第一次入住澳門萬豪酒店,由於到埗已經晚上九點多,故就近選了酒店的中菜廳晚飯,入座後點了招牌菜黑豚里脊义燒、醉乳鴿、涼拌山藥、炒米粉與及兩客蛋白花雕蒸蟹拑。首先上菜的义燒居然係放涼咗,完全唔熱,跟住醉鴿酒香欠奉,韌勁有餘,山藥就入口鬆散,有如食緊煲完湯嘅薯仔,淡而無味,最離譜係個蟹拑,居然仲細個一個小湯匙,好似奄仔蟹拑一樣,係歷來食過嘅同樣菜式中最䄂珍嘅一隻,當堂O咗咀,仲要盛惠$218一客,好彩係兩公婆食飯,若然請客,真係失禮死人!以一間國際品牌酒店嘅中菜廳嚟講,真係完全唔掂,相信以後都唔會再幫襯!
