To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間麵包店間唔中都有人介紹，不過好少機會試，咁啱今日有時間，就過去睇下啦！可能因為已經七點幾，所以去到有好多款包都賣晒，咁就選擇兩款先啦。開心果瑪德蓮細細一個賣$26，價錢黎講真係有d貴，不過佢貴得黎唔係好香開心果味，開心果碎係淋既，入面既開心果內餡係甜得黎唔濃味，如果鍾意開心果嘅就唔使嘥錢買啦。美式皇家伯爵鬆餅相比起開心果瑪德蓮，呢個鬆餅感覺好好多，食落去都有伯爵茶嘅味道，不過牛油味就欠奉啦，好普通嘅一個鬆餅

建議：如果純粹想試下新系列，又無位食哂兩款。可以直接試奶茶撻，因為兩款餡味道相同，只係夾層同質感唔同☕作為#奶茶控 嘅#試伏專員 K君，尋晚碌到#品穀 今日出新系列ー#港式奶茶 已經心心眼🤎 再漏夜開心Share埋比其他香港同日本分部 嘅試伏專員知。為左準備今日一戰，今焦早餐仲突登食少啲迎接下午12:30出爐😎 大概1點去到#荃灣西品穀 ，本身諗住會好似出開心果系列甘一出就賣曬，不過聽到舖頭不斷有出爐聲就知，今次可以放心買🤎今次試左：▫️港式奶茶撻 HK$30之前係灣仔店買過#布丁撻 (錫紙兜款)，食完係失望嘅🫣 因為食落又唔曲奇皮又唔酥皮嘅口感唔係岩口味，而且無咩蛋味同食落好實淨🙈所以今次知會出撻都有定心理準備～不過身為奶茶忠粉就當然會照#試伏 ，價錢都無睇就直接夾完比錢😆🧈以撻嚟講整體唔差食落有驚喜，夾層係曲奇底＞麻糬＞蛋糕片＞奶茶餡＞朱古力脆。產品名無寫係#麻糬撻 而可能太早去，舖頭連張poster 都未癡出嚟😆 所以食前完全無預期會食到麻糬～曲奇餅皮食落夠脆，如果加番啲佛手柑，就直頭喺平時食開嘅品穀伯爵茶曲奇(大推～😎) ☕以#港式奶茶 做賣點，就有少少失望🤔 雖然食得出係溝過粗幼茶嘅味道，但會講係濃紅茶多過港式奶茶，而且內餡味道偏甜。🍫有食過品穀嘅蛋糕就對朱古力脆唔會陌生，保持一貫水準，夠脆而且朱古力味夠濃；可惜配奶茶吉士餡就甜上加甜，奶茶味更加唔突出🤔▪️港式奶茶包 HK$26麵包嘅質感一貫水準，面層配上朱古力脆粒，雖然豐富咗口感，不過感覺同港式奶茶唔夠Friend🤔 奶茶餡同撻嘅內餡一樣，只係質感軟身啲，再Creamy啲，但都係偏甜🙈✨小提醒：1️⃣奶茶撻夾起時，曲奇邊較易碎，揀定就唔好又放番入櫃，將心比心～夾時都要留意底紙可能癡唔實，所以慢慢夾就🆗😌2️⃣如果直接拎起奶茶包，食到一半啲餡會好易流到成手都係😆 所以最好係入袋/預備定紙巾墊一墊。3️⃣荃灣西店外有枱櫈🪑可以買完即食，都幾方便😌✨每間舖頭各有長短，如果要舖頭VS好似無咩意義。暫時嘅品穀大推品有：甜品類ー原個蛋糕🎂、件裝蛋糕🍰 烘焙類ー茶味曲奇🍪、牛角包類🥐 同芋泥小盒💜 都係#試伏專員 回購得最多嘅款式😋

Honestly i dont have much comment on the taste of the bread! Not bad but i do agree its over priced for this quality! But what i couldnt stand is the bad service and attitude of the staff there! Extremely rude and disrespectful dont even look like they want to work there.The girls at the cashier was only talking with each other the whole time when asked about a certain product that i could not find i went and asked one of the girls at the cashier if they have the certain product she glared at me wirh a”are you stupid glare” and said “har cant you see its over there! 👉🏻 i felt disrespectfed and her attitude was extremely rude I suggest they need to provide proper training again the staff’s attitude will just worsen the business

服務員態度非常惡劣，我和朋友外賣一人一個麵包，然後一起付款。收銀員把兩個麵包放入同一紙袋。要求分開紙袋放。店員說分開紙袋要付費。最後把另一個用三角紙卷起，黑著臉給我。
