白松露薯條滿滿一大盤,是三五知己伴酒必叫的小食。薯條是港式老扒房的波浪薯條,外皮稍微脆身,內裡是綿綿的口感,旁邊伴上自製的沙拉醬、蕃茄醬和松露蜜糖,甜的鹹的酸的任君選擇😝😝
我愛的還是甜口,加上松露蜜糖把味道更推上一層樓。

烤茄子都係另一個必叫, 要等少少時間不過慢工出細貨 ☺️
