呢排很多酒店自助餐都搞推廣,早排水靜鵝飛,全民留在家吃飯上了海逸君綽官網book,原本計埋加一安700多元,現在大約580左右一位。準時六時半到達,原來已經開始了,落地大玻璃全海景是賣點之一海鮮冷盤不太出色,有蟹蚶~但比較細,有膏凍毛蟹~盤經常清空,refill比較慢,長腳蟹~算最好的一盤,厚肉,海蝦~普通海蝦,還有小龍蝦,青口即開生蠔賣點之一,不過只有一个人開蠔,慢,排了二次就無心機再排。不過蠔鮮十足,中等size,不錯沙津吧普普通通~都是生菜之類,連煙三文魚也欠奉熱葷最出色是芝士龍蝦,不過一出秒殺,肉爽甜即整蒸小籠包~裏面啲汁非常鮮美,不是回本之作也吃了幾隻。蠔油花膠冬菇~跟某出名五星級酒店主打差了幾班,花膠不夠厚身。魚買相不美,已煎了~沒吃。牛仔肉~全埸我猜主打之一,鮮,嫩,入口無渣。另一主打是紅酒白酒啤酒任飲,還有奶茶咖啡,立時加分!總括來說~如果價錢在六百以下一位可以試試牛仔肉,生蠔,紅白酒,再加無敵大海景…Read More

疫情終於回落單位數字了,又去食好d,抖抖氣,日日屈喺屋企人都癲,朋友將出遠門,約我下午吃飯聚聚。朋友選了尖沙嘴翠林辣蟹舫。準時到達~嘩,門口貼滿明星合照,上到二樓,感覺亁淨,一盞盞仿燈籠吊燈挂滿,讓人回想起80年代避風塘船上的璀璨光華。黃金流沙蟹一上來好澎湃,盛載的盒子像一個牌坊,吸晴十足,蒜香和鹹蛋黃炸到金黃金黃真像陽光下的沙粒,蟹肉鮮甜,香味和鮮味混合在口中,簡直好味到難以形容店裏侍應雖然不多亦都殷勤地幫手換碟值得一讚。黑椒蜂蜜牛仔粒賣相極度精美,用鮮淮山砌出像孔雀的羽毛,牛仔粒甜甜軟軟,加上鮮淮山中和甜味和爽脆,吃多也不膩。炒菜花廣東菜通常用蒜蓉炒,它用了乾辣椒,比較特別,感覺有少少川味朋友趁我吃到不停口,偷偷地去結賬,真不好意思,想同他踐行反而要他埋單。這頓飯吃得很滿足,希望在異鄉他生活安康!…Read More

已經好多日無出外用膳了,現疫情嚴重,為他人也為自己著想。今日我這個無飯主婦去買簡單食材比家里享用。大埔振興肉丸,已經在大埔屹立了幾十年,大埔人無人不知,它主打無添加人造色素,無防腐劑,無加入雜肉,內臟.肉質原味,天然,我們這些大埔之友必幚襯之肉丸店。地點在大埔墟街市對面,今日正落雨,人不算多,入去右手面一排雪椻,乾淨整潔,各類肉丸已真空包裝,價錢款式已寫在上面,真是眼花繚亂,款式勁多,在這裏如果打便爐還有湯底和牛肉等等食材選購。最後我選了香菇貢丸,牛肉丸和芥末魚丸,麻辣小龍包四款回家煮粉吃香菇貢丸一咬落去已經有濃郁嘅菇味,爽口和多汁.牛肉丸咬下去彈牙,實肉,齒甲有濃濃的牛肉香味,是我每次來必買。麻辣小龍包和芥末魚丸第一次吃麻辣小龍包非常多汁,麻辣濃香味和米粉簡直絕配,吃時不能太心急,小心汁液濺到。芥末魚丸也不俗,肉丸爽口,芥末味剛好,不霸道,又可以刺激味蕾。簡單的一餐,剩下的丸留明天打便爐。希望這店可以和我們一樣捱過疫情。…Read More

