To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日同屋企人到訪太興食lunch。估唔到幾多人食，要等一段時間先入得。餐單選擇好多，呢度用QR code落單，夠方便。叫咗幾款食物。燒鵝皮唔脆，味道正常發揮，有d失望。咖喱濃稠度適中，唔辣，味道可以，撈飯一流。梅菜扣肉都唔錯，夠肥，又多油，返去先減肥。食完好口渴，叫埋野飲解吓。凍奶茶夠大杯，味道唔淡，都可以。紅豆冰，小朋友最愛，勁多紅豆粒，但偏硬，野飲夠凍，好鬼正，喜歡。飲完再encore，老少咸宜。

每隔一段日子我都會到這裡吃我最喜歡的雪菜肉絲湯米配太陽蛋拱多士和熱奶茶早餐醒神下🥹。今早返完夜放工又想去幫襯，坐低就即點上面提到的早餐系列，可惜今次卻令我大失所望。首先，雪菜肉𢇁湯米雖然系湯夠熱，雪菜味道理想，但肉絲卻少得不合理，只得3、4條。另外平時的太陽蛋蛋味濃郁，蛋黃超大，今天的太陽蛋蛋黃 size 竟縮了一半🥲，而且煎得過熟，即時胃口減半！好彩奶茶味道依然。希望餐廳今次只是一時失手吧 ！要知道好的食物質素才能留住食客心😎！

早餐嚟左食太興，叫左份方包拼脆皮腸同雪菜米，味道一般就算，上野速度又慢，特別係杯凍鴛鴦，30分鐘都冇上到，野都食晒仲未到，叫左二次催單都仲未到，第一次見過咁垃圾嘅服務！仲要唔係喺繁忙時間都咁慢，難以想像係繁忙時間會點，最後比左杯冰鎮鴛鴦就算，永遠唔會嚟呢間太興，如果你係趕時間就唔建議嚟呢間太興，慢中慢，蝸牛🐌都比佢快！而且價錢又貴、味道一般，唔價
