天氣驟然下降,忽然下降到七至八度,在雞地找了一間韓燒暖暖胃。這間新開業的韓國小店原來是由韓國人打理,更沒有想到的是服務員說的廣東話, 未有令人想到她原來來自他鄉。更令人欣賞的是韓國菜手藝好,服務周全,待客友善。有不少小菜,醬油供大家淺嚐:如泡菜,小魚,黃瓜,蘿蔔等。最欣賞是泡菜同小魚:泡菜酸度輕微,不會讓酸蓋過了菜的味道,非常好吃。小魚,香脆可口,略帶甜香,是佐餸吃飯不可缺一員。服務員端上戰斧豬扒,看到了也感到真的名副其實。連有印有公司大名的秀珍菇,感到小店用心之至,更重要是服務員會幫忙燒熟食材,如果不善於燒厚身食物,也不怕浪費金。服務員亦非常健談,會講解一些食材或者互相分享一些食材的看法。好的食材再加上服務員巧手烹調,將戰斧豬扒點一些醬油再入口,一試難忘。再來一客部隊火鍋,炸彈蒸蛋,海鮮煎蔥餅。這裡有不少特色的小食,外貌看似大衆,口感卻是非一般,有別於中國地區的特色小食,自身又另有一番風味,抵讚。服務員再烤五花肉,純熟手藝,令人安心等待品嚐五花肉就是了。五花肉已經腌好才下火烤,略放一放涼,入口即可。手藝好自然食物好。…Read More

又入元朗探朋友,朋友話呢期元朗開左好多串燒小食店,推介我試下間地頭蟲先識搵既小店。果然,間小店係個巷仔入邊,唔近西鐵站,但輕鐵警署果個站行過去就3分鐘行到,好彩元朗友帶路,唔係有排搵。果然係小店,間舖頭應該10鬆d位,不過我地6點幾去到,7點幾走果陣都坐滿8成人。呢個爐仔應該為我地既串串作準備,想d食物以最好溫度上枱,貼心,加分見話豬頸肉係必食既,所以點左一碟,60蚊一碟,都幾大碟喎,片片都薄切,但都好多片,60蚊黎講 都叫抵食。嗌左d串燒,每串份量正常,用QR Code 落單,自選辣度,每串慢慢燒,食得出好有誠意。年榚個心有芝士架,叫完再叫豬腸燒到無油膩感。雞翅就係串串中不可少既選擇魷魚都好好味因為鐘意食香口野,所以嗌左炸餃子同薯條,薯條係粗薯,不過炸工就推薦食自家炸餃子,食得出係自家製同炸到好香脆腸粉又係自家製,果然小店係比較用心不過食到最後,我最推薦既竟然係佢家既小雲吞,雖然好細碗,但28蚊有成6粒,一口一粒,仲係食得出唔係出邊交貨d行貨,意外驚喜,值得一試…Read More

呢期見社交平台介紹元朗好野食既新食店個名好似無乜特別,咁啱搵朋友係yoho 傾野就過去試一試味先。位置係yoho 行過去5分鐘路程既一條巷仔,睇Google 都好易搵到。舖頭細細,但好光鮮乾淨既感覺。入到去有自助區,一入門口就聞到濃郁既螺螄粉味,老實講,我都係第一次試。menu 就一張仔,好似唔多選擇,但又可以無限加料,啱晒貪心既我坐低選好野就可以直接去櫃枱落單朋友嗌左個全家福,我就嗌左螺爸粉再加料。對於初次嚐試既我黎講,螺螄粉就好似米線類麵食,但一食就發現比米線好食好多。米線就好似茶記既意粉淋patpat,螺螄粉就好似手作意粉咁食落好有口感,入口滑滑得黎又有口感,加上唔係周圍有,開始明白間野紅起既原因。必食1:炸蛋,炸蛋真係炸到好香好脆又唔油,真係唔係周街食到果只。必食2:豬手真心覺得呢只只賣15蚊既豬手性價比好高,老實講,自己去買去煮都可能差不多價錢,但呢間真係煮得好入味。必食3:炸豬手老闆娘見我地食得咁開心,即刻拎左震店之寶隱藏餐單上既炸豬手比我地試。一試驚為天人,滿滿骨膠原又淋又香既豬手加上表皮如薯片脆脆既豬皮,好佩服呢間既炸工,外脆內香,加上炸到真係食唔停口既炸腐竹做底,真係諗起都留口水,不過老闆娘話呢度菜好花時間製作要先慢煮3個鐘再炸到香脆,因工序煩覆,而個豬手既要求又較高,貨源未必足,可能唔係日日有,所以想試既朋友真係要早d去或者提早預約呀!相信呢間店紅起後會係又一人龍小店,所以要食就趁早啦!…Read More

