之前有跑友組團去3A廚房食生日飯,睇片俾佢既長腳蟹三食入面既” 蟹粉芝士爆漿伊麵”吸引左🤩所以知道係貴都報名參加😂當晚菜單:1. 堂灼澳洲黑邊鮑魚2. 三蔥炒龍蝦3. 避風塘琵琶蝦4. 椒鹽汁瀨尿蝦5. 長腳蟹三食 (牛油芥辣蟹身/蟹粉芝士爆漿伊麵 /椒鹽蟹腳)6. 蒸時令星斑7. 時令蔬菜8. 時令燉湯9. 秘製炸乳鴿10. 特色海鮮麵11. 楊枝甘露波波12. 時令拔絲當晚我地book左6點半,我地大約8點齊人開始上菜,第一道菜係「堂灼澳洲黑邊鮑魚」。鮑魚係預先切片,再用好大隻既盤,擺喺鮑魚殼旁邊好靚咁上檯,旁邊仲有青邊鮑同象拔蚌(好似話係送既🤔)。等我地所有人影晒相之後,傳菜員就將整碟鮑魚攞去後面用湯灼熟再次上檯。鮑魚味道鮮甜,口感煙韌,係全晚其中最好食既一道菜👍🏻第二道菜係「三蔥炒龍蝦」,龍蝦預先切件,以調味汁料同紫洋蔥、乾蔥、青蔥一齊炒,味道唔錯,龍蝦肉亦爽口彈牙,但略嫌汁料味道有啲「功高蓋主」。第三道菜係「避風塘琵琶蝦」,琵琶蝦炸得較為乾身,辣味略為蓋過琵琶蝦本身味道,最好食反而係配菜「薯片」😂,個個夾完又夾,食唔停口🙈第四道菜係「椒鹽汁瀨尿蝦」,其實就係椒鹽瀨尿蝦,唔明點解多個「汁」字🤔瀨尿蝦略為細隻,比油塘三家村既起碼細1/3,味道方面都係「功高蓋主」,椒鹽味過重,搶左瀨尿蝦本身味道。第五道菜係「長腳蟹三食 - 牛油芥辣蟹身/蟹粉芝士爆漿伊麵/椒鹽蟹腳」,哩道係大家當晚最期待既一道菜,黎之前大家都俾網上既相同片吸引🤩牛油芥辣蟹身其實好難就咁食,因為係將蟹身既肉拆出黎再用牛油同芥辣煮成既一個芡汁,食左一啖,一個字形容 - 「漏」,真係唔建議就咁擺入口😅蟹粉芝士爆漿伊麵,一如上網影片,職員將圍住伊麵既圈攞開果一刻視覺上係震撼既,大家都「嘩!」左出聲😂但係食左一小碗,感覺同牛油芥辣蟹身一樣,都係「漏」之餘蟹味較為淡,不過都明既,始終長腳蟹賣點唔係蟹膏,又何來會多蟹粉🤷🏻‍♂️再同較為濃味既芝士溝埋…椒鹽蟹腳,同之前既避風塘琵琶蝦、椒鹽汁瀨尿蝦一樣,都係椒鹽味過重,蟹腳炸得太過火,蟹肉乾晒仲要黐殼,三食之中最為失敗👎🏻總括哩道菜係完全糟蹋同浪費左隻長腳蟹…第六道菜係「蒸時令星斑」,味道可以,但斑魚蒸得略為過火,魚肉口感略為鞋口同結實。第七、八道菜係「時令蔬菜」同「時令燉湯」,前者賣相精緻,好有心思咁擺左幅圖畫,味道清甜👍🏻後者做得返酒樓應有水準。(唔記得影相🤷🏻‍♂️)第九道菜係「秘制炸乳鴿」,鴿肉鮮嫩有肉汁,鴿皮炸得香脆而唔膩口,平均每人都食到半隻,不過如果可以早啲上會好啲,因為已經有啲飽😂第十道菜係特色海鮮麵,食之前諗住會係湯麵,原來係炸麵,賣相特別,麵條炸得香脆乾身,味道合格。之後黎既係兩道甜品「楊枝甘露波波」同「時令拔絲」,前者其實係楊枝甘露炸麻薯波波,麻薯波波外脆內軟帶啲煙韌,楊枝甘露味道正常,但對於鍾意食糖水既我係絕對唔夠喉,我會情願飲一碗楊枝甘露。後者上桌前大家都估賣相會係點樣,有人講笑問會唔會好似港產片「食神」開場果味「鮮花彩虹拔絲」咁呢?