話說Happy Hour同朋友約去中環呢間串燒酒場飲嘢食串燒,聽住輕快的音樂都幾有feel吓。落單是用手機scan QR code,串燒款式有差不多過百款,我們order咗兩個串燒set,加一些串燒以及飲品。先來兩個set,包括有雞皮手打蝦滑、無骨白鱔串、芝士魚糕、燒魚肉燒賣。焦香嘅雞皮包住蝦滑,口感幾彈牙;如果食鱔的話,燒白鱔的肉感都幾豐厚,無骨放心食。另一個set有雞皮墨魚滑、芝士雞肉串、雞軟骨,同埋蜜糖雞翼。我自己幾喜歡個芝士雞肉串,燒烤的雞肉特別香,淋上一層芝士醬,十分creamy。再來用蒜蓉去燒嘅招牌茄子燒、燒韭菜、入口有即融口感嘅炭燒牛板腱、煙燻和牛牛舌,這個如果不是燒太耐會好少少,羊西冷、脆卜卜嘅燒乳豬,肉嫩多汁。海鮮亦order咗少少,彈牙的香蒜燒鮑魚、燒魚卜第一次食,口感有少少特別,煙煙韌韌咁。配番杯Chi Bubble,果味豐富,我自己覺得配串燒幾適合。朋友果杯Sake Highball 則比較清爽,解辣會是不錯的選擇。 continue reading

中環的串燒酒場,門面搶眼,彩虹霓虹燈打卡一流!踏入店內,滿牆酒瓶在幻彩燈光下閃爍,還有一個巨大螢光幕播着足球比賽,相信足球比賽時應該高朋滿座了。招牌雞皮墨魚滑雙串+芝士雞肉串+雞肉軟骨棒雞皮墨魚滑外層雞皮脆如紙,內裡墨魚滑彈牙爆汁,炭香逼人;芝士雞肉串拉絲半熔芝士裹著嫩雞肉十分惹味;軟骨棒嚼勁十足,蘸蛋黃醬更佳。  極品即燒乳豬四重奏乳豬皮脆如玻璃,脂肪層薄,啖啖肉,必吃!荔枝豚肉卷果甜中和豚肉油膩,創意搭配;  椒鹽黑豚的肉汁鎖得完美;  炭燒豬頸肉焦邊爽脆,檸檬汁提鮮絕配!  燒蜜糖叉燒顛覆傳統!厚切叉燒表面焦脆,蜜糖甜中帶炭苦,肉質緊實不柴,又是啖啖肉!鹽燒牛舌心嫩中帶韌,非常爽脆。  香辣雞翼包飯燒得剛剛好,裏便包着的飯亦很入味。炸豬大腸炸得脆卜卜的,沒有腥味。芝士年糕流心芝士爆漿,外皮焦脆如日式糰子!  黑松露烤蝦多士松露醬很香濃好味,蝦膠彈牙,多士酥脆不油。炭燒牛板腱厚切牛味濃,簡單鹽燒已經很好味。串燒火候精準,調味大膽不死鹹。特別欣賞「雞皮墨魚滑」和「乳豬」的創意,絕對回頭! continue reading
