澳門最後一站,法蘭度。因為法蘭度情調夠浪漫,亦都等自己回味一吓,回憶一下,所以,近年去澳門,法蘭度都會成為最後幫襯嘅餐廳。最回味嘅,當然係佢地天下無敵嘅燒乳豬啦!香港嘅燒乳豬,皮脆,但豬肉總係唔鬆軟,份量亦少,法蘭度嘅燒乳豬,乳豬肉鬆軟入味,入口即溶,皮又脆,一個字,掂!之前幫襯,燒乳豬都係凍嘅,今次幫襯,燒乳豬係熱架,更加好味!而且今次份量亦都比之前嘅多,超滿足!另外點咗一份炒蜆同燒排骨,蜆肉新鮮嫩滑入味,燒排骨點錯咗,原本蒜蓉燒黎咗鹽燒,結果味道較咸。澳門,對自己黎講,係一個又愛又恨嘅地方,美食美景同優閒嘅氣氛好吸引,從未試過一年去兩次澳門,今年果然驛馬旺!再見澳門!(^_^)///

最回味嘅,當然係佢地天下無敵嘅燒乳豬啦!
香港嘅燒乳豬,皮脆,但豬肉總係唔鬆軟,份量亦少,法蘭度嘅燒乳豬,乳豬肉鬆軟入味,入口即溶,皮又脆,一個字,掂!