🤔(睇過既會明🤣)直到傳菜員喺走廊出現,大家見到個拔絲都係「嘩!」晒出聲🤣拔絲係一座用糖膠拔絲形成既一座尖塔,下面擺左一盤香印提子🍇,試左少少拔絲,原來糖膠係用左桂花糖(我至愛😍),所以有淡淡既桂花味😋不過哩道甜品需要同時間鬥快,因為拔絲擺到上檯都開始變「比薩斜塔」😅總括今晚視覺上的確係滿足既、係一場視覺上既盛宴,但味道、口感、質素方面都係一般,有啲甚至唔合格(個人黎講)…坦白講以哩個價錢,我可以喺好多唔同地方食好多好食,又豐富既野(賣相當然唔及哩度😅)賣相固然緊要,但係咪應該返璞歸真,追求左最基本既味道、口感、質素等等先呢?…Read More

今日本身約左跑班同學一齊跑入大尾篤BBQ。不過天文台話今日會打風,所以改左齋BBQ🤷🏻‍♂️預早book左6點半,去到冇乜人(可能因為打風),所以可以俾我地揀坐埋邊,冇咁撇雨。等左一陣齊人開始攞食材燒,選擇都算多。各類食材有好多種,飲品亦都唔少,食物質素都唔差👍🏻至於服務方面都冇傳聞/部分食評講既咁差,雖然講唔上貼心,但係都係合格既。我地帶左4支酒、棉花糖同車厘子入去,佢地都冇收開酒費/附加費,哩個都抵讚👍🏻燒烤方式亦採用左網燒,只需要每個爐有兩個人燒就得,其他人可以傾住計,幫手做其他野(多謝4位同學/朋友充當大廚負責燒烤😘)我地由6點半開始入場,燒到大約9點半左右先因為就黎打風,叫我地埋單離開。總括每人平均消費係$190/位,以哩個價錢任飲任食我覺得係值既👍🏻…Read More

早排跑班有同學發起,組團去彩虹邨金碧酒樓食飯,為食既我當然即刻報名🤪當晚菜單:1 杏汁豬肺湯2 錦鹵雲吞3 馳名叉燒4 蠔油手撕雞5 生炒骨6 魚腸蒸蛋7 炸蟹鉗8 荔芋香酥鴨9 蟠龍鱔10 香芋扣肉11 紅燒元蹄12 鮑魚炆雞13 豉油王炒麵14 上湯菜心15 馬拉糕當晚book左6點半,人數22人所以分開兩圍,早到左既同學(包括我😎)已經開始品嘗同學自家浸製既梅酒😂(免收開瓶費)大約7點人齊,先上杏汁豬肺湯,豬肺洗得乾淨冇異味,湯水飲出係老火湯,帶有濃厚杏汁味道,十分鮮甜👍🏻之後開始上第一道菜錦鹵雲吞,錦鹵雲吞係傳統果種,雲吞內無餡但雲吞皮炸得香脆,另外既甜酸汁同配料味道恰到好處,十分開胃👍🏻第二道菜係馳名叉燒,叉燒肥瘦適中,唔會燒得太燶同韌,味道唔會太咸或者太甜,鍾意食叉燒既我當然食左唔少🤭第三至五道菜係蠔油手撕雞、生炒骨同魚腸蒸蛋,哩三道菜雖然難度唔高,但都係下飯菜,送酒一流👍🏻魚腸蒸蛋更加係”秒清”🤣相都未影到已經清晒🙈第六道菜係炸蟹鉗,炸蟹鉗外層炸得鬆脆,但口感較為結實,冇平時酒樓飲宴咁彈牙(可能係配料問題🤔),略為失色。