的就是觀賞倘大的一隻肥鴨被「凌遲」(好變態) 印象中,在明星吃片皮鴨差不多上百完,這裡竟然只賣$58,加$20還可選擇以蔥或茄子炆鴨肉,實在超值:)這樣下來就已四個菜,再加個什菌上湯菜苗應該足夠五個人吃。先來咕嚕雞肉很普通的一個家常菜,酸甜味道剛好。最怕有吃到的咕嚕汁酸得毑喉,失去了那酸酸甜甜的開胃感覺。幸好這裡的味道做得不錯,作位第一道非常適合。邊吃咕嚕雞,一邊在左顧右盼,期待片皮鴨的大駕光臨。終於給盼到喇!!:) 果然好肥美大隻,鮮紅的外皮看來油潤;待應手起刀落,三兩下手勢就把肥鴨脫光脫淨。包鴨的麵皮以大蒸籠上枱,開蓋還有煙、熱辣辣的;不知由何時開始,片皮鴨的麵皮都變成薄薄的那一種,雖然是這種的份量是比較輕巧,但還是比較懷念小時候的厚皮版,咬下去綿綿的…因為鴨皮切得很厚,伴上醬汁、青瓜及蔥段之後,要用麵皮完全的包起來有點困難,吃起來都有點狼狽。鴨肉充滿油香,皮層與肉之間有一層薄的肥膏,但鴨香稍遜;;香口的食物果然是小吃多滋味,多吃幾件之後就有點膩…每人分到差不多四件,食畢已半飽。幸好吃過油膩的鴨後,什菌上湯菜苗剛好送上,正好平衡一下。開初以為菜苗是豆苗,送上枱才知道是嫩菠菜,還好配上什菌味道不錯。鴨肉選了茄子炆,因為茄子份量好像比較多、比較化算 通常這些一鴨兩食,份量都不會太多,早預料鴨件會給「切頭切尾」,上桌時每人有三兩件已不錯。意想不到這道菜份量還不少,半飽的大家吃了一兩件就停手,炆鴨可以打包,要留肚吃沒有拍照的蒸魚。鴨件肉厚,炆得不算軟身;茄子較出色,吸收了鴨的油香很惹味。未有上鏡的豉汁蒸(魚倉)魚頗為大條,刴成蓉的豆椒鋪滿魚身,但香味不算濃郁,可能豆淑不夠靚;魚蒸得剛好,可惜魚身較霉未夠新鮮。埋單三百五左右,以食物份量、質素來算是相當算是合理價錢。鄰枱的火鍋看來也不錯,下次要來試下,再食片皮鴨…Read More

以前住HALL既時候間唔中都有去意蠔屋,區內少有既平價西餐廳。雖然環境比較迫,但係價錢同質素都唔錯。不過畢左業之後,已經好少返黎似區,更加好少係度食飯,差唔多有年幾冇幫襯過。今日出site又去返紅磡,於是叫埋男友過黎食飯。佢揀左意蠔屋。每日都有四款set din. 價錢其實同散叫既意粉主菜約唔多,但係就多左湯同飲品。見隔離枱既set賣相都唔錯,就嗌左兩份再加一隻焗蠔﹕ 三文魚天使麵 $56 蕃茄蜆肉螺絲粉 $48 煙肉焗蠔 $45本來仲想嗌生蠔拼盤,不過驚食唔哂,唯有留返下次。湯得一種唔駛揀,係忌廉菜湯,湯奶味濃郁,亦幾香滑。天使麵先上,堆得滿滿的三文魚相當吸引,試吃了一小塊,味道有點太咸,但配合淡味既汁同意粉就剛好。望住對面果個食得咁滋味,我都好期待我個螺絲粉。等左五分鐘左右,蕃茄蜆肉螺絲粉終於登場。雖然賣相無三文魚咁好,但係個汁就好味D,蕃茄味香濃,蜆肉都幾彈牙。食完意粉已經好飽,所以無試到個煙肉焗蠔。望落都幾大隻飽滿,應該OK既~成餐飯唯一少少既挑剔係飲品上得太慢,差唔食完凍檸茶先上。…Read More

每日放工係宜安街落車之後都會經過潮豐,開滿一街既枱櫈、烘烘聲既煲仔飯爐、各方食客品嘗緊既蠔仔粥同滷水鵝令我心郁郁想試下。星期五晚同男友睇完「清明上河圖」返到觀塘已經十點,啱哂時間去試下依間打冷。潮豐有兩間舖位,室內位唔多,不過就係街邊開多左十零張枱;同門口既大叔嗌左兩次都冇理,於是算已搵張吉枱坐。呵,兩個霸左張大枱。餐牌其實睇唔睇都罷,去打冷都係食果D…兩個人叫左三樣加啤酒一支﹕ 日月煲仔飯 $4X 蠔餅 $48 滷水拼盤 $55等左差唔多十五分鐘,先上滷水拼盤,份量OK,不過唔係咁入味,大腸都仲好D,但係墨魚同豆腐就唔係咁夠味…加上男友唔食大腸,搞到一個人食哂,膩左。食到一半就上蠔餅,可能真係見識少…我未見過蠔餅係咁既樣 份量係就係好多,但係深啡色一大塊,賣相唔討好;篤隻筷子落去會聽到「咯咯」咁既聲,感覺上好似係成塊蠔餅攞左去炸,仲要係炸到過哂籠、乾哂…咬落亦係得個油字,完全果種鬆鬆軟軟既質感…好失望、都係廟街既好食d:(本住唔好浪費既原則,終於清左個蠔餅;好彩之後既煲仔飯冇令我失望。依個日月煲仔飯可算係大包圍,基本既配料到有齊﹕臘味、排骨、雞件、咸蛋都有,上枱非常香,而且份量十足,每人分到一大碗有多。配料都好新鮮,排骨雞件肉味香濃,臘味亦夠油香。可能個蠔餅太油膩,個飯差d食唔哂…好飽…價錢唔算貴,不過除左煲仔飯以外,其他似乎都麻麻。下次去淨係食一樣夠喇。…Read More
