To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本身係沙田工作,收工後大多數係新城市廣場搵野食,成日見太興都排長龍,都冇咩心機去排,但係今晚心血來潮想食义燒飯,所以都係去左太興排隊,等左數十分鐘有多,終於有位啦~仲係四人卡位tim我地叫左兩個餐,我個個係义燒切雞飯,男友個個係wasabi燒肉飯,隨餐仲有油菜同例湯送义燒切雞飯:义燒好淋,又帶啲甜甜地,好好味。切雞啲肉好滑,啲肉鹹鹹地,唔駛點薑茸都已經好好味,而且用佢地啲豉油撈飯食仲正呀wasabi燒肉飯:起初男友話叫呢個時,我都有點confuse,感覺上覺得怪怪地咁,但係佢堅持要試新野,咪為有唔理佢囉。個飯一落枱,就見到一pat青b b 既野(好怪相呀),跟住男友食左幾啖話好味叫我試下,見佢食得好以好好味咁,就試左一啖。起初第一個感覺係好貢鼻,但啲辣好快就散,燒肉點wasabi,好以點中國式啲芥辣咁(黃色個隻),但比較辣啲啲,男友將啲wasabi汁撈埋飯一起食,仲食晒成碟飯呀。不過啲service冇咩,啲侍應就麻麻啦,要叫佢地加水先至加囉。