之後幾道菜都係大家期待既菜式,第七道菜係荔芋香酥鴨,香酥鴨外表炸得鬆脆,芋蓉粉糯香軟,鴨件肉質鮮嫩,冇令我地失望👍🏻不過食完哩道菜已經開始有少少飽🤣好攪笑地,上菜既時候,唔知點解會各有支幼蠟燭插左喺兩碟香酥鴨上面,而咁岩我之後一個星期生日,所以個個唱晒生日歌🤣第八道菜係蟠龍鱔,白鱔蒸得岩岩好,冇over cook,鱔肉香滑,豉汁更加帶出鱔既鮮味👍🏻連我本身唔嗜食鱔既都覺得好味👍🏻😋隔籬枱見到都叫我地俾碟盤龍鱔佢影相📸🤣(佢話佢果枱叫左脆鱔球,有啲後悔🥲)第九道菜係香芋扣肉,扣肉煮得好腍,肥豬肉入口即化,芋頭一樣都係粉糯香軟,底下既黃芽白吸收晒扣肉同芋頭既精華🤩不過因為要留肚應付之後未上既菜式,所以唯有忍口淨係食兩舊就收手🥹第十道菜係紅燒元蹄,元蹄軟糯入味,肥但係唔膩,入口鬆軟,食到濃厚既膠原口感,肉汁亦都被底下既生菜完全吸收👍🏻第十一道菜係鮑魚炆雞,鮑魚炆得入味,口感彈牙唔會好韌;雞肉炆得岩岩好唔會過火,吸收鮑魚蠔汁精華,自己都忍唔住食多幾舊😂最後既係豉油王炒麵同上湯菜心,炒麵炒得夠乾爽唔會過油,又係被”秒清”🤣相都未影就清晒🙈菜心用既應該係菜心苗,用上湯灼得岩岩好,鮮甜爽口,食左咁多肉用黎清一清,吸收返啲纖維岩晒👍🏻上晒所有菜式,最後(真係最後😂)甜品係馬拉糕,馬拉糕鬆軟有彈性,唔會太甜,如果加返啲欖仁口感會更豐富👍🏻不過因為成晚食得太飽,所以都只係食到少少😅另外唔知同學係咪當左個馬拉糕係蛋糕,所以又唱多次生日歌🤣唱完生日歌,事頭(應該係🤔)唔知係咪俾我地攪到hihi地,突然開咪唱黎明首”我的親愛”,每當唱到chorus,即刻全場一齊” Sayonara o Sayonara o…” 當事頭唱完之後,我地又接咪唱左兩首,最後連事頭婆都唱埋一份😂(其實事頭婆冇傳聞中咁串/難相與…)即時全場氣氛去到極點🥳不過當晚全場最嘈都係我地兩檯,有啲食客都對我地側目,真係有啲唔好意思🙇🏻‍♂️走既時候見到廚房師傅、企堂坐低食飯。原來佢地都有返咁上下年紀,真心respect佢地🫡經過中學母校,諗返21年前喺度中五畢業,當時金碧酒樓都係一間唔顯眼既屋邨舊式酒樓,每日會開埋早、午茶市,酒樓出面仲有檔報紙檔,午飯時間都只會有老師去果度食飯,而我地就只會喺附近食燒味飯,燒味檔而家都已經拆左lu…(叫老友記)。而家因為彩虹邨要重建,令到金碧酒樓曝光出左名,先有咁多人book檯食飯(仲要好耐之前book),自己中學母校新校舍都未有消息,牛池灣寮屋區都將要遷拆重建(好多好野食),都真係有啲唏噓😮‍💨希望哩啲舊式老店、手工、情懷都可以傳承、延續落去啦🙏🏻🫂…Read More

質素大不如前

以前間中都會過黎幫襯,因為真係好鍾意食佢既「凍竹簾烏冬」同「凍鰹魚半湯烏冬」,不過因為離公司比較遠,所以都少左好多幫襯…今次因為天氣真係好熱🥵,而自己又有少少熱氣😮‍💨,想食清啲,所以特登行遠啲過黎幫襯。以前12:15pm左右上到黎已經剩返好少位,次次都係要坐窗邊bar枱位,今次上到去發覺個場好空,但係都係被安排坐同樣位置…🤷🏻‍♂️因為一早已經諗好食咩,所以一坐底即刻掃QR code落單叫左「凍鰹魚半湯烏冬」。好快個烏冬都整好送到,習慣食第一啖烏冬之前我都會飲一啖鰹魚湯,因為佢既鰹魚湯一向都好好味👍🏻但係今次飲左啖鰹魚湯,腦中即刻出現左個問號:點解個鰹魚湯咁淡既?😳感覺同以前完全唔一樣,就好似一半鰹魚湯加左一半水咁淡…再咬一啖嗚門卷,腦中出現左第二個問號:點解塊嗚門卷硬既?