上星期六晚和好朋友去了觀塘新開嘅西餐廳非常有特色,一入門口有得玩飛鏢&桌球,今次試左$288嘅set dinner 物超所值!首先,是日餐湯可以揀南瓜/粟米湯。粟米夠甜,湯亦好順滑,值得一提係個湯啱啱滾好,飲落好溫暖&舒服,非常享受呢碗湯嘅味道。然後有意大利黑醋配巴馬臣火腿沙律,賣相非常吸引, 生菜夠新鮮,加上個甜甜地嘅汁食落好開胃,非常滿足Main Course揀左挪威三文魚配檸檬牛油汁伴小麥米,係一道非常精緻嘅菜式,三文魚柳非常鮮嫩,配上酸甜嘅醬汁口味道豐富,小麥米亦都好特別,連配菜都非常好食,烤過嘅薯仔同點呢個醬都好夾飲品方面點左杯Clover Club,係好特別嘅cocktails,夢幻嘅粉紅色,紅石榴汁令酒嘅味道更清新。最後甜品係芒果朱古力慕絲蛋糕,口感綿密,唔算太甜,為呢一餐飯帶嚟完美嘅結束總捨嚟講,我非常喜歡呢家餐廳,他們的菜或和雞尾酒都非常好吃。強烈推薦大家支持呢間咁用心嘅新開西餐廳。…Read More

上星期四收工之後去了將軍澳中心這家穴の酒販吃晚餐,整體用餐體驗不錯,侍應服務態度很好,餐廳環境舒服。另外,這家日式料理店吸引之處,逢星期一至四晚上八點後入座指定串燒有85折、啤酒和無酒精飲品更有7折!月見免治雞肉棒將雞肉混合雞軟骨和洋蔥粒,配上燒汁再蘸一蘸生雞蛋汁,口感嫩滑。鮮嫩的雞肉越嚼越香,讓人停不下來。明太子釀雞翼剛剛燒好,端上枱熱辣辣,雞翼外皮加上燒烤醬十分香口,外脆內有明太子,一隻接一隻,停不到口。鹽燒牛舌肉質非常鮮嫩,入口即化 。 而且帶有濃郁的肉香味,讓人口感十分滿足。鹽燒的調味也十分恰到好處,讓牛舌的味道更加突出。今晚的主角是穴の酒販的特選壽司拼盤(10款),師傅壽司擺放有設計過,打卡一流!壽司分別有魷魚、甜蝦、油甘魚、鯛魚、三文魚、深海池魚、玉子燒等等,吞拿魚入口即溶,北海道帶子鮮味十足!這家壽司的醋飯是壽司美味的靈魂,醋飯溫熱的酸味帶出魚材的甘甜,融合魚材的油脂與肉質,在口中成就出美味。松葉蟹蓋海膽石鍋飯石鍋燒得非常熱,加上松葉蟹蓋和海膽,讓整道菜品散發出了濃郁的海鮮味道、鮮甜的蟹肉香氣,讓人食指大動。蟹籽蟹肉搭配也非常適宜,口感十分豐富。此外,松葉蟹膏和海膽的份量十分足夠,給人一種物超所值的感覺。…Read More

九龍灣德福廣場有個隱蔽的food court,我也是後期才知道第二期新開了,裡面有各式各式各國菜式。今次揀了食school food,多種韓國街頭小食,好多都充滿讀書時候嘅回憶。我與友人各自選擇了一款set(主食+紫菜包飯),大約$70左右。部隊鍋拉麵雖然知道部隊鍋都係非常簡單的食材,但每次都忍唔住喺韓國餐廳到食。除左有辛辣麵,仲有好多配料:魚糕、年糕、腸仔、午餐肉,啱哂我呢鐘意食肥仔餐嘅人。如果午餐肉可以預先煎過,就可以攞更多嘅分數哈哈。脆蝦咖哩烏冬好少餐廳可以食到湯咖哩+烏冬呢個組合,濃郁嘅烏冬湯底好惹味,烏冬亦有嚼口,唔好太淋。韓式烤豬肉紫菜包飯 &原味午餐肉紫菜包飯紫菜包飯每份有7舊,每一舊都係一口size,食完麵都唔怕份量太多,剛剛好。飯粒稍為偏硬,再煮淋啲就更加好了~…Read More
