終於趕得切來吃【何開記】的甜腸粉及白粥,可惜白糖糕不再造,下次要更早來吃他的燒賣。有九十多年歷史的【何開記】開早上七時但關門時間不定,只要食品賣完便關,我們曾吃過多次關門羹呢!餐牌白粥是古早的味道,明顯能吃出腐竹與銀杏與白米煲至融和的味道,米粒已碎碎綿綿。至於甜腸粉是把黄糖加進米漿裏蒸,吃前撒上芝麻,味道清甜更多了果仁的香口,質感更是爽滑宜人。雞屎藤是椰絲花生做餡,椰絲與花生都壓得細碎,做出來的餡是甘香鬆酥,反而外皮的口感綿逸但雞屎藤的草青味道不強。非常期待下次再來吃的機會!味道 5環境 3服務 3衛生 4抵食 5
