已經是第二次來吃,環境很舒服,不像一般茶樓、中菜餐廳的噪,感覺很新潮很young。餐牌上的食物各單很吸引,有時可能未必明是什麼,但職員也樂意解釋和介紹時令菜式。我地4人的食量只能叫4-5道菜,但全部食物都各有特色,十分有心思,有fusion嘅感覺,份量不少,每一道菜如薑炒蠔很新鮮,炸牛奶很滑,配上washabi 沙律醬是出奇的好味;冰鎮古魯肉(要預訂)很開胃,有肉、士多啤梨、桔仔、水蜜桃。糖水首推椰子桃膠,好潤! continue reading

Happy Friday 約咗幾個靚女同事食好D,其中一個食過呢間既晚市覺得幾好食就帶我地一齊食。餐廳裝修感覺都幾高級,不過就有少少陳舊。茶燻流心蛋對於之前沒吃過燻蛋的我來說覺得不錯,流心蛋帶著淡淡的煙煄味。不過同事們都說燻味不夠。話梅冰豬手豬手酸酸地,話梅味好出! 豬手爽身~好似食緊骨膠原落肚咁!碧綠活剝蝦餃皇外皮應該混合了菠菜汁之類而變成綠色,食落跟酒樓分別不大,咬開都幾多汁,爽口既! 香煎蘿蔔絲墨魚餅咬開真係感覺到蘿蔔一絲一絲的,味道不俗。脆脆野菌腸入面的脆面食落好爽脆,完全無腍到,菇的份量洽到好處!椒鹽墨魚咀有少少炸蒜舖面,唔算好油,爽口~黑糖蜂巢蜜糖糕個人覺得比較靭,唔夠鬆軟,不過甜度不錯,不會太甜。石鍋鮑汁海鮮燴飯外表和味道都有d似福建炒飯,不過好在佢似係直接用熱石鍋炒,上枱超級熱,仲有d飯焦,不錯。蒜蓉炒豆苗味道正常,不過太細碟了。。。感覺唔太扺薑茶湯丸薑茶底薑味非常重,夠辣!湯丸是芝麻餡,正常水平。原蝦鮑螺片燒賣皇唔夠分無食到,不過外型都靚仔,大大粒。 continue reading

通常話去xx公館食飯,心諗又要破財啦⋯⋯價錢一定好貴,但經過今晚的一餐,我終於改觀左😂⋯⋯這間公館系灣仔和銅鑼灣地鐵站中間點,比較有些不方便,不過為我食,無計啦😉不過其實都有好多巴士都經過呀伙記好有心思,雖然安排坐在大廳,但枱旁邊有幾塊大透明玻璃鏡包圍住,自成一格⋯⋯好好!坐得好舒服,我遟左去,無得食前菜😔⋯⋯唯有主力食主菜補番數🤪⋯⋯叫左老火例湯,話明老火,一定夠火喉👍👍⋯⋯話梅冷盤蝦,咸咸濕濕,主角🦐⋯⋯爽呀,彈牙又大隻!紅燒野茵金磚豆腐...值得推介,滑,野味⋯⋯在豆腐面鋪上一層好特別東西,😋😋⋯⋯疊曡煎藕餅,原來藕餅可以長方形呀⋯⋯打破傳統,好似玩緊層層曡😂⋯⋯最特別原來甜品免費!絕對唔孤寒!有成六七種任君選擇擇,有奶凍,桃膠,湯丸,蓮蓉焗布甸,芒果布甸等等,一班朋友這樣就過左開開心心的一晚👏🏻👏🏻 continue reading

今日一家大細一起出去食飯,揀來揀去,揀左呢間李公館,聽講老少鹹宜。訂左張臺,點左茶香燻流心蛋、脆皮茶香雞、石鍋通菜豬頸肉、等好幾個菜。其中茶香燻流心蛋系評價最高噶。成家人食完都話蛋白好滑,蛋黃好入味,所以又再點左一份。除左出品唔錯,環境都幾好,唔會好吵,服務態度都唔錯。適合一家大細去食個飯。 continue reading

今次已經第3次黎李公館,依舊有驚喜!今次師父生日所以黎佢黎試下菜,結果個個都好滿意,仲話一定要番黎再食😎今晚4個人叫左好多野,滿載而歸🤪1)蒜香蝦蒸糯米飯依個飯第一次食,上菜後睇落無咩汁都幾乾身,但一食係有驚喜,蒜香味岩岩好,好夠咪食唔停口,要一次!2)冰鎮咕嚕肉呢個咕嚕肉真係必叫,因為除咗咕嚕肉之外其他嘅配菜包括冰士多啤梨,冰桃, 冰蕃茄都好好食!真係每一次都一定要叫! ! !3) 青芥末青瓜墨魚柳呢一個餸好似沙律,仲有啲Wasabi非常好食。食完好開胃而且好新鮮,下次都係要encore! continue reading
