第一次來這家店吃蒸汽鍋,是从Open Rice 中找到的,想著試試新店,第一個驚喜是可以在手機APP內訂位,不用浪費時間打電話;我們訂了7:30,進店時要我們上1樓,我們有老人家不太方便,怎知店內竟然有電梯,這是第二個驚喜。我們4人,因為太肚餓了,便來了一個沙薑雞腳,然後點了12只中蝦,4只鮑魚,4只象拔蚌仔,4只大蟶子皇,12只鑽石蜆,介蘭,勝瓜和臘香鮑魚糯米飯,還有龍皇水仙粥底。雞腳很入味,也不太咸,可能太餓了,覺得吃不夠似的,越吃越開胃……開始蒸汽蒸了,各樣貝殼類都很鮮,很嫩,可能是蒸汽鍋的時間容易控制,所以吃來不會過老,很嫩滑多汁,勝瓜蒸起來也很好味,可能是已半熟的,所以時間只需5分鐘,但介蘭卻比較久了點,失了一點分,糯米飯是真人不露相,看似白白的,一點也不好吃,但原來味道是很好,但因為是最後了,吃不下,每人吃了一點點便打包;最後一定要說的是第三個驚喜,龍皇水仙粥。龍皇水仙粥是什麼呢? 原本是波士頓龍蝦+馬騮搣茶,最初的時候在蒸汽鍋底放米和龍蝦是沒有意外的,但到最後,侍應意然說要加炸米及馬騮搣的時候,我們都O了咀,我們很懷疑,所以都搖頭拒絕,但經過那位侍應一輪勸告後,終於我們接受了,看著侍應把炸米和馬騮搣分別洒在龍蝦粥內,立時已聞到淡淡茶香四溢,和著米香及龍蝦鮮味……很快很快的,那粥已一點也不剩了。…Read More
