今晚帶朋友去咗銅鑼灣一間頗出名嘅樓上酒吧飲嘢兼食飯,呢間酒吧位置很好找,位於時代廣場後面,酒吧走現代禪風黑色風格,頗有格調。🍴 Ikura Lobster Arancini師傅把龍蝦湯加入車打芝士,再炸成一舊飯團,咬落去感覺外脆內軟,極為香口,鋪在飯團上嘅三文魚籽令整個口感更為豐富。🍴 Tuna Tartare香滑嘅牛油果蓉加埋吞拿魚他他,再配搭埋香脆嘅炸米紙和炸紫菜一齊食,呢個配搭頗新穎,而且勁香口,食到停唔到口。🍴 Crispy Beef Short RibBeef Short Rib係用咗上等嘅牛坑腩,肥瘦適中,焗到外皮微脆,裡面嘅肉質還非常嫩滑,配上廚師特別調配嘅山楂紅酒汁,口感甜甜哋,非常開胃,重配埋綿滑嘅牛油焗薯蓉,口感極為豐富。🍴Drunken Crab Pasta廚師特別用上中式嘅花雕酒、蒜片和橄欖油煮成嘅墨魚意粉,每啖都能食出濃香嘅花雕酒味,另外蟹肉都非常鮮甜,夠晒足料。🍹 Koko Ringo用Gin做酒底,再用羅勒葉、班蘭、青檸調配成嘅cocktail, 上面再加上椰mouse, 清爽之餘又帶出陣陣椰香。🍹 Prohibition 端上時用火烧cocktail上的柑橘,儀式感十足,淡淡嘅伏特加酒配有百香果、番石榴、柑橘、青檸葉,口感極為清爽。…Read More

最近有朋友從日本旅遊回來,帶咗支性價比高嘅清酒請我飲,我當然負責揀間性價比高嘅日本料理來襯番佢支酒喇。呢間「粋」嘅位置頗隱蔽,門口極不顯眼,只有一道咖啡色門,要按門鈴才可進入,再乘升降機到4樓,一開𨋢就見到露天花園天台,可以坐低嘆吓,感覺極為寫意,除了天台花園外,我訂的日本料理亦在此層,私隱度頗高。餐廳只有3款omakase供應,我哋就揀咗中間價位的一款。先付 ~ 汁煮黑梅貝 ~ 煮到夠淋身兼入味燒螢光魷魚配柚子味噌醬 ~ 魷魚柔嫩彈牙鰻魚苗配酸汁和薑 ~ 鰻魚苗非常爽滑刺身 ~日本四國德島嘅真蠔配酸汁和黑醋啫喱 口感非常清爽,酸酸甜甜非常好味。子持魷魚·鰤魚刺身·沖繩苦瓜漬子持魷魚非常鮮美彈牙鰤魚刺身充滿魚脂香氣苦瓜漬口感爽脆有回甘北海道香箱蟹配蟹醋師傅拆晒蟹肉,再釀番落蟹蓋裡,配埋蟹醋食,非常鮮甜味美。鮟鱇魚乾配最終餅鮟鱇魚乾蓉配搭七色芝麻、wasabi和蔥,放在最終餅內,口感綿密帶點脆口。季節の料理 ~鹿兒島A5和牛配青椒和蕃薯 和牛脂香清新,濃而不膩。握り壽司 - 七貫 ~北海道帶子配柚子皮|熊本天草石垣鯛|北海道冰鮮甜蝦|鮫鰈魚魚肚+魚邊|長崎縣中拖羅|長崎縣大拖羅|北海道馬糞海膽每件🍣都充滿驚喜,非常新鮮,魚脂豐富。椀物煮到非常濃郁嘅魚湯,而且夠晒地辣辣。甜品北海道蜜瓜,非常清甜。…Read More

