I have been coming to Dynasty ever since I was a little kid! I order this one all the time: the soup is flavorful without being too salty, and the abalone pieces are chewy and just so good. The dumpling is stuffed with meat and shrimp and a couple of other things, and also compliments the soup really well. I tend to drink a bit of the soup by itself, and then breaking the dumpling and have the two together.

Another one of my favorites...the batter isn't overly thick, and again, there is plenty of stuffing inside. The meat and taro is so velvety smooth and goes so well together...just so so good. Even though its fried, it doesn't feel greasy either.

Again, even though this dish is fried, it is so light and tasty. Not too salty, and the fish is extremely tender and moist.

I don't tend to eat the beef balls at dimsum, but we order this all the time too and my parents seem to enjoy it a lot.

So goood. You really can't go wrong with their dimsum. Good stuffing to rice ratio, served hot, what more can you ask for?

Now whats dimsum without ha gao? This is another thing we order everytime. The shrimp is plump and big, and the dumpling skin isn't too thick either. Yum.

Bbq pork bun!! Another staple dimsum food. The pork is juicy and the buns are soft and fluffy. Its not overly dry, but just perfect.

Some people find eating chicken feet really gross, but I LOVE IT..and dynasty makes this really well too.

There are also other things we usually order, like the pan-fried rice rolls with the hoisin/sesame sauce, or the steamed rice rolls with soy sauce, or even pan-fried radish cake...and they're all really good.

For dessert we usually go with the tofu flower, mini baked egg tarts, or the deep fried egg fritters drizzled with honey. The mango pomelo sago is also really good, as well as the mango pudding.

If you can't already tell, pretty much everything you order here can't be that bad

The service is also really good. They exchange your plates often so you don't end up with dirty and overly saucy plates. The tea is also hot and yummy (we usually order 鐵觀音/iron buddha).

This restaurant is pretty big and spacious, but even when its full it isn't overly loud. You can still have decent conversations with the rest of the table without going deaf like at some other dimsum places in hk...
Although it isn't the cheapest, you do get what you pay for
