星期六,我們一個來自葡萄牙的朋友帶我們去澳門吃葡萄牙菜,據說他認為這間是在澳門吃過最正宗的。我們未到下午六點就已經到餐廳了,六點後就已經高朋滿座。他為我們點了很多不同種類的菜式,有牛有蝦,有海鮮,重點是我們要吃馬介休。其實我們不是太清楚菜式叫什麼名字,因為菜式是我那個葡萄牙朋友和餐廳老闆建議的,而且在他們交談之中,我們沒有一句葡萄牙文是聽得懂的。一上菜,麵包好大個,他們說這個是葡萄牙傳統的麵包,可以沾上橄欖油和白醋一起吃。牛肉炆煮得很淋,麵包還可以配上其他菜式的菜汁來吃會更好吃。基本上蝦和海鮮都是辣的,而且這種味道會令到你停不了,因為實在太多向香蒜,好香口和惹味,而且葡萄牙最出名是橄欖油,他們用了很多橄欖油,令到菜式很有油香味,用那些香蒜汁用來配麵包吃,更好吃。重點是我跟我朋友說我要吃馬介休,馬介休的而且確很鹹,不過這裏的馬介休和其他的地方不一樣,魚質比較滑,和平時吃的有點不同。吃完一大堆重口味的菜式,一定要吃這間店的甜品。我記得有一個是雜果杯,還點了一個布丁。布丁真是很好吃,蛋香味很濃郁,而且不是太甜。如果想吃葡國菜的朋友可以到此一試。

吃完一大堆重口味的菜式,一定要吃這間店的甜品。我記得有一個是雜果杯,還點了一個布丁。布丁真是很好吃,蛋香味很濃郁,而且不是太甜。

晩餐時間,入餐廳見到一位女伙記,愛理不理地問找什麼,我告知已訂位,她指一指餐廳入面的大廳。請留意,這餐廳留位有最低消費,每位澳門幣230元,不留位就冇最低消費。坐低後,因為有小朋友很肚餓,想先叫一點食物給小朋友吃。 料不到落單的伙計一聽到咁就立刻黑面說:係咁你地一陣一齊叫啦!頭也不回行咗去。我們唯有趕快睇菜牌,跟著有個葡國人過來寫菜。我地話小孩要吃白飯,佢話冇,我地見菜牌有炒飯,問可唔可以特別通融供應白飯,佢又黑面話唔得。樣樣都唔得,最後我們唯有走人。奉勸各位萬萬不要光顧這餐廳,以免你們一肚氣出來!

因为朋友揸車,梗系选平时坐車唔易到的地方,呢度系园林环境,好多葡国人幫襯,可能系happy Friday , 所以都几多人。3个人用餐,唔点得太多,餐前先送上超大🍞,真系超大,所以唔使点炒饭,要知道,呢度系正宗葡式,所以冇牛油,系点油及醋食的,夠地道,主菜点咗烧乳猪🐷,但皮系有的的硬,肉质有胡椒辣味,可能咁先系正宗,🐷手超大,唔肥腻,可以的,沙甸鱼挺大条,唔太腥,但味濃咗的,可能又系正宗葡式做法。总结系不过不失,试冇妨,唔试亦冇乜损失。

Shrimps with clam sauce arrived first, it was delicious! The sauce was amazingly good! Me and my husband eat the sauce by dipping the bread into it. It was garlicky but tasted fantastic! The shrimps were big and soft.

The roasted pig was yummy as well. The skin was crunchy and the inside was meaty. I really enjoyed eating the fat as well. The fries were not so hot, they were actually a bit soggy.

The fried codfish didn’t look attractive but tasted quite good. It was full of onions and onions, there was just a lot of onions. I could taste some codfish within, they were quite hard in terms of texture and salty as well.

他一直都是葡國人及澳門人要食葡國菜的首選,每當假日的午市晚市都是大排長龍,即使餐廳的面積已經很大,但是要食到正宗的葡國菜排隊也是值得。

我坐低了座位點了幾度他的名菜,那包括葡式燒乳豬、雜菜湯、肉眼扒、葡式香腸、馬介休魚等等......,已他跟奉送了兩個葡式的大麵包,真的飽到吃不晒。

葡式乳豬肉質鮮嫩,乳豬皮很趣。雜菜湯很有萄式風味,但是味道只是一般。肉眼扒我點了五成熟肉質是鮮嫩的,確是比一般的餐廳做得很好。葡式香腸有一點似中國的臘腸,味道也是可以的。很好食的馬介休魚,馬介休本身不是很好味的魚,它的味道很淡,肉質也不滑,但是他已炸蒜蓉鋪魚面,也以蒜蓉用的油炸魚,是與肉類充滿了蒜蓉的味道,再以橄欖油薦底,魚肉也索了橄欖油,味道十分特別,值得一讚👍🏻

