最近《不是葡撻》勁興,身爲潮人既我地,當然會跑在潮流既尖端啦!黎到澳門,梗係要尼試下啦!佢得意在用年輪蛋糕去取代撻皮整撻!所以吸引到我地去一探究竟,睇下究竟是好是壞啦!一黎到⋯就一條人龍啦!始終新野多人試麻!店舖裝修幾橘只,open kitchen + 透明撻箱好吸人眼球!而且店員都好細心介紹!唔錯我地今次試左2款:硬皮既年輪蛋糕芝士流心撻 (4.5星)- 硬既年輪蛋糕做撻皮好脆!真係食緊一層脆既硬牛油曲奇咁,睇到佢一圈圈嫁!不過,就只得靠中間果一層先有蛋糕既質感啦!配流心芝士食呢個組合,玩味濃得黎都好食個蛋糕都甜甜地架!- 流心芝士!熱辣辣入面勁流心嫁!用既係Cream cheese,略甜但仍有芝士味!最貼心係中間加左檸檬,帶點酸!中和左個甜味同油膩感,令芝士味更出,整體味道更有層次!抵讚軟既年輪蛋糕葡撻 (3.5星)- 軟既年糕蛋糕皮最外層都脆既,但冇硬果隻咁脆啦!會多番年糕蛋糕一層層既質感!如果要揀,我地會揀硬果隻!因為我地覺得更脆更勝一籌!- 葡撻 : 冇乜蛋味同蛋香,比甜味遮蓋晒,太甜啦整體黎講:呢間野好食既係硬既年輪蛋糕芝士撻!!葡撻試過就算啦⋯⋯除非你超好甜野啦 同埋建議

我地今次試左2款:

硬皮既年輪蛋糕芝士流心撻 (4.5星)


- 硬既年輪蛋糕做撻皮好脆!真係食緊一層脆既硬牛油曲奇咁,睇到佢一圈圈嫁!不過,就只得靠中間果一層先有蛋糕既質感啦!配流心芝士食呢個組合,玩味濃得黎都好食
個蛋糕都甜甜地架!

- 流心芝士!熱辣辣入面勁流心嫁!用既係Cream cheese,略甜但仍有芝士味!最貼心係中間加左檸檬,帶點酸!中和左個甜味同油膩感,令芝士味更出,整體味道更有層次!抵讚


軟既年輪蛋糕葡撻 (3.5星)

- 軟既年糕蛋糕皮最外層都脆既,但冇硬果隻咁脆啦!會多番年糕蛋糕一層層既質感!如果要揀,我地會揀硬果隻!因為我地覺得更脆更勝一籌!


- 葡撻 : 冇乜蛋味同蛋香,比甜味遮蓋晒,太甜啦


整體黎講:呢間野好食既係硬既年輪蛋糕芝士撻!!葡撻試過就算啦⋯⋯除非你超好甜野啦
 同埋建議兩個人share一個就夠啦,如果唔係就會好漏(註:兩個撻我地係分兩日去買架~因為第一日去4:30就賣哂葡撻啦~~~)
