呢個蝦醬炒飯其實都唔太正宗, 起碼少左D蝦皮先, 呢樣都預左, 無希望無失望, 一般泰國臘腸都會放幾片的, 而呢度都係切粒一齊炒, 整體上係會好食D, 但泰國臘腸本身係比較林, 切到咁細粒就無乜口感, 如果放多幾片響側邊就好了!  飯炒得粒粒分明, 但見到飯面都比較油, 所以唔知算唔算乾身, 唔會痴埋一舊野, 都有咬口, 淡淡泰國蝦醬味, 加埋臘腸粒同肉鬆都幾好味, 夠了... 炒蛋都炒得剛剛好唔會太生唔會太老唔會加奶... 最奇怪就係多左堆豬肉條響側面... continue reading
