呢間澳門小炒係近筷子基,果帶有好多同類型鋪頭,點解特別揀呢間,都係為左個咖哩雞大包因為怕無位,早一日已經訂定位xd,不過我地6點幾去到果陣都唔算多人仲可以坐樓下,唔洗上樓上咁煩!!點了5樣"食送"栗米班塊 $49 葡式咖哩雞大飽 $95砂鍋泰國通菜(煲很熱,要小心)$45雜菜炒豬頸肉 $49砂鍋燒汁牛肉粒 $53砂鍋泰國通菜:大大煲,唔會好似香港咁,一煲都唔知有無一斤菜,呢度起碼有兩斤幾,又夠熱,上桌果陣仲熱到食唔到。菜帶點辣,但夠嫩唔會煮到過份老。栗米班塊:一般水準,炸透o既魚塊+上熱辣辣o既栗米汁,基本上唔會差啦xd雜菜炒豬頸肉:呢個可以不叫,普普通通,感覺太多水.....唔似炒野咁砂鍋燒汁牛肉粒:呢個正呀....又係上桌果陣熱到食唔到,味道夠濃,牛肉粒唔會"鞋",容易咬開又入味,但最好食係煲入面o既其他配菜,包括洋蔥、蒜粒等.....真係香口到不得了,食到唔停口......葡式咖哩雞大飽:呢次黎o既重點,葡式咖哩雞大飽仲有過我塊面=口=............4個人食都唔太食得曬.....咖哩味香而不濃,個包因為焗完唔會完全吸曬d 咖哩汁,入面d 雞就普普通通啦,滑就夠滑,但多骨左小小。不過d雞唔係重點,重點係食個"包"先o岩,食落其實有d 似硬皮豬仔包,變左king size 咁解xd continue reading
