To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這家麵包店，主要推廣做無添加麵包，吸引顧客除了健康，當然要味道好。平時經過客人不多，可能價錢比較貴，今次有消費券，就買來試下。優點-現場做。改善點- 話系無添加，系眯所有麵包？最好有認證證明，賣咁高價錢同食落普通質數的話，覺得吾值得咁貴。- 員工衛生意識一定要改善，見到一個員工拿起勞工手套準備放麵包入焗爐，跌左一隻落地再踩一腳，入完爐就順手執返上不鏽鋼檯面品穀吐司三片（$26）- 挑選哩個因為系佢地主打的健康首選,包裝上寫有小麥麵粉，十種穀物（阿麻籽，黑白芝麻，黎麥等),酵母，百花蜜等做成。外貌 - 好像一般厚多士 - 睇得到裡面有好多種穀物。口感軟綿，穀物吾拮口，但食落吾覺得有特別香味，如果有芝麻的話，就真系食吾到香味嘍。肉貴捲（$26）-外型比普通見的大，打開見到裡面有肉桂粉同核桃，但食落就吾夠肉桂味，核桃更系無味，麵包同一般肉桂捲吾乜突出
