食物水準很參差,有好有唔好

路德維向來都熱鬧,係荃灣人士喜歡聚集地方。每次放工很晚的時候,走到這邊,幾乎所有糖水鋪和小食檔都爆滿。這日經過時候,又見到這家金坊泰國菜門口排長龍。其實早前有過來食過一次lunch. 泰式咖喱超正,印象很好,所以這次都和Macy一齊入來試下。排咗25分鐘,終於都有位坐了。等到好肚餓, 所以好快點餐:- 泰式生虾 (蝦睇上去,食落去都幾新鮮,醬汁好辣,辣到大家到最後讓俾對方食...)講句題外話。以前看過一個墨西哥專題片,話當地也最中意食生蝦。不過他們的龍蝦都好大隻。然後會花個幾小時準備醬汁,全部都是本地最辣的辣椒混合調製。然後就直接淋上去,辣椒的威力足以殺菌,就可以直接吃了。泰式生蝦也是這樣的道理吧,同埋大陸有d地方嘅醉蝦。- 招牌肉串 (燒得軟硬適中,口感好。不過附送的醬汁調料味道一般,不如直接食。如果有飲酒,可能會很適合)另外,見到鋪頭有些飲食男女介紹。有d期望,食完有d失望。- 烧鸡 (同肉串啱啱相反,燒雞無醬汁碟完全食唔落口。適合肚子很餓想要徒手撕裂并吞下整隻雞的人)- 生菜包 (生菜很新鮮,肉碎炒到很香很辣,不過之前食完生蝦,這點辣都不算什麽。)手唔得閑影相.- 蚵仔煎蛋 (最好吃的原來是這盤蚵仔煎蛋。雖然是一道很平常的菜。但係蚵仔的鮮嫩在雞蛋的平實中更加彰顯)總結:食物水準太參差。有的唔錯,有的好錯...…Read More

Crystal從澳洲返來,幾個舊同學一起來到荃灣地鐵站這邊的季季紅。久聞季季紅乳豬好食,一直沒有機會來。這次雖然只有5條友,都點了一隻豬。因為豬比較慢,所以我們先吃了- 涼拌豬耳,青瓜。- 豬肺湯 (非常清甜,好飲!)- 滷水拼盤.(不過不失)- 醉雞 (味道好正!)- 炒馬拉盞 (辣辣的,我鍾意)- 蟹肉西蘭花(還可以)大家食到半飽,乳豬終於都姍姍來遲。先是整只上來給大家合影留念....然後剪剪剪,變成了這樣...1. 首先一定要讃下刀工,每塊都很勻稱,男士一啖一塊,女士兩啖一塊。非常方便2. 其次,和燒臘鋪一般的燒肉比,偏瘦,但是大家都覺得這樣更好,香脆而不油膩。更因為頭先食得半飽,太過油膩反而吃不下3. 但我想重點推薦的,還是趴在豬下面的飯。真是太好味了!吸收了豬肉的油脂,不會太乾又很滋味。蓋在豬肉下面,由廚房出來到開吃之後,一直保持著溫香。雖然大家都很飽,都忍不住吃了些飯。如果打分的話,我給乳豬8分,給飯9分。另外,如果有8-10個人來食,一定要點乳豬!如果只有5-6個人,那就要看你的胃口有幾大了! …Read More

未必很健康, 但口感,味道和噱头不错的素食

一直到吃大自然素食,才知道原来素食也分两种。一种是最基本的素食,也是很清淡的饮食,青菜豆腐,稀饭萝卜,足矣。另一种是将各种各样的素食材料,做成好像鸡鸭鱼肉海鲜的口感和味道,虽然你在吃素,但心理感觉是在吃荤。其实后者很多已经不算严格意义上的素食了。,因为为了口感,在调料上有时难免会“踩界”。像<少年π>中的中国水手说,在船上,肉汁不算肉,是调味品。但对于真正素食者来说,只是自欺欺人。更重要是,你已经是抱着吃肉的心态。啰嗦了一堆,还是要讃下荃湾广场的大自然素食。1. 蛇羹 (非常出色,和蛇王芬的蛇羹口感已经很接近,吃完又爽口又开胃。) 2. 海鲜烩饭(不过不失,没有特别的感觉) 3. 沙爹串烧 (还原度99%,还有1%可能差在豆腐始终不如肉的咀嚼感强。酱汁调制到非常味美)4. 苦瓜炒蛋 (不过不失)5. 芝士黑松露焗茄子 (今日最佳,茄子的味道被芝士完全惹起,香浓扑鼻,口感非凡!)…Read More

实实在在的婚宴

同事结婚在荃湾煌府摆酒,一众人喜气洋洋来到庆贺。前些年少在香港,所以很少参加婚宴,自然是胃口大开,想一探究竟。据说煌府专做酒宴,一直都以实在划算出名,这次的婚宴餐单也是酒家最标准最受欢迎的系列,不免要一句话点评一下:1. 蜜月鴻運乳豬全體 +1上头盘的时候,餐厅应景响起(猪之歌),叫人忍俊不禁。乳猪不肥不腻,味道刚好。也叫人吊起胃口来。2. 翡翠大明蝦球 +0.5虾还不错,鲜嫩。但西芹没有入味...,倘若加些百合会更佳。3. 百花釀蟹鉗 -0.5面粉+蟹肉做成ball,无心思!同路边摊无异!4. 翡翠玉環瑤柱甫 +1西兰花同节瓜都入味,鲜美甚佳,瑶柱亦松软可口。5. 紅燒海皇竹笙大生翅 0又是一普通之作,不过不失。7. 蠔皇原隻鮮鮑 +1失望係配搭鲍鱼的竟然是生菜,差点毁了道菜!不过鲍鱼自身味道实在不错!8. 清蒸大海斑 +1鱼很鲜嫩,蒸的火候与调料恰到好处,上菜时间也把握的很好。9. 當紅脆皮燒雞 -0.5还不如茶餐厅的味道...10. 美滿炒飯 0不过不失11. 幸福炆伊麵 +0.5好味,只是有小小油11. 百年好合 0绿豆沙,普通 (但也许是因为已经吃饱了。。)12. 美點雙輝 0.5棉花糖加桂花糕均做成心性,好味,sweet.13. 園林鮮果:)how can i comment on tangerines ... ..Over,总结:实实在在,还不错!…Read More

令人魂繞夢牽的芝士龍蝦

公司聚餐,一眾人山長水遠來到屯門容龍海鮮酒家食海鮮。不過要先落街市,自己買定海鮮,拎被酒家煮。其他餸沒有什麽特別,倒是兩個蝦讓我印象深刻。第一個是瀨尿蝦,清新爽口,肉質鮮美,實在不俗。不過做法相對簡單,主要是食材的發揮。要重點推薦的,是酒家招牌菜,芝士開邊龍蝦。1. 酥脆勾芡油炸的比例和火候剛剛好,殼脆而不碎,香而不油。2.方便食開邊精准,基本一支小匙羹就可以一啖一啖搞定佢3. 芝士畫龍點睛芝士勝在和蝦肉的比例剛好,刺激了蝦肉的鮮嫩度,又不會搶了風頭。(我覺得唯一小小不足,就是作為提味的蒜蓉鋪得太厚,有同事是直接將它全部刮掉。)otherwise,一切都很美好:)…Read More