行左一陣銅鑼灣,去埋中央圖書館,行返去下面摩頓臺,見到一間南洋風味既小店,之前都聽朋友推薦過,見今日天氣都幾凍,想偷懶不煮一餐半餐,就決定買D南洋美食回去。朋友話過如果要試正宗班蘭,呢間小店好值得試,無他既,味道正宗,價錢公道,色香味俱佳。班蘭葉本身在東南亞亦是常用的香料/香草,既能用於米食,又能夠溶入於酒水之間,以班蘭為點綴既食物更是不計其數。雖然鋪頭細細間,都有不少吸引既地道小食,其實好建議整一D班蘭豬腸粉,同班蘭燒賣,班蘭魚蛋,附近既學生一定日日都排長龍,等食好野。叫左個招牌班蘭雞,雜錦千層糕,雞絲糯米卷,酸辣雞中翼,爆醬糯米糍,咖哩豬皮,白膳沙嗲,班蘭香芧茶,呢道有一百元三盒,所以都執左三盒小食:分別係泰式酸辣蝦,泰式酸辣魷魚鬚,泰式燒豬頸肉。本身想食多D串燒,不過今日既然主力係帶走,所以只係食左兩串白膳沙嗲,至於點解食白膳,因為海鮮要燒得好食係不容易,所以佢一出,即刻就試食,呢個白膳加埋沙嗲都係一個既新鮮既配搭,但又好正。沙嗲襯托到白膳,而白膳既肉質微脆嫩滑,燒得不錯,要讚。班蘭雞不負盛名,肉質嫩滑,口感不錯,一試停不到口。再試回味無窮。酸辣雞中翼,泰式酸辣魷魚鬚,酸辣味道好正,雖然係辣,但好開胃,飲番啖班蘭香芧茶,即刻中和番D辣,係好食就要讚。雜錦千層糕係另一亮點,黑芝麻更係三個千層糕最可口的一塊。有機會一定要嚐一嚐。…Read More

放假入元朗搵好耐無見既朋友食飯,咁耐無見,緊係要搵佢呢個地頭蟲帶我食好野啦!朋友話佢屋企YOHO 附近呢間川菜好味去到見到個門口感覺唔錯,因為係商場地下既角落,感覺旺中帶靜,傾計既好地方。一入到去,職員安排左個門口位我地坐。係咪感覺好高級呢有餐有散叫,見周圍好多人嗌一大煲魚。即刻點左,酸菜魚,朋友話都係呢度既招牌,魚肉大片滑滑,可選辣度,入邊好多酸菜配料,又有薯粉做主糧,所以朋友叫我可以試多d其實小菜,2個女仔食,就唔使再嗌澱粉質類。前菜嗌左個海蜇,海蜇食得多,估唔到配埋蘿蔔絲呢個配搭係咁好味,爽脆可口。呢碟肥腸係朋友話必點之食物,本黎一聽到肥腸,好肥呀,好似有d卻步,黎到見到好多辣椒,只能食小辣既我表示不了,但朋友大力推薦之下,一食停唔到口,肥腸炸到香脆,一咬油香流晒出黎,無異味又唔覺油膩,真係一碟都差d唔夠我地兩個人分,推介呢個單骨雞翼,令我感覺呢間既炸物實在出色,脆身之餘,肉汁肉味都能保持到。實在係被埋沒既炸物店呀!為左減低食煎炸野既罪惡感,呢碟菜,清清地,又飲到沙白既鮮甜味喎。係個咁靚咁輕鬆既環境下享受完咁美味既一餐,雖然已經好飽,但都係忍唔住嗌碗糖水作個完美既句號。最後值得一讚既係唔好以為坐門口無人理,呢度既職員會不停出黎加水,服務超好總結黎講,出街食野都係食食物,食景同食個服務,以呢間川菜餐廳咁既裝修服務加價錢,性價比真係好高,下次會再黎食過。…Read More

天氣開始轉涼,見今晚涷涷地,又唔想打邊爐咁無新意,放工約埋同事係做野附近荃灣食野。見呢間舖頭好似係新開,就一於抱住試新野既心態試試佢。雞煲同烤魚之間我地選擇左烤魚。未食正餐,先點兩串串燒頂頂肚先。燒豬頸肉: 3片厚厚切,巧巧味燒白鱔:不得不說,呢個係我今晚最滿意既食物,燒得好好,魚有魚香,燒到層皮脆脆,雖然一串38蚊好似貴左d,但我覺得係必食,值重頭戲,我地嗌左條 $328既 魽魚,貪佢肉滑少骨。一黎到估唔到佢咁大條,等我地眼闊肚窄又嗌埋水魷,竹笙同雞子。老實講,如果唔大食,條魚都夠晒2個女仔食,侍應會不段送上湯底,等你食完魚再加湯打邊爐,真係又有魚食,又有邊爐打,一次過滿足晒2個願望。唔好睇咁多辣椒,其實唔太辣。想食墨魚滑,最後無貨,食埋個墨魚丸,好飽飽滿足呢度仲有好多自家涼茶,我地選左山楂楊梅茶,真係食燒魚打邊爐既最佳拍檔我會推薦要嗌1L裝,因為1L裝都係55蚊,2個人飲其實都好易飲晒,抵飲過逐杯嗌好多。…Read More

又係一個要通宵工作既晚上,好彩有個好同事住係大埔,佢話佢屋企附近有間好味既泰菜可以外賣比我同另一位同事一齊食。個同事仲好貼心咁係門口影左張相比我地睇,間野睇落細細間,咁我地呢d等人拎外賣既人緊係無乜意見,信同事,最緊要有得食因為3個都係女仔,本身都唔太大食,我地呢次主要叫d小食試下。有汁燒黑豚肩飯 : 本人雖說比較少食飯,但同事話好食,面頭有d 泰式木瓜好特別。街頭豬柳串(2串) ,沙嗲雞串(2 串)牛柳串(2串) : d串燒2串價錢由2x 至30左右不等。其實而家d街邊串燒都10幾蚊一串,但質素就食家好好多,好食又夠惹味,一句到尾,性價比高。脆炸蝦餅(4件): 食得出唔係出邊溝左勁多粉果d蝦餅,不過下次會試堂食,似始終呢d炸物即刻食先至正。…Read More
