Tonight we went to restaurant for dinner since we need to watch concert afterwards. However, it turned out to be a nightmare. I suggested whoever wanna go this shit restaurant to think carefully:1. There were a lot of waiter/waitress. However, most of them were dreaming. They knew nothing about their restaurant and always forgot your requests. Tonight we went to restaurant for dinner since we need to watch concert afterwards. However, it turned out to be a nightmare. I suggested whoever wanna go this shit restaurant to think carefully:

1. There were a lot of waiter/waitress. However, most of them were dreaming. They knew nothing about their restaurant and always forgot your requests. Many people asked me what I wanna drink when I sat down. But the tea only comes after 15 mins..... Is drinking tea an offense there?

2. The captains ONLY serve the "good" customers that they can refer to by their names. They serve NO OTHERS or basically I thing they saw NO OTHERS. I thought these kind of attitude only happened 10 years ago in those so-called "big hotel restaurant". They only give nuts to those "good" customers although I saw 2 table of "good" customers scolded them by Chinese foul languages and those captains returned with very fake smiling faces. I felt pity for them!

3. The place is very noisy. They have a lot of private rooms and the noise from those rooms are unbearable. There are terrible Karaoke, shouting & foul noise from these rooms.

4. The restaurant has NO non-smoking area. Is this allowed by law? Their toilet is also smoky. I guess maybe their toilet is shared with the shopping mall.

5. When I paid bill, the captain did NOT say "thank you" at all. He just looked up or to the sides without looking at our table. When he returned our receipt, he just out it onto the table, again without looking and out any "thank you". Does he has a problem? Or is it because I only ate $200 per person?

I don't wanna illustrate more about their very bad service 'cos I think those above are already killing customers. I know NONE of these people and this if the FIRST time I visited this restaurant. But I am very sure it is the last one already. I do hope their management can do something so that their job can still secure in 5 years time!

P.S. The food is OK if you can accept GST and slow dishes. Comparing with its quality, certainly over-priced!area