平時食日式放題都系2小時限時,感覺在快速塞食物入肚,和時間競賽。官塘這間千賀水產鮮鍋道場主打6小時任食吸引了我們去。地點很易找,在官塘站步行幾分鐘已到官塘廣場搭電梯上15樓侍應姐姐給我們量度完體溫,用了自助酒精搓手液,帶我們去卡位坐下。地方很大,分幾個區域取食物,有刺身魚生區,沙律吧,熟食區,甜品區,火鍋食品區,飲品區,真系花多眼乿。坐定定,先叫鍋底,我點了胡椒豬肚鍋,侍應送一盤海鮮盛合二人份……有海蝦,帶子,蜆,鮑魚,還有一客極上安格斯牛小排。原來除了外面火鍋自助區的食物,還可以無限追加餐牌上的食物,如水魷,海蝦,肥牛,蜆等等。熟食區蓮藕炆豬手吸引了我,好入味,豬手炆得好淋,入口溶化。安格斯牛小排也不俗,雪花分佈均勻.咬落沒有渣宰。魚生有三文魚,甘蝦,帶子,吞拿魚,各樣也新鮮飲品區竟然有雪花啤酒任飲,我朋友説他上次是啤酒沒有放題的。非常特別之處,熟食區的食物原來是過一陣子會換另外一種,譬如我超愛啲蓮藕炆豬手轉了滷水豬耳.真係一樣吃一點肚皮也撐不起,這麼多種類。在這里飲下啤酒,吃吃東西,足足悠閒地吃了三個多小時.感覺超值。…Read More

明天放假,諗住收工叫某人一起出街食飯,點知某人懶到出汁不想再換衫落街,叫我買外賣回家一起吃。叫我買當然買我喜歡的,收工後,去左隔離金百利廣場4樓麻辣派對,麻辣我連續食左2日,越食越上癮。餐廳裝修頗為夢幻,天花佈滿花花球,還有七彩射燈,真有派對feel.探完熱,侍應姐姐好熱情招呼我坐下,慢慢看菜牌點菜。其實好想食酸菜魚,諗起都流口水,但怕路途中會倒瀉,唯有點了少水份的菜,急急腳回家享用,因為隔著盒子也聞到香味。辣子海蝦另加田雞(小辣)咬落去已滿嘴麻辣肉香,田鷄用油泡過,可以鎖住裏面的水分,吃起上嚟不太乾,外香內鮮,非常惹味,而蝦我連蝦殼都不放過,麻,辣,鮮,香共冶一爐。口水雞(小辣)為了遷就某人,點了小辣,看他辣得不停喝啤酒,而我吃得津津有味,因為加了花生粒除了辣,鷄也嫩,也香口。清炒萵筍非常爽甜,可以中和麻辣,是我至愛原來外賣都不錯,可以在家慢慢喝著啤酒,慢慢享受味蕾的麻辣感覺……簡直……爽YY!…Read More

超想食日式放題,上網一查,原來平時去食開瓊華中心某日式放題執左,唯有去附近食。走了去位於地鐵站E出口御滿屋日本料理。想不到人頭湧湧,最近很少見到這個場面,侍應姐姐帶了我去兩人枱,座位比較迫,無法,一分錢一分貨,唯有要求不要太高有二本厚厚的落單簿,種類很多,而在外面還有自助沙律吧,涼拌鳳瓜之類,朱古力噴泉,清酒,啤酒,梅酒,無酒精飲品。首先當然要點我最愛的刺身。刺身款式也算多,赤貝刺身,吞拿魚,油甘魚,鮑片,北寄貝,希靈魚都新鮮,甜爽,但赤蝦吃下去,感覺不太新鮮.迷你海膽手卷,非常適合食用,因為飯糰比較少,不會吃飽了肚子,海膽也鮮甜。燒物多春魚,牛舌,羊架等等也不俗,我特別喜歡榴槤波波,外層炸糯米粉軟軟的咬下去,濃郁的榴槤汁液留在口腔,回味無窮。最後還可以每人有一杯Haagen dazs雪糕總括來說,食物種類非常多,也算新鮮,而且食物質素中上,除了座位比較迫之外,埋單的價錢也不算貴,性價比高。唯一是放題時間兩小時,我們坐了大約35分鐘已叫先埋單,感覺好像好趕…Read More

