Went there for Sunday brunch with a bunch of friends. Went there few years ago when t was still in its old address. It is a big restaurant, very roomy with homey decoration but the service was terribly bad! There were ten of us and we were not in a rush at all.I ordered ice lemon tea and the waiter brought me a cold one. I said to him that I ordered ice lemon tea. Can you believe that he fancied argue with me saing 'no, you ordered a hot one', as if it was a mistake! Ok, perhaps there was
I ordered ice lemon tea and the waiter brought me a cold one. I said to him that I ordered ice lemon tea. Can you believe that he fancied argue with me saing 'no, you ordered a hot one', as if it was a mistake! Ok, perhaps there was a mis-communication but at least apologised first. Don't they know the customer is always right?
Anyway, sat for a long while before we ordered any food. Didn't bring us any bread but I saw other tables got some even though they just arrived.
We didn't complain at all as it was Sunday, it seemed to be only 2 waiters there. I ordered the vegetarian breakfast which had 2 poached eggs (they were the most disgusting eggs I have ever tasted, don't ask me why cos' I didn't finish them), a piece of soggy harsh brown (even McDonald's would be better), some baked beans, a few piece of toasts and steamed spinach. Really nothing special. It was just bad.
I will never go back ever again. Oh by the way I knew their service would be bad cos' it was as bad when I went there the first time.
