之前聽朋友推介過唔錯,前幾日特登去呢間林村既餐廳試下。我地一個禮拜前就book定,因為都有八個人,又有人生日要同佢地講定雪山蛋糕個牌寫咩名,又想坐出面好feel d。點知去到果日落大雨,好彩落巴士站行入去都算近,而且餐廳又安排左私人小木屋俾我地,閂埋門傾計食飯感覺好cosy,值得一讚打開個menu,都貴貴地,不過生日飯大家都無特別禁住黎嗌。頭盤我地嗌左 香燒墨西哥薄餅:暖粒粒,咁凍天氣食都幾正,薄餅入面芝士有拉絲,加埋d醬,正份量每人岩岩好一件鮮蟹肉焗釀大蘑菇:d蟹肉好好味,大蘑菇亦好juicy,份量略嫌少左d,但係好食既本來想叫野飲,但見到都要四十幾五十蚊,熱飲選擇唔多,天氣咁凍不如試下佢地d湯朋友話酥皮焗龍蝦湯普普通通,唔太特別我同朋友share既鮮蠔周打湯入面有一舊大蠔,湯算重奶味,但都係普通跟住到d主菜,咖喱大蝦好食,剝曬殻,就咁不就食得,咖喱椰香味同香料味都重,值得試下燒紐西蘭羊鞍好正,叫左五成熟,怕羊羶味朋友可能驚但我好鍾意,有四隻醬俾你點,個人覺得點薄荷啫喱最夾叫左個香蒜炒美國鮮蘆荀,好食但價錢貴左d黑松露汁海膽帶子燴意粉 同 黑松露汁海膽焗海鮮飯 都不過不失燒水牛城豬肋骨好食,舊骨係薄d果種豬肋骨,都多肉食,另外抵讚係隔離d薯蓉,想再食多d感覺呢間餐廳整肉類出色過飯意粉果d最後甜品當然係重頭戲焗雪山,掛住拍片都唔記得影低雪山係黑暗中燒著個樣,可能第一次食所以成個體驗好新鮮,外面有少少酒既苦味,配入面既雜果同埋雪呢拿雪糕,都幾好食。美中不足係餐廳唔記得左放個生日牌,最後我地影相同燒完既雪山影。如果有讀者都係想去慶生,叫waiter上蛋糕前可能要提下佢地個生日牌,如果唔係就好似我地咁。總括黎講餐飯都食得開心,食物中規中矩,有幾道有驚喜,價錢對我地黎講略嫌貴左少少,最後每人除開大概三百蚊但唔算好飽,不過個環境同埋雪山有加分既。…Read More

之前行街經過,見到午餐優惠都幾抵。今日星期六終於試下,原本以為要排隊,點知好快就入得!餐牌係主食加飲品,大概60蚊一個set,屯門區價錢黎講唔算平,但泰國野價錢算抵食。凍飲唔洗加錢,亦唔洗再加一,都明碼實價。兩個人叫左個金邊粉同冬蔭公米線。我個份金邊粉炒得唔錯,幾多料,花生碎香脆,重點係好大份,大男人都食唔晒。朋友話個冬蔭公米線個湯底都幾惹味,米線都幾爽口彈牙,唔會溶溶爛爛,但如果多啲海鮮就更正。幾外跟餐加左兩個小食(每個+$12)。炸香蕉幾特別,同以前係印尼食過唔同,炸得啱啱好,炸粉夠薄,啖啖香蕉肉,值得一試。雞翼燒得唔錯,外皮焦香,但似乎醃得唔夠,中間較淡味,鍾意重口味既人就未必啱喇。…Read More