今日有人生日,去食豪d,訂了萬豪酒店5樓自助餐六點我們准時到達,比起平時無甘擠擁。座位闊落,取碟時有專人拿著酒精搓手液消毒雙手海鮮冷盤有龍蝦,海蝦,加菲蟹,蟹鉗,各樣都超大超新鮮,特別龍蝦,還吃到牠的海水鮮味,入口爽口彈牙。熱葷有大大塊燴花膠,厚身好味道,簡直回本之選,鮑魚海參,這二道菜在自助餐是不會吃到,海參非常肥厚,為增加骨膠原不停地添吃。還有蒜蓉蒸海蝦,清蒸石斑塊,燒味 等等將近飽之際,一定要試試羊架和牛仔肉,粉紅的肉質美味鮮嫩,非常juicy,平常酒店吃一頓西餐不平宜呀……哈。刺身吧枱的刺身我覺得比較失色,只有普通的三文魚,甘蝦之類,不太吸引。最後,在酒店食自助餐當然要吃甜品,杧果cake和芝士撻也很好味道每人可以叫一杯飲品,吃飽之餘可以飲下咖啡,吹吹水這自助餐的質素簡直無得輸。…Read More

深水埗大排檔就食得多,今日跟了个識途老馬去石硤尾Dee哥私家厨房食晚飯,吾好誤會,系正宗大排檔。我朋友十晚起碼有八晚浦大排檔,佢喜歡無拘無束,可以飲下啤酒,大聲d講野都吾怕,而且氣氛熱閙,餸菜夠鑊氣又夠份量,不用加一。Dee哥私家厨房在石硤尾A出口轉右行大約4分鐘有條天橋上平台,圍繞著的是舊型的公屋,好有六十年代感覺。他一坐下先叫了兩支啤酒,侍應哥哥很識做用冰筒裝著看看餐牌,價錢不太貴,於是點了~薑蔥麻香撈爽滑魚皮是我超喜歡的涼菜之一,比起我平時在粥舖吃的還要便宜,吃下,超有驚喜,薄薄的,很爽脆,不腥,還有濃濃的麻油香味。椒鹽脆魷魚炸得剛剛好,不過火,魷魚件件很厚身,咬落外脆內軟熟,不乾身,我終於忍唔住,同侍應哥哥講真係要讚下廚房,因為比起某些名牌大排檔還要好味,侍應哥哥講原本厨師是做開私房菜的,噢!怪不得這麽好吃。避風塘豉椒海中蝦估不到是用大海蝦,不欺場,海蝦超大隻又爽甜,蒜香入味,佐酒一流。椒絲腐乳通菜鑊氣很夠,香噴噴,伴著習習夜風,喝著啤酒,吃著超水準食物,又不會怕限時限刻還枱,真好!值得一提的,我這个外來人如果朋友不帶著不會知平台上有食肆,店主可考慮加塊路牌指引…Read More

今日放假半日去了補眉,便在附近順便外賣回家,簡單方便。銅鑼灣金記冰室去過很多次了,位於時代廣場附近冰室設計走六十年代懷舊路線,卡位設計成電車形狀,還有懷舊招牌,很有特色。點了一杯凍鴛鴦,再慢慢看餐牌,其實我每次來經常吃乾炒牛河,香噴噴的,很好味道,不過因為每天跟老爸兩個人吃,他年齡大了,不想他吃得太油膩,費盡腦汁終於點了~鹽焗雞不太鹹,醬汁在底沙薑汁在面,還有香香的芝麻,吃到鷄的鹹香,不錯腐乳通菜由於我吩咐了小油,可能賣相看起來沒有綠油油的感覺,但合符我標準。蝦仁炒蛋飯蝦仁很滑和爽,蛋炒很剛剛好,不過火。老爸把這一盒全消滅了,可能太好味又或者他牙齒不太好,哈哈和老爸簡單快樂的一餐,不用老爸這麼辛苦去張羅晚飯,而且價錢不貴,比起名牌餐廳毫不輸蝕,真心覺得不差另外一提的是服務員態度非常好,見一位客人光顧 ,服務員細心地提醒如果怕凍便坐另外一張枱,好窩心!…Read More