😳唔單止凍冰冰(雖然我都知係食緊凍烏冬😅),仲要係岩岩冰箱攞出黎未解完凍、未煮過既口感(正常應該係軟得黎又有彈性既口感,有啲似魚蛋/片)即時吐返出黎(因為每次食未煮過/熟既食物我都會腸胃炎😔)同話俾侍應姐姐知,佢都即刻換過一份煮熱/熟左、正常既俾我(個姐姐唔知咩係嗚門卷,不過其實都正常既😅)至於主角烏冬,感恩都仲keep到以前既質素👍🏻腦中充滿住問號咁食完哩一餐埋單(大約12:25pm),平時食完未夠12:30pm,門口已經排隊排到出晒樓梯(仲經常排到落埋地下),今次離開門口同入黎一樣係冇人,個場一樣咁空,落到樓下先見到幾個人走入黎。以前哩度既烏冬真係唔錯,我都相信店主有去四國學過整/煮烏冬,不過而家煮烏冬既變晒姐姐(臨走見到)、味道差左、客人又少左好多…希望店主可以改善返食物質素,回復返昔日既好味,我都希望可以再次係度食返接近金都比羅表參道(自己覺得有七成)質素既烏冬🙏🏻…Read More

久違既高性價比午餐

之前聽朋友講過哩度既晚餐幾好食,不過因為佢既午餐一向都係走高價路線,所以都冇打算黎試😅直至最近出街做野經過樓下,見到佢擺出黎既menu,發現佢開始推出價錢較為相宜既午餐🤩所以今日同同事黎食晏試下😋餐廳環境方面,因為餐廳夜晚會做埋酒吧,所以燈光都較為昏暗,但係做到幾特別既氣氛。而時間可能比較早,餐廳未有其他食客,所以都有好多坐位可以選擇👍🏻坐低睇左menu,同事揀左A餐 + 是日餐湯,而我就揀左C餐 + 是日沙律🥗餐湯方面,今日既餐湯係南瓜忌廉湯(跟餐包),同事都話唔錯👍🏻而沙律就係沙律菜伴caesar汁,上面仲有少少藜麥😋不過因為肚餓,所以兩樣都唔記得影相😅之後首先送到既係同事叫既:濃香椰汁燴萄式雞皇飯🐔雖然好多茶記同餐廳都有哩款飯,但係哩度既淨係賣相都好有誠意,同事食完都話好味👍🏻之後送到既係我叫既:夏威夷滋味薄餅🍕薄餅size大約8-9寸,配料有:菠蘿、火腿、蘑菇、Mozzarella Cheese(應該係🤔)、Cheddar Cheese同茄醬。薄餅餅底做得夠薄,餅邊都十分脆口,配料亦都非常豐富👍🏻因為即整,所以薄餅都好夠熱,芝士亦都做到「拉絲」😋總體無論味道、口感同溫度都好好👍🏻食完之後叫左餐飲(冇留意原來要加$12😅),同事叫左凍檸茶,而我就叫左熱咖啡☕️好快黎錯左杯熱檸茶,不過好快waitress都換返杯凍檸茶出黎,但係亦都因為咁知道哩度既熱檸茶係每杯都用獨立茶包沖泡👍🏻之後黎既係我既熱咖啡☕️好驚喜佢竟然做埋拉花🤩而咖啡亦都香濃,口感亦都順滑,好唔錯,要加$12都合理👍🏻埋單之前見到有食客叫左F餐:香煎羊架拿破侖闊條麵😍見到塊羊架煎得唔錯,即刻流晒口水🤤(下次一定試😋🤣)最後埋單價錢亦都唔貴,平均每人都係$100樓下(連加一服務費),性價比都比同區其他同級數既餐廳高👍🏻以後lunch又多一個性價比高既選擇😋…Read More

