4/5Is just a how a good satisfying bowl of noodles. Soup good, noodles good, toppings good. Love all the pork intestines, pork belly is devil..All is marinated and cooked good, flavour on point, just right, not too salty or light. Texture perfect, not too soft or hard to chew. And the lo shui is very comfortable to eat lots, herbs flavour not too strong but yet got character.Just the radish got too much fibre skin this time, but is still sweet, flavour all the way inside, yet won’t too soft.
