父親節老公再次挑選李公館與他父親慶祝!首先有涼菜,芥末木耳伴海蜇 (唔太記得個名) 呢碟涼菜幾過隱!杏汁豬肺湯我本身唔鍾愛杏汁味同內臟,所以我無飲過,但我就聞到濃濃既杏汁味,如果喜歡杏汁既人應該好鍾意,我見其他人飲完又要添,再食埋湯渣!古法炆腩翅內有冬菇,火腩,菜,魚頭,魚鮫等,呢個餸較重口味,但魚炆完仲好滑!鮮茄濃湯浸時蔬故明思意記係用濃濃蕃茄湯浸時菜,當日廚師用左津白,超入味,正!冬陰公煮花甲呢個勁喇,個冬陰公仲好味過九龍城某泰菜館,仲有人當湯飲添,加上花甲都好鮮甜及足料唔會好似出面果d咁夾三次先得一粒肉。薯仔蒜片牛柳粒開正我至愛既薯仔,呢度薯仔外面甜甜脆脆,外面有少少似麥芽糖咁,牛粒唔un有牛味,無比甜味蓋過!冰鎮咕嚕肉 (特別版)呢味真係鎮店之寶,帶親朋友黎試都會指定食呢味,有得睇有得食。全部生果,咕嚕肉外面都有層糖然後放落d冰入面,當一口咬落去就感受到外脆內暖,原來仲加左個架隔住怕d冰融左會整淋d肉,真係好細心喔!脆皮牛腩配咖喱汁真係從未試過,牛腩外有一層用漿粉做既皮,咬落去外脆肉淋,牛腩完全黏牙,為左唔嘥咖喱汁,屋企人更要另叫白飯將佢掃清!花彫蛋白蒸蝦球 (雪影藏龍)蛋白蒸