其實好耐之前已經知有哩間小店,不過因為工作地點比較遠🙈,所以都一直冇幫襯過🤷🏻‍♂️直至最近轉工,返工位置比以前近左好多(隔兩棟就係😂)所以開始幫襯佢既set lunch。佢既set lunch主要係每日3款ABC餐,可以跟紅野米飯🍚、螺絲粉、田園沙律🥗&麥多士、辛辣麵🍜或者牛油焗薯🥔。最近突然想轉下口味,所以打算試下佢既三文治,其實佢有一款三文治一直都吸引到我,就係「烤雞伴印式芒果醬三文治」記得第一次食印式芒果醬係今年6月係Cafe Marco食lunch buffet,其中土耳其烤肉既一款醬料,味道酸酸甜甜好開胃,一試難忘👍🏻今日lunch我亦都揀左哩款三文治($47 + $2凍飲),三文治可以選配牛角包、白/麥方包、意式軟包同意式香草包,另外仲可以要求將包烘熱(唔使加錢),而我就揀左意式香草包落單之後大約等左5-10分鐘,就攞到餐(隔離有零食批發、模型店、服裝店等等,時間好快過)返到公司即刻開始起動試食哩款三文治🥪意式香草包方面,包身帶有微微香草味🌿另外因為要求烘熱,所以包身有少少暖暖地,包邊亦都有少少脆👍🏻餡方面,雞肉係用左煎雞扒,所以唔會嚡同韌(最怕食雞胸😅)除左肉之外,餡入面仲有青瓜片、蕃茄片同生菜,令到三文治多左份爽口同fresh既口感👍🏻最後係醬料,三文治入面搽左唔少印式芒果醬,味道同之前食過既一樣,酸酸甜甜,好開胃,同其他餡料都好夾👍🏻至於份量方面,開頭擔心會唔夠飽,但係可能因為揀左意式香草包,所以食完個肚都冇空寥寥既感覺😂今次發現原來哩間小店既重點唔係之前食開既set lunch、螺絲粉、辛辣麵、田園沙律。。。而係「三!文!治!」😂試過哩次之後真係返唔到轉頭,之後都應該會繼續幫襯佢既三文治🥪😋🤣…Read More

今年年初屋企樓下商場一間小店轉左手,開左哩間「牛角仔冰室」。一直都好想試下佢既早餐,因為佢既早餐價錢比商場另一間茶記,甚至係出面其他茶記都仲要貴。今朝終於落左去試佢既早餐,我揀左向住商場入面既吧檯位坐低,一坐低即刻聞到好濃烈既油煙味,而坐我隔離既食客就係食緊炸魚柳😓(因為舖位細同位置問題,好難做到好勁既抽風,所以上一手都唔會賣炸野)至於坐位方面就比較逼夾,可能因為另一邊有落地玻璃吧檯位望住條街,所以有人應為係文青風🤣但係對著裙既女食客就唔係咁方便😓因為一早已經諗好,所以好快叫左佢最貴既沙嗲牛肉麵早餐($38)、改蒜蓉厚多(+$1)、改凍檸茶(+$2)好快啲早餐都到齊,首先試佢既沙嗲牛肉麵,麵係茶記普遍用既大光麵或者同類即食麵,所以冇乜特別。牛肉份量多,但沙嗲醬溶晒落麵湯之後牛肉就變得好咸😖(食完1個鐘個口都仲係好咸😫)另外可能因為牛肉太咸,令到麵湯顯得好淡。蒜蓉厚多方面,係冇飛邊既三角厚多,有搽蒜蓉同margarine烘果邊有少少脆口,但另一邊冇烘既依然係方飽質地軟腍腍,令口感變得麻麻。至於火腿煎蛋就煎得比較油淋淋,成塊火腿立立令😅最正常既係杯凍檸茶,始終冇錯order已經好好(唔少茶記既偶發性通病😅)另外佢門口棟左個易拉架,標榜自己係國際及大灣區金茶王大賽2021(港式奶茶)金茶王,但因為我係乳糖不耐症患者😅所以試唔到佢既奶茶🙈特別要講一講,佢既餐具除左筷子、匙羹同大碟之外全部都係用即棄餐具(膠杯、膠兜、紙碟)😟當然用即棄餐具係好方便,又可以請少個洗碗,但係真係極唔環保👊🏻👎🏻總結今次試過佢既早餐之後,價錢同質素唔係太相乎(其實佢既午餐價錢都應該係全區之冠),所以都應該唔會再試…Read More

