老公知道我好鐘意食魚肉燒賣,就介紹呢間小食店俾我,但係去過好多次都摸門釘。今日於是lunch 再去試下,好彩有開,亦覺得好值得。店舖好細,冇枱,但老板娘好好,專登俾張櫈我坐低食。我叫左個糉腸粉+2粒魚肉燒賣,再加支芝麻豆漿,夾埋都係$38。首先,主角魚肉燒賣,入面真係手打魚肉,好彈牙,後悔叫2粒咁少。之後腸粉,好滑,以前鐘意食澳門另一間好多分店嘅腸粉,但我宜家鐘意呢間多啲再有就係配角糉,同腸粉放埋落啲甜醬麻醬度,好味道。芝麻豆漿,老板娘好細心,俾支暖嘅我。老板娘話因為每日打魚肉幾個鐘,所以唔多,賣哂就關門 通常朝早8,9點就關門,所以嗰日我好好彩

終於趕得切來吃【何開記】的甜腸粉及白粥,可惜白糖糕不再造,下次要更早來吃他的燒賣。有九十多年歷史的【何開記】開早上七時但關門時間不定,只要食品賣完便關,我們曾吃過多次關門羹呢!餐牌白粥是古早的味道,明顯能吃出腐竹與銀杏與白米煲至融和的味道,米粒已碎碎綿綿。至於甜腸粉是把黄糖加進米漿裏蒸,吃前撒上芝麻,味道清甜更多了果仁的香口,質感更是爽滑宜人。雞屎藤是椰絲花生做餡,椰絲與花生都壓得細碎,做出來的餡是甘香鬆酥,反而外皮的口感綿逸但雞屎藤的草青味道不強。非常期待下次再來吃的機會!味道 5環境 3服務 3衛生 4抵食 5

雞屎藤是椰絲花生做餡,椰絲與花生都壓得細碎,做出來的餡是甘香鬆酥,反而外皮的口感綿逸但雞屎藤的草青味道不強。
