To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the League Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 香港地,太興就同同翠華一樣 ,周圍都有,行幾步就一間行幾步又另一間。雖然太興有好多分店,但係lunch hour排隊既人仍然好多,成日都要等位。某日真係好想食肉餅,於是早左小小出發去排隊食太興1230到店門口等左大約10分鐘就可以入座店員上菜速度十分快,好有效率!叫左鹹蛋肉餅飯d鹹蛋略乾,同肉餅分離左,味道鹹蛋還鹹蛋,肉餅還肉餅,如果味道可以融合d,可能會再好味d。肉餅好juicy,呢一點加分,但係肉餅肥肉既比例有d多,加上白飯份量好多,每次都食到個肚好漲。然後餐飲推薦冰鎮奶茶奶茶十分之絲滑,值得一讚係奶茶同冰係分開,所以d冰溶個陣唔會稀釋溝淡d奶茶味,而係冰封,令到茶味保持濃郁,而且甜度適中,每次黎太興必點呀!埋單$61,lunch黎講食得咁飽我覺得好抵! continue reading

由於上星期錢客人約咗我喺呢度見面,我只係飲咗一杯凍檸茶少少甜,佢就食咗一個雪菜肉絲湯米粉套餐早餐,佢話我知啲湯米粉入邊嘅米粉質感味道非常之好,於是乎我今朝就試吓喇!雪菜肉絲湯米粉早餐包括:雪菜肉絲湯米粉:米粉真係係質感同味道上面都非常之好,肯定不是東莞米粉,也不是超力銀絲米粉,也不是天鵝牌米粉,我都想知邊隻牌子的米粉。雪菜肉絲的雪菜不太鹹,做得幾惹味,唔錯唔錯!牛油多士拼炒滑蛋牛油多士其實係一塊薄方包去咗皮,然之後烘脆,因為質感比較乾少少,所以應該係用多士爐而並非用坦克車爐烘的,餐廳提供一件包裝的牛油仔俾客人自己搽在多士上,雖然塊多士仲係熱熱地,但係我並沒有搽牛油。炒滑蛋質素OK。餐飲凍檸茶少甜原來凍檸茶少甜唔夠少甜,下次要叫少少甜,但係紅茶味香,沒有檸檬皮的苦味,卻有檸檬,唔錯唔錯!埋單$43,貴就係貴咗啲,但係沙田廣場租金昂貴。 continue reading

今日OT 又落大雨 放工攰到都唔知食咩好 就求求其其甘入畫太興甘落雨當然想食返d暖野 一打開menu就俾黎個吸引住胡椒湯魚肚雞鍋(跟爐) 套餐 $93落雨天 一見到胡椒湯就心心眼 黎d天氣真係想暖下腸胃 仲有好補既雞 成個鍋睇落就好吸引 賣相都好靚不過一切都俾佢呃左 係地獄級劣食 成個湯既味道同平時合x道個杯麵既湯底一樣 以甘既價錢食d甘既質素 真係但d雞係滑既 不過全部料都係無咩味 好淡鹹檸水(跟餐) $0雖然俾左半個鹹檸 但成杯野得個鹹字 最多叫做鹽水 continue reading

今早又來到沙田太興吃早餐,未到十時已見人龍,幸好我們只是二人,比較容易找到座位。打開餐牌,又發現早餐價錢又漲價了。現今香港的食店不時暗地裡加一至幾元一款食物,可惜工資一年才加得一次,打工仔確實生活艱難。加價後,餐牌上多了兩款早晨推介,但價錢一點也不便宜。~人氣早餐($40)加了價仍能保持水凖。火腿米粉依然有一條青綠菜心點綴,煎雙蛋多士中規中矩,今早的柑桔蜜似乎淡了一些。~香煎雞扒滑蛋公仔麵 ($42)炒蛋是滑滑的,煎雞扒皮煎得微焦,雞肉不硬,公仔麵煮得恰到好處。雞扒麵的湯頗肥膩,幸好有青菜平衡。個人認為四十元或以上的早餐似乎是貴了一些,今後不會常常來吃了。 continue reading
