It’s a Sunday morning that I just wanted to get a coffee and enjoy some Me time. But this cafe could possibly offer the worst environment among the Pacific Coffee I’ve been. I don’t claim them sharing their own privacy publicly but the environment setup in the cafe is so wrong. What I see is that the cafe, in order to host more guests, sacrifices customers’ comfort. Understand people takes the cafe for various reasons, some use it as the study room, some use it as the place to meet and greet friends, some use it to make friends...whatever reasons, just respect each other (and keep your privacy to your own self). Overall, the cafe is supposed to make it possible through its store environment and service level.

If it’s just a coffee stand, it’s acceptable. It’s a cafe that serves $40 coffee, which is not what people expect for the value, service, and environment provided. I’ve been a loyal members of PC for years and it’s definitely the worst cafe settings I’ve been experienced.
