幫襯過一次堂食同幾次外賣自取老實講最好食係個吉列豬里肌出品可能比附近吉列專門店更好,而且唔貴有試過其他食物,例如開頭試過一次o既漢堡扒,日式叉燒豚腩,同慢煮豬軟骨感覺醬汁略偏鹹雞扒就普通水準最值得試都係吉列豬試過其他兩三款串燒都係感覺味道略鹹,唔知係咪個人口味問題同埋個牛舌... 有少少似煮過之後再燒,屋企人就鍾意呢種比較淋o既牛舌,我自己就比較鍾意有咬口 D(個人認為o係香港食過最好食o既牛舌係南蛮亭)雖然附近有吉列專門店,但既然廚師處理吉列食物不錯,感覺可以考慮增加其他吉列食物…Read More

公司附近新場, 點都要試下好多人, 恐怕都係見間野上報紙所以慕名而至, 或者我唔應該呢個時候幫襯晏晝太多人, 淨係做 set lunch 冇散叫, 我覺得係可以理解但不能接受; 比較花時間o既料理唔做 OK, 但刺身壽司類都唔畀散叫我就覺得有點那個, 畢竟我都係見到報紙講個咩惠比壽生蠔想試下, 不過冇得叫算, 叫個刺身定食加個炸雞, 刺身定食叫價 $160, 但刺身份量都幾少, 味道冇乜特別, 考慮埋地區, 都幾貴, 唔值; 個炸雞還可以, $25 OK人客太多一片混亂, 我自己叫個 set 就冇畀飯; 隔離兩位叫同一個 set 就淨係出得一個; 另一邊叫同一個 set 一 D 冇畀飯一 D 冇畀沙律; 之後後加o左一樣o野, 但過o左好耐之後先走o黎話漏o左單叫我 cancel吧檯座位排得太迫, 上菜同埋侍應要同師傅溝通o個陣好痛苦總結, 食物冇問題, 只係價錢貴, 座位迫, 冇散叫, 起碼午市冇意慾再幫襯…Read More

家住附近, 幫襯過好多次, 逐樣講下早餐 - 厚多士唔脆, 開頭炒蛋炒得好滑, 但之後就過熟, 不過價錢平過隔離幾十年間茶記, 都食得過午餐 - 價錢同質素平衡得較好, 4 款午餐如果有豬柳o個陣, 有成兩大塊, 感覺超值, $40 左右o既午餐有餐湯有飲品, 今時今日唔算貴晚餐 - 質素不俗, 價錢還可以, 餐湯做得幾好, 主菜就一時時, 晚餐每日有 3 種揀, $88-$98, 加 $38 / $58 連埋頭盤同甜品最深印象一次係個黑毛豬柳, 未見過切得咁厚o既豬柳, 但一 D 都唔韌仲有少少脆, 好正; 慢煮雞胸都值得推介, 雞胸煮得好滑, 不過有次連埋個雞鎚位就煮唔熟, 可能因為慢煮關係牛類就麻麻地, 有次同屋企人叫兩款唔同o既牛, 一個太熟一個太生... 舊肉質素都係普通環境, 可能因為接上一手冇特別裝修, 做呢個價位o既西餐廳感覺就低檔左少少, 而且有時唔夠冷氣呢個舖位都轉左手好多次, 好似每次都做唔長, 希望呢間唔好咁快摺…Read More

好幾個月前幫襯過國金間千兩, 冇乜特別感覺, 但今次幫襯圓方呢間真係好唔掂1) 想食o既o野都叫唔到, 普通海膽冇, 北海道海膽冇, 大吞拿魚腩冇, 特選大吞拿魚腩冇, 極上吞拿魚鮫冇, 連中拖羅刺身都冇, 燒o既又話冇, 你究竟有乜? 我基本上黎幫襯有一半係為左試下 D 拖羅, 連普通海膽都冇好似過份左少少, 你乜都話冇貨其實係咪準備執笠?2) 第一次叫張單可以成張單冇落, 第二次叫張單就落 D 唔落 D, 叫個中拖羅刺身畀個吞拿魚刺身我就想蒙混過關, 叫杯野飲叫左兩次等到發火咁滯問佢先話冇落到我覺得落單呢部份佢應該學下其他同行, 畀 D 客寫紙落單, 減少大量落單 / 溝通時間我唔覺佢人手特別少, 但 D 時間就o徙晒o係落單o個部份, 搞到好似人手唔夠咁有部份人係有部 PDA 跟身, 但只係用黎計個客食左幾多碟跟住出櫃檯畀錢普通落單, 我見個侍應對住份 menu 逐隻字寫落紙, 連方便落單o既編號都冇, o徙晒時間, 有時個師傅整好件壽司但擺左o係度好耐冇人理, 如果件野係o係你面前o個位客人o既話, 可以直接畀佢o卦?總結, 食物質素唔差 (三文魚腩, 甜蝦, 帶子), 但管理好有問題, 令人唔想再幫襯, 全香港咁多壽司店...…Read More

