澳門之旅，飲食的第七站。大三巴街(鉅記餅家)賣手信後，挽著一袋二袋的手信行落( 議事亭前地 )，肚子又不太餓的情況下，腳部也行到很疲累，行經( 明苑粥麵 )，便進內歇息一會，我和太太共吃了粉麵各一碗及一碟油菜。牛腩河：牛腩味道不錯，但牛腩比較瘦而靱一點，河粉與湯底也可以。黑椒雲吞麵：雲吞共5隻，普通大小，賣相也不差呢！雲吞皮厚薄度適中，蝦多豬肉少，豬肉餡混合頗多黑椒，味道唔差，麵身爽口而煙韌，湯底味道亦唔錯。油菜芥蘭：菜葉鮮嫩，只添加了豉油與油，味道ok，吃下時菜身不老，不太腍，又無苦味，非常對辦。這裡的食物普通啦，最特別的是黑椒雲吞了，很好吃，吃完這餐便回港了。 continue reading