總體而言,法蘭度已經算是澳門做得最好的葡國菜,但葡國菜始終是葡國菜,不及中國菜的多變與內涵,就作過比喻,中式的燒乳豬乳豬皮的脆是葡式乳豬不能做到的,而中式乳豬的肉的滑,卻以葡國菜相約,若你以中菜與葡國菜相比當然是中國菜贏,但是若果以法蘭度與其他葡國菜相比,始終都是他更勝一籌。若果一心去到澳門想食地道的葡國菜,法蘭度必然是首選。

This took the kitchen a long time to make as they grill the salted fish on the spot. The cod is very nicely cooked and fall apart into layers as you poke it (what I really like about cod). The rotisserie chicken is tender and comes with a perfectly crisp skin. The half portion we ordered was sizeable and while there's been nothing more than salt and pepper to season the bird, it was very savory and would easily top our list. Note: half a bird is definitely enough to feed two people.

Beefsteak in Beer Sauce
The beef wasn't top quality (and wasn't meant to be), so skip this if you're thinking Angus or other premium cuts of sirloin. But the bitter and spiced Guinness sauce with lots of garlic make this a pretty satisfying dish nevertheless. Plus, portion size is huge for what we pay.

Service: Much better than at most similarly priced restaurants in Macau. In fact, waiting staff at Fernando's seemed more genuine and familiar with their job than those at the Four Seasons Hotel (Zi Yat Heen), where we dined the evening before. Beware though, as there is no air conditioning in the restaurant.

每次過澳門都好想試新菜式,但每隔一段時間都會想起法蘭度。蜆雖小但肉彼大,蒜汁非常惹味,不停的一隻接一隻。麵包外脆內軟,點埋那個蜆汁,一流。乳豬皮煙韌脆脆的,好味。燒沙甸加粗鹽粒,那個蛤薯舐埋碟低 d 魚油同鹽粒,好味。法蘭度總會令我每隔一段時間都會拜訪的啊!p.s. 喜歡那餐廳的隔局同氣氛

麵包外脆內軟,點埋那個蜆汁,一流。

乳豬皮煙韌脆脆的,好味。

燒沙甸加粗鹽粒,那個蛤薯舐埋碟低 d 魚油同鹽粒,好味。

法蘭度總會令我每隔一段時間都會拜訪的啊!

第二次去呢到,次次一入到黎好有啲郊外feel,啲枱布係紅色格仔為主,成間野都算幾懷舊。叫返上次叫過既豬手$198,同樣的大件夾抵食同啲肉真係好淋,個皮係好脆!今次試下問下個侍應有咩推薦,試咗一個蜆汁蝦$206,個汁好特別,蜆汁但係食緊蝦🤣 呢個送飯一流,所以我哋都叫咗個炒馬介優($forgot),入面原來係魚黎,外面就有雞絲同蔬菜炒埋一齊。味道唔錯,咸咸哋又唔會太重,但差在有好多骨。呢間野平就唔平,同要黎除咗的士我都唔知有咩搭到黎。勝就勝在佢環境好,同殊碟野都好足料,會好飽!

大少出發去澳門之前已經話佢要食葡國菜,所以好自然佢自己搵佢想食嘅餐廳,我都唔知佢喺邊度睇到話呢間好食,其實我上返OP睇,唔係太多人讚佢好~~但係本住大少提議,我一定會去食,如果唔係……要我諗食咩就大檸樂~~但係間餐廳都真係幾遠,我地由今次住嘅百老匯酒店搭的士去,要成70蚊的士錢,而且……的士司機一開始就話要食好食葡荐唔需要去到咁入,官也街都有,但係我地有我地嘅堅持(食完我覺得的士司機都講得啱,官也街都有好食過佢嘅葡菜)本身我地一入餐廳,見到好多位,但係店員就叫我地再行入去,亭園嗰邊重有一個大廳,但係入到去先發覺無位,店員又指返我地出去餐枱布好old school,好似香港啲舊式扒房牆上面見到有好多唔同國家嘅紙幣餐前包平時去食意大利餐,都有提供餐前包,當中有橄欖油同黑醋可以沾,呢間就好特別,佢都有橄欖油,但係……佢唔係用黑醋而係用白醋(真心O咀)呢個餐前包真係大得可怕……打開之後,足足係大少兩隻手板大,重要硬到呢……重硬過我地豬扒包用嘅硬豬仔包燒乳豬 - 呢個無論上網睇blogger定係OP食評,都發現好多都話要試呢個,當然……好壞參半喇,我自己就覺得皮就真係同好多OP blogger

釀魷魚 - 呢味係我全晚食過最正常嘅一味,佢用細魷魚,入面釀咗魷魚、豬肉(應該係),佢似係用南乳咁嘅嘢去燜,上枱嗰時啲汁重滾緊,所以呢個係好夠熱,味道又唔會太鹹,佢煲底有薯仔,啲薯仔吸晒啲汁,好好味,個魷魚又燜得啱啱好,好淋,入面釀嘅料亦都好夠味