昨晚放工後和朋友到尖東海旁的酒吧餐廳Happy Hour。 呢間Spasso位於尖東海旁,餐廳設計為半開放式,戶外設有大量座位,而坐在室內的客人都可容易觀賞到美麗嘅尖東海旁景色。餐廳有Happy Hour時間,每日由3:00pm至7:30pm提供,每杯$55,當然我們不會放過Happy Hour優惠,先叫兩杯冰凍啤酒。餐前麵包,焗到熱辣辣,外脆內軟,而且配有3款醬料,有橄欖醬、意大利陳醋和蕃茄醬。燴雞肉芝士意大利雲吞伴蕃茜醬Homemade Ravioli 雞肉意大利雲吞口感綿密,蕃茜醬嘅清新酸香平衡咗芝士嘅濃郁,呢款係廚師推介,絕對值得試試。聖丹尼爾火腿意大利薄餅San Daniele Ham Dok廚師即場用刨肉機把18個月嘅豬腿刨成薄片,再鋪滿放在pizza上,這款火腿片肉質勁咸香而且肥瘦適中。而薄餅嘅餅底較薄身兼且好脆口,再配搭埋水乳牛芝士、蕃茄醬和火箭菜,口感層次非常豐富。Tiramisu圓形玻璃瓶裡嘅Tiramisu配上薄荷葉、藍梅和桑梅,擺盤十分精緻,Tiramisu口感綿密濕潤,每啖都散發出淡淡嘅咖啡味兼帶微微酒香。Ice-cream (Pistachio favour)開心果雪糕配上薄荷葉和桑莓,開心果味夠突出,口感勁滑溜,配上生果作為完美的結束。…Read More

昨晚我帶朋友嚟呢間位於上環地鐵站附近嘅「鮨定山」食廚師發板,預便預祝生日。餐廳內只有一張L型板前餐桌,大約可容納10位客人。一個餐,一個價錢,全由廚師發板,唔洗左諗右諗,免除煩惱。店員問我哋飲凍茶定熱茶,我哋揀咗熱茶,服務都幾貼心,跟著再為我們端上香脆嘅鱈魚片配上沙律醬。🥢 小柱筋子配水雲,加埋少少日本醋汁,口感非常爽滑。🥢 昆布漬真鯛,用昆布慢慢醃製,提昇咗真鯛嘅天然甘甜味。🥢 北海道松葉蟹,師傅把松葉蟹拆肉,再配上松葉蟹膏做汁,蟹肉非常鮮甜。🥢 師傅微微燒香太刀魚,而醬汁方面係用咗洋蔥汁、蘿蔔苗和芥辣籽做成,食落感覺非常夾。🥢 秋刀魚刺身,入秋後嘅秋刀魚非常肥美,魚油味非常突出,師傅只配上少少蔥粒,已經好好味。🥢 鮟鱇魚乾配醋啫喱,絕對能呈現魚肝嘅鮮味,而醋啫喱又可以平衡到魚肝嘅濃郁口感。🥢 鰤魚🍣,踏入秋冬季,鰤魚嘅脂肪豐厚,口感滑嫩。🥢 縞海老🍣,來自北海道嘅縞海老,味道鮮明,入口清甜,彈牙爽滑。🥢 醬油漬赤身🍣,醬油漬赤身結合咗赤身嘅低油脂部位應有嘅鮮味,更增添咗濃郁嘅鹹香與風味層次。🥢 鰆魚🍣,來自四國嘅鰆魚,油脂閃耀,口感嫩滑細膩。🥢 北寄貝🍣,來自北海道嘅北寄貝,肉質肥厚飽滿,鮮甜彈牙,極為爽脆。🥢 中拖羅🍣,油分恰到好處又無筋,入口即溶,而且魚味濃厚。🥢 沙甸魚🍣,來自青森縣嘅沙甸魚,非常鮮甜,油脂適中,清爽不膩。🥢 紫海膽🍣 ,來自北海道白利尻嘅紫海膽,味道清淡,帶有甘甜味,口感幼滑細膩。🥢 鯖魚卷,師傅把鯖魚棒略炙燒,令魚肉油脂更為濃郁。…Read More