今日放假特登入黎烏溪沙,黎哩度試下佢既甜品🍮。大約4點半左右,去到唔使等位,登記左個人資料就可以入去,咁岩有一張窗邊tatami位,於是即刻坐低睇下menu食乜。因為係下午茶時間唔想食得太飽,所以淨係叫左1份布朗尼同1杯蘋果柳橙汁。等左唔夠10分鐘食物同飲品都先後送到,布朗尼驚喜地上面竟然仲有雲尼拿雪糕球,側邊仲有合桃果仁同好多朱古力醬👍🏻布朗尼食落仲有少少餘溫,味道唔會太甜同太苦,同雪糕、合桃果仁一齊食都好夾,仲起到消暑作用,唯一美中不足係布朗尼整得比較林,比較容易散,口感爭少少。至於蘋果柳橙汁都好新鮮,因為係即場鮮榨,所以成杯果汁都好多蘋果蓉,食完布朗尼再飲亦都幫助到解膩同清新口腔👍🏻最後環境方面都真係值得加分👍🏻坐係木地板既tatami上面,再望住落地大玻璃出面既景色(雖然唔係咩特別風景)都真係幾療癒,如果落住雨望住出面效果會更正。最後再望多次menu,發覺哩度原來仲有茶泡飯,所以應該好快會再黎幫襯😂…Read More

今晚約左兩位朋友食飯慶祝生日,因為其中一位鍾意食茶漬飯,所以上網搵到哩間日式料理店。大約6點半左右黎到,店員一開口就係問我地幾位,連最基本既「いらっしゃいませ」(歡迎)都冇講🤷🏻‍♂️坐低睇左餐牌,打算落單叫野食,問題就係哩度出現,叫玉子燒冇玉子燒(理由係尋晚食客太盡興,所以冇晒雞蛋😓)、叫Sukiyaki冇Sukiyaki、叫牛肉冇牛肉,簡直係「百無」🙈因為乜都未叫(水都未飲),所以我都提議不如轉場,但係兩位朋友都冇意欲走,所以只好繼續係度揀食物...揀左好耐,最後揀左:炸雞軟骨、炸牛蒡、燒柳葉魚、三文魚茶漬飯、鹿兒島特產黑豬肉薑飃香涮涮鍋(兩人份)首先黎既係炸雞軟骨同炸牛蒡,炸雞軟骨不過不失,係一般居酒屋都有既質素,炸牛蒡香脆而不油膩,配合少量鹽調味,反而係全晚最好食。之後黎既係三文魚茶漬飯同燒柳葉魚,飯份量好多,但係俾湯浸住,而茶竟然係另外用茶壺裝住(一直食開都係茶同湯預先調配,再預先倒落飯,或者用茶壺裝住俾客人自行調配,就算去日本旅行都係一樣食法)而且飯好多都黐埋一舊同埋食得出唔係日本米(但係價錢係貴到可以食越光米)燒柳葉魚就都係普通燒多春魚,不過唔似柳葉魚。最後黎既係鹿兒島特產黑豬肉薑飃香涮涮鍋(兩人份),豬肉分豬五花同豬柳,豬五花口感還可以,但同普通豬五花分別唔大,豬柳熟後口感麻麻(較硬),湯就只有咸味,完全食唔出薑味。雖然成晚食物麻麻,但係我地都本住唔嘥野既原則食晒。之後埋單叫左兩次侍應都係揮一揮手敷衍就算,要叫到第三次先肯埋黎😓埋完單一樣又係最基本既「ありがとうございました」或者係廣東話既「多謝」都冇講🤷🏻‍♂️今晚都好後悔揀左哩度同朋友慶祝生日(朋友感覺都麻麻😓)希望下次可以揀間更好啦!…Read More

