To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 店家仲專登整左一面打卡墻，藍色格仔都幾清新，莓莓角酪、甘露角酪，生果新鮮，會加少少果醬，連埋乳酪，i好健康既味道，多飲應該都唔怕，餐廳影像都幾好睇，位置唔多，總體閒舖唔大。

一間偽裝成長洲地鐵站的特飲小店，係一個相當有名既打卡熱點，今次來到長洲，點可能唔到此一遊。長洲角酪地理位置可謂得天獨厚，就近長洲碼頭，一落船行幾步就可以見到。到鋪頭一望人山人海，不愧為長洲人氣小店。店鋪裝修以藍色為主角，有一面牆模仿地鐵站的格仔磚牆，彷彿真有長洲呢個地鐵站。鋪頭仲有貓店長坐鎮，客人可以同佢互動之餘，又有唔同口味既乳酩同蛋糕可以品嘗，今日我簡單咁叫左杯經典角酪，乳酪味濃，飲得出好新鮮，仲加左紫糯米，真係特別！🐻

每次一提長洲都會諗起呢間手搖店，因為佢個打卡位好吸引，係「長洲站」呀，行到熱又可以買杯凍飲同打個卡先！今次叫咗個莓莓角酪，飲落口酸酸甜甜嘅味道，充滿着士多啤梨味！加埋咬落去仲有啲紫米，變咗一路飲嘅時候仲可以食紫米好有口感！而且杯裏面嘅士多啤梨係心形㗎，好靚又好飲！另外仲嗌咗杯西柚梳打，你飲落去西柚梳打裏面有好多西柚肉，不過味道就較清甜，但係如果你想食飽消濟吓，呢杯西柚梳打可以試試佢！

成日都聽人講過呢間長州角酪發覺都幾多口味好多唔同嘅水果都有叫左最鍾意嘅芒果🥭同士多啤梨🍓賣相好吸引好啱打卡而且牆上面嘅階磚模仿地鐵站設計都幾有特色乳酪份量都幾多水果份量其實比較少不過夏天飲消暑都幾唔錯