住了大角咀二十多年, 絕少走過亮賢居那邊此店位置不太好, 若非上 openrice 完全不知道開了這店看見菜單, 眼前一亮, 不單食物種類多, 差不多每種食物也可以選擇川式 (小/中/大辣), 還有港式蜜糖燒, 日式鹽燒, 泰式...試了很多種類, 列出比較印象深刻的:- 雞髀 - 我最喜歡雞髀了, 很少燒烤食店提供燒雞髀, 主要是比較難控制火侯和花時間吧? 但這店的火侯控制不錯, 剛剛熟, 雞髀也很大隻, 用蜜糖燒法, 雖然我還是比較喜歡深水步 "和味" 的燒雞髀啦- 百花雞 - 雞皮 + 蝦膠炸起來, 端上來好像一件雞扒... 好似是炸的不是燒的, 但有特色, 推介- 雞腎 - 不是一般日式食肆的貨色, 是一串四粒, 很大粒的, 也是燒的剛剛好, 推介- 燒 8 吋虎蝦 - 只售 $20, 感覺很超值, 我點了日式鹽燒法- 燒香蕉 - 有點特色, 最後才端上, 變成甜品了...- 牛舌 - 感覺這是比較失色的一項, 太 "淋" 了, 似乎有先煮熟的感覺, 我比較喜歡 "煙煙韌韌" 的牛舌...…Read More

原本訂左位,一早到,但仍然被安排接近門口位置,近來天氣轉涼,加上風大,成晚都任食西北風,唔知點解此店咁鍾意「打開門口做生意」年前經常幫襯,但水準每況愈下,一名男士加入管理後,服務態度更見惡劣,只對熟客笑面迎人,對行動不便老人家態度特別惡劣,故已良久未有幫襯再次光顧,價錢提高了一點,食物質素還可以,只是那些青口質素不及以前,食落完全冇味,沙律也沒有以前最喜歡的一款「咖哩菠蘿雞」主菜,甜品,雪糕等也還可以,還叫了心太軟,味道是不錯,但 size 好像太大,我寧願佢收平 D 整細個 D整體,食物質素還不能算差,但環境及服務真是不行,因此感覺不值,應該不會再光顧…Read More

又繼續幫屋企附近 D 新食肆寫食評呢間野都開左幾個月本來我幾鍾意, 後尾越黎越有問題, 真係唔想再幫襯不過原因基本上唔係因為食物 - 佢地 D 味道從來都唔算難食由香茅豬扒, 焗大頭蝦, 串燒... etc. 基本上都有越式風味點解不滿...1) 試過幾次晚市入去幫襯 D 白飯又凍又硬2) 有一次外賣個豬扒飯加隻煎蛋, 隻蛋要加成 5 蚊之餘仲得番一塊豬扒 (普通叫香茅豬扒飯有兩塊)3) 服務員掛住吹水 / 睇電視唔 show 人4) 開張之後兩三個禮拜已經玩加價 5 - 10%... 佢仲唔係貼個 tag 上新餐牌就算, 連外賣紙都印過晒, 呢樣真係好反感, 大佬你一開頭要賣呢個價你就出呢個價 + 做優惠好過, 可能佢開頭以為自己好好生意, 好掂, 就乘機加價啦5) 成家人 8 個幫襯屈人坐個迫到阿媽都唔認得o既位, 另一張闊 D o既檯到走o個陣都冇人坐佢地午市生意 ok, 不過晚市就真係少得可憐 (基本上大部份大角咀食肆都係咁)而家仲要玩埋 $98 任飲任食火鍋, 不過一睇個餐牌就知唔會幫襯, 全部都係 cheap 野先畀人任食, $58 就差唔多...呢個位做親食肆都不得善終, 我估佢都唔玩得幾耐…Read More

Yui 牛皇又係做衰自己個名幫襯過幾次, 成日屈人叫 D 貴野又唔係特別靚生意仲差過越南軒再之前就冇乜特別印象個位其實唔係差, 可能租貴, 加埋開頭做得好地地跟手整衰自己個名 (風水唔好?...)