之前朝早出街做野經過成業街,偶然望下以前經常食早餐既一間餐廳既現況,發覺變左一間泰國餐廳。係門口望下Menu,即刻俾”泰式沙嗲牛肉公仔麵”吸引住,好奇泰式會有咩唔同🤔不過當時因為趕時間所以冇上去試🤷🏻‍♂️今日朝再出街做野,特登預定時間黎食早餐😋走入餐廳都係比較簡約既泰國style裝修,冇好似一般泰國餐廳咁供奉四面佛或者僧侶,反而係播住輕鬆既泰文歌🎵搵位坐低之後望下Menu,發覺原來除左好想試既”泰式沙嗲牛肉公仔麵”之外,仲有”泰式沙嗲豬軟骨米線”同”泰式鴨肉河粉”早餐。雖然另外兩款都好吸引,但係我最後都係揀左第一款早餐😊首先黎既係炒蛋同多士,炒蛋雖然冇落牛奶但係都炒得幾滑,份量都食得出係雙蛋。多士烘得都算均勻,可能擺左係熱櫃一段時間,口感反而變得軟熟。整體都算唔錯👍🏻之後黎既就係期待已久既主角”泰式沙嗲牛肉公仔麵”。首先望落覺得點解咁似牛腩麵既?😂食落發覺原來真係牛腩粒👍🏻(之後返公司問經常去泰國旅行既同事先知原來泰國人鍾意落牛腩)雖然牛腩帶筋,但係肉質彈牙,牛腩味充足👍🏻不過自問唔係對牛腩有特別研究😅所以未必岩好鍾意食牛腩既朋友😂至於湯底方面,唔同一般茶記要你自己撈勻啲沙嗲汁,而係用自己煮既沙嗲湯底👍🏻味道亦都同出面唔同,冇左平時食開既辣味,取而代之既係順滑既口感同微微既沙嗲香料味。配料亦都充足,有香芹菜、芽菜同一啲未知既泰式香料。飲品方面我揀左凍檸茶,雖然同出面分別唔大,但係都幾大杯👍🏻平時出街做野都係食慣台式早餐,試過哩間之後又多一個食早餐既地方喇😂👍🏻…Read More

又一個攸閒既夜晚,本身諗全去Mega Box既吉XX打返個一人火鍋,但係奈何實在太多人排隊,所以打消左哩個諗頭🙈突然忽發其想,不如行岩岩開通既承啟道過土瓜灣搵食😋起步之前上定網,搵下土瓜灣有咩好食,最後搵到哩間餐廳。由九龍灣大約行15分鐘就到左土瓜灣,再行多10分鐘就到左北帝街。原來哩間餐廳座落係傲雲峰對面。哩度除左哩間餐廳之外,附近都開左唔少餐廳,但係唯獨係哩間特別多人。係外面望左一陣,見環境都唔錯所以就入去食今晚晚餐。因為係一個人既關係🙈所以被安排左坐係窗口隔離既吧檯位。好快侍應攞左Menu過黎,睇左一陣即刻俾一樣野吸引住 - 嘻蘇甩早餐,睇返英文原來即係All Day Breakfast😂見自己都好耐冇食過All Day Breakfast,所以就即刻揀左哩樣做今晚晚餐。等左大約15分鐘,侍應就將食物送到,配料都比較健康,內容包括:炒菜、炒蘑菇、黑松露炒蛋、煙肉、牛仔腸、多士、Yogurt、、生果粒同近期熱門既健康食物 - 藜麥之前食過好多餐廳既All Day Breakfast,佢地都犯左同一個通病,就係餐送到既時候,餐盤上面既食物已經凍晒。但係哩次侍應送黎既餐仍然見到食物仍然係會有熱氣上升,哩個係好值得讚既地方👍🏻食物方面都有唔錯既水準,炒菜、炒蘑菇、黑松露炒蛋食既時候都仲係好溫暖,煙肉煎得脆口得黎亦都恰到好處,比較驚喜既係多士應該係餐廳自己handmade,入面除左有提子乾同麥粒之外,仲有餐廳既招牌 - hazelnut,至於生果粒亦都好新鮮,提子甜酸適中,西瓜粒亦都好沙好清甜,菠蘿亦都好多汁👍🏻雖然唔知幾時會再黎土瓜灣,但哩間餐廳值得再黎幫襯👍🏻😋…Read More

