好耐冇食自助餐，朋友推介港島海逸君悼酒店的自助餐，話網上酒店eshop 有做折扣，所以去試下。我們訂了自助晚餐平日網上eshop 價$553.5位，價錢在五星級的酒店來說很抵食。食物方面都不錯，酒店做緊和牛鴨肝龍蝦主題，有不少海鮮item: 即開生蠔、波士頓龍蝦、蟹腳、阿根廷蝦、原隻磯燒鮑魚，啱哂鍾意食海鮮的朋友們。另外仲有和牛、片皮鴨、煎鴨肝都好好食。 甜品種類都吸引，特別有movenpick 雪糕櫃，多款movenpick 雪糕選擇，配埋pancake 一齊食很滿足整體質素不錯下次會再去。 continue reading

幾鐘意harbour grand cafe 自助餐個buffet setting 攞食物係跟住一條長走廊行哂，一眼望到哂不同種類的食物，十分豐富。這次和牛鴨肝龍蝦主題，都有好多和牛鴨肝菜式，啱哂鐘意食牛的我。香煎鴨肝容易入口，冇腥味。鮑魚花膠燴牛尾唔會韌，很入味仲有和牛酥盒、鴨肝腐皮卷都十分吸引到我，推介還有磯燒鮑魚、椒鹽鮑魚、芝士焗龍蝦，食物豐富 坐得舒適可以慢慢嘆住食。當日食食下仲有巨型火焰雪山表演，氣氛好好，然後服務員服務都很好，收碟都好快我們都食得好滿足，期待下次再去 continue reading

我食過幾次港島海逸君綽酒店自助午餐，今次同大家分享下！😝食得酒店自助餐大家當然最睇重海鮮🦞🦀🦐🐟，我午餐未係好有胃口食太多海鮮，但咁新鮮咁靚點都要試下！刺身我只係試咗三文魚，好肥美好新鮮，絕對有酒店水準！蟹腳蟹鉗都好有肉地，不過就稍為鹹啲。磯燒鮑魚仔好有驚喜💯，我自己都食咗幾粒！生蠔🦪就幾新鮮幾鮮甜，但唔係好大隻，不過不失！大家未必有耐性睇，所以講咗甜品先！有個😛朱古力蛋糕👍我唔知叫咩名，超級好食，極度推薦🤤！另外仲有名廠雪糕，但老實講得一個胃，我都係會揀食蛋糕，因為真係好有水準！我會推薦埋芝士餅同埋芒果拿破崙！如果你真係食得落，食埋個朱古力火鍋啦！其他嘢食都有好多款式，中菜亞洲菜西餐沙律，咩都齊！我覺得呢度燒味都幾好食，唔係經常會食酒店嘅燒味，呢度都幾有水準！另外蘑菇湯超級濃味，真係有酒店不惜工本嘅氣派。但係唯獨有一個唔知咩肉丸❌，真係幾難食，某傢俬牌子肉丸實在將標準定得好高！老實講下中午食好少人，攞食物嘅地方有啲細，我估計晚餐自助餐可能會有啲逼！不過食物質素真係唔錯，性價比可以！ continue reading

    此次主題很多鮑魚,海参和花膠的菜式,花膠海参等份量都好多,其中炸海参好特別,位上燉湯內裡有齊鮑參翅肚,但飲完好口乾,泠盤海鮮方面生蟓新鮮但無咩蠔味,長脚蟹則太咸了,是浸太耐鹽水了嗎?刺身好新鮮,帶子同甜虾都好大只,仲有現場即劏藍鰭吞那魚,總括太多野食我連牛扒羊扒都沒有試上,補充食物的速度也很快,整體表現對得起呢个價. continue reading
