上年曾與朋友到荃灣〈泰GRILL〉餐廳享用午餐,食物美味,服務員態度貼心又親切。第二次造訪這間餐廳,晚餐時間食客格外多,有些食客在門外等待位置,有些預訂二人餐。慶幸我們七點前到餐廳,不用等待,我們看看餐牌點了椰青、青木瓜沙律、蛋包虎蝦炒金邊粉和泰式小食拼盤。椰青~炎熱夏天,朋友非常口渴,看見餐牌上‘Young Coconut' 便立即點了一個椰青。冰凍的椰青,滿滿的椰青水,清涼解渴。青木瓜沙律~雖然餐牌寫著一條辣椒,但是並不辣。沙律份量多,滿是青木瓜絲和車厘茄,木瓜絲爽脆清新,很適合夏天吃。蛋包虎蝦炒金邊粉~我們都喜歡吃金邊粉和蝦。這道菜賣相吸引,兩隻巨大虎蝦在金邊粉上,金邊粉被有孔的蛋皮包著,還有花生碎和辣椒粉拌碟,把它們拌在一起一同吃。蛋汁包著虎蝦炸,仍保留蝦的鮮味,濕潤金邊粉有豆腐乾、雞蛋、芽菜和蔥段,非常好吃。泰式小食拼盤~泰式小食拼盤有蒜蓉雞翼、蝦丸和春卷,各小食共有四件。蒜蓉雞翼炸得香,連雞皮也可以一同吃。蝦丸大大粒,爽口彈力。春卷皮包著蔬菜蓉,外層香脆,內層軟腍。 continue reading

荃灣享和街有好多美食,今次就到訪一間泰國小店泰式燒牛肉($98)佢係新鮮燒出嚟,表面有少少焦香,好濃厚嘅黑椒味,咬落去完全唔韌,配埋佢哋嘅泰式酸辣醬汁,超好味,大推沙文咖喱牛肉配蒜蓉包($88+$35)喺餐牌上面佢哋都有特別提示,佢哋嘅咖喱係比較水啲嘅,似湯多過似汁。所以都打咗個底,不過上到枱嘅時候,見到佢好足料,用蒜蓉包點咗啲醬汁食,又好濃厚嘅花生味,好香,入面嘅配料有好多蔬菜,肉嘅份量都好多,食到好飽。泰式雞肉船麵($62)份量唔算大,不過雞肉嘅份量一啲都唔吝嗇。佢哋呢個湯底好濃味,好味到連湯都飲晒。燒扇貝($75兩隻)呢個真係有驚喜,扇貝上面冧咗佢哋自家製嘅泰式蒜蓉酸汁,好惹味同開胃,不過如果扇貝嘅size可以再大隻啲就好啦。飲品方面,就叫咗泰式奶茶同埋青檸可樂,青檸可樂越飲越酸,到最後淨咗三份一杯飲唔到。環境雖然有少少逼夾,但係乾淨,坐得都舒適,員工服務態度好好,上台速度快,星期六夜晚八點幾左右都係座無虛席,呢間人氣小店,果然值得一試。 continue reading