聽講話哩度既"招牌菠蘿包"好好食,成日想試好耐,上次黎到又咁岩撞正佢內部裝修,今日終於都有機會可以試下佢地既食物喇可能係朝早既關係,黎到門口唔使等位就入到去坐,望左Menu最後order左一個"招牌菠蘿包"同一杯凍奶茶。水吧效率好高,落完單好快就黎左order既凍奶茶。凍奶茶嗒落比出面冰室多少少茶味,茶同奶既比例都算均勻,而甜味亦都適中。廚房亦都不遑多讓,岩岩飲完第一啖凍奶茶之後,"招牌菠蘿包"亦都送到面前。俾手機食左第一啖之後我亦都即刻起動口感方面,包身溫熱,口感亦很鬆軟。菠蘿皮很脆口,但好易散,食完之後碟面佈滿既都係菠蘿皮碎。煎蛋同蕃茄令菠蘿包口感層次更加豐富,但其熱力亦都令牛油溶得好快,令到食落只隱約感覺到牛油既味道但係就感覺唔到牛油咬落去既感覺。味道方面,菠蘿皮味道都偏淡,菠蘿包原有既味道亦被煎蛋同蕃茄既味道蓋過,令食落感覺同食緊用焗爐烘過既甜餐包整既分別唔大。總括以上,哩度既食物幾有創意,諗法亦都幾新鮮,價錢亦唔太貴。但食物質素方面,就有少少見面不如聞名,但不仿一試。…Read More

自己都算幾鍾意同幾食得辣, 市面上亦都有好多食湖南菜同四川菜嘅地方,但係講到至愛都莫過於哩間 "澳門咖哩王清湯腩平時唔夠人所以都唔多機會可以嗌小菜, 不過今晚啱啱好湊夠人可以一齊品嚐到lu坐底即刻睇睇菜牌有咩可以揀, 整份菜牌當中以辣口味為主, 不過都有少部份俾唔食得辣嘅朋友選擇最後我地揀咗:麻辣爆炒煙臘肉京蔥炒牛肉孜然炒牛肉宮保雞丁白灼薑蔥牛柏葉田園三劍客等咗大概10分鐘, 首先嚟嘅係"京蔥炒牛肉", 牛肉口感味道新鮮, 同京蔥味道非常配合, 之後嚟嘅係"孜然炒牛肉", 牛肉一樣口感味道新鮮, 整碟都充滿住濃郁嘅孜然味(後尾問過老細原來佢地唔係用孜然粉, 而係用原粒孜然)等多一陣再嚟嘅係"宮保雞丁", 配料有青紅辣椒、乾指天椒同埋老細喺四川人貨嘅花椒, 雞丁口感嫩滑, 同配料亦都好夾再嚟就係"麻辣爆炒煙臘肉", 配料有紅辣椒, 乾指天椒, 大蔥同洋蔥等等, 令胃口大增,至於煙臘肉除咗有臘肉嘅口感之外, 仲多咗一種煙燻嘅味道之後再嚟嘅係"田園三劍客", "三劍客"其實係指三種唔同嘅瓜, 分別係苦瓜, 青瓜同矮瓜,再配以少量嘅辣椒碎同蒜粒清炒, 三種瓜食落都好爽口, 而苦瓜更加冇咗嗰種苦澀味, 唔太食得辣嘅朋友用嚟解辣啱哂最後大家都唔夠喉, 於是嗌多咗碟"白灼薑蔥牛柏葉", 牛柏葉新鮮彈牙爽口, 未被漂白,所以每啖都食到牛柏葉本身嘅鮮味除咗哩幾樣小菜之外, 我地仲每人嗌多一碗足料蕃茄湯, 蕃茄湯用料充足, 每一啖都品嚐到濃郁嘅蕃茄味, 湯內亦都有好多湯渣, 確係真材實料!今次之後唔知幾時先至可以湊夠人一齊再食lu, 希望快啲可以再嚟食啦…Read More
