因疫情關係,晚市堂食取消,故大部分食肆都推出外賣套餐增加收入,早前試過這間新開張小店晚市套餐,收到老闆傳來宣傳訊息,又來試試外賣便當。由於我和同事都不吃牛的關係,故選了$80的日本黑豚梅頭肉生薑燒便當和$70的西京燒鯖魚便當。提早30分鐘用WhatsApp向老闆Jack哥落單,想不到他還記得我,一來店內便當已經差不多包裝好等我到取。因為公司位於尖東的關係,回到公司打開便當還是冒煙,除了主菜,米飯,還有前菜包括牛蒡,南瓜,大根和玉子燒!還帶一個蟹籽沙律!還有關東煮和味噌湯一杯!以同等的價錢我覺得好超值,性價比超高!希望Jack哥繼續努力,期待晚市重開再能現場嘗試師傅的手藝!…Read More

聖誕假期路經三角公廁,望見蘭香麫家旁一日式門面,十分神秘,按鐘一問認識了老闆Jack哥,原來是新開預約制日式私房菜,鋪面不大,大概容納12人,但正合人少又想包場又玩嚴工廠party room外賣食物,餐廳只提供兩個餐單,包括前菜剌身燒物煮物甜品,貴價就提供全蟹宴,承蒙政府消費卷所賜,立即訂全蟹宴和女友試菜一番。可能因為新開原因,Jack哥竟然說我個兩個包場!開餐當日,餐廳居然用鐳射筷子托準備了我們名字作為歡迎,用餐後還可以留為紀念!先來前菜七道,酸梅蕃茄酸酸甜甜非常開胃,蟹肉沙律和蟹肉酢物非常鮮甜,山芋配三文魚子健康又爽口,正好中和鮟康魚肝的丰盈油香,汁煮北海道海螺爽甜入味,膽汁煮鮑魚更是軟糯美味,非常滿足的好開始!再來剌身四道,松葉蟹腳鮮甜新鮮不在話下,馬糞海膽更是精彩,令人欲罷不能胃口全開!另外兩款深海池魚和金目鯛則正正常常,符合預期。再來松葉蟹茶碗蒸嫰滑到不成,配上蟹肉更是一絕,鮮甜滑嫰。接著到串燒部分,燒蟹腳提升了肉味,跟剌身截然不同,更驚喜反而是燒烏,燒雞肝燒雞腎和燒大蔥雞脾肉,外脆內嫰,肉汁爆炸,我認為是全晚亮點!之後是高湯松葉蟹鍋,其實已經飽了七成,Jack哥堂煮先上本菇椰菜和豆腐,為之前一直的蛋白質提供纖維,再來堂灼蟹腳棒已經差不多吃不下,但鮮甜肉質真令人不能自己,一邊喊飽還是一邊吃!湯頭香醇清甜,應該是非常正宗的日本高湯味道!最後來粟子炊飯,飯粒飽滿粒粒分明,配上剛才蟹鍋食剩的拆蟹肉,自制蟹炊飯,女友讚口不絕!可是實在太飽,唯有打包回家再欣賞,實現了貪吃但不浪費的概念!埋單時,Jack哥說新張期間優惠,計我倆$1200/位!松葉蟹宴+包場的概念令人覺得超值!唯一缺點必須預約,如果即興就無緣了!…Read More

剛巧經過見滿地花籃應該是新店開張,反正未吃午餐就入內試試,裝潢特色舒適,不過小店格局空間有限,大概招呼十來個客人便滿座。打開餐牌精簡,適合選擇困難人士,菜式名字以地方為名,還好有文字介绍,一定不會一頭霧水;點了香草蛋沙律配酸種麵包,蛋沙律用蛋黄沙律醬調味,蛋濃醬甜配上麵包同食,十分飽足感,配以美式黑咖啡一樂也。見蛋糕櫃有餐牌以外神秘甜品,一問原來是檸檬蛋糕,立即點了試試,問問侍應什麼茶出色,居然回覆是普洱!檸檬蛋糕清香不死甜,配以淡淡的生普洱造就輕鬆愉快的用餐體驗!…Read More

早前機緣巧合碰上了豪園,除了發現食物不俗之外,居然還有戶外的位置可供HAPPY HOUR,襯著周末專程和友人約了下午過來一邊享受陽光,一邊呷著冰凍啤酒。未知老闆是不是北角渣華道街市的粉絲,竟然有戰鬥碗!碗還要是雪冰凍了,這可令每一口的啤酒都是透心涼!今天因為喝酒的關係,食物吃的不多,就是只點了配酒的炸鯪魚球、潮州炸雙棗,個人覺得不錯!最怕魚腥味的我,但炸鯪魚球可香口,不點蜆介醬更嘗到真味。值得一提是啤酒的價錢比酒吧便宜多了,1664都要三十多塊,亦有菲律賓生力和其他選擇,室外亦有像馬來西亞戶外食肆的噴水風扇,令怕熱的我都可享受戶外抽煙的環境,哈哈!…Read More

今天到黃大仙工幹完畢已經中午,肚子忽然響起警報,唯有做一次孤獨的美食家,見此店裝修新潮,又有一蘭式自閉位,實在適合今天用餐。進內,可能因中午時份又近民居,餐廳已大半滿客,幸好一字排開的自閉位置還有空間,還有面對店外街道的高身吧檯位都頗有特色。初時以為是一般新潮茶餐廳,怎知一看檯紙,原來是一間有半百歷史的粉麵店,但本身於港島長大,對黃大仙一帶只限於黃大仙廟的煙火,故孤陋寡聞這間半百老店的真身。點了淨雙丸和炸醬撈麵,先上炸醬撈麵,味道和平時吃的有所不同,但實在不知古早味道,所以不知是否正宗,然而本身討厭的梘水味道丁點都沒有,麵身彃牙,最讚的是附送的熱湯,喝得出全無味精,有鮮味!淨雙丸送到時變了雙丸麵,不想浪費食物,故沒有作聲,墨丸不得了!外出食飯已很少點墨丸,最多是到牛丸哥哥買它的墨丸王或黑墨丸打火鍋或燒烤,這里的墨丸有墨丸肉,鮮味十足,彈性誇張得可以打乒乓我相信,蝦丸都吃得出是材料蝦味十足,但彈牙口感欠奉,就完全給墨丸給比下去。吃罷離開,親切的老闆娘問我食物質素,原來此店是新開業,老闆娘是老店的後代傳人,著實值得為她加油打氣,以傳承上一代美食,不令此貨真價實的傳統風味失傳,希望下次再來,不會因為火紅生意而令食物變質,更不要被淹沒於高租金的洪流之下。…Read More
