To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前去完日本返到嚟都冇食一排日本野食日本野就好似上癮咁冇食一排就一定會心思思想食番啲刺身壽司同埋日式料理所以今晚就豪D book咗殿。大喜屋去解下呢個口癮時間未去到六點餐廳樓下已經人山人海估唔到依家食放題都要排晒長龍咁入場其實一入到去已經比去過任食雪糕吧吸引住不過始終壽司刺身一件都未食就即刻食雪糕都幾奇怪所以一坐低就即刻攞起個壽司同刺身系咁點因為我最鍾意就係食蝦所以一嚟到就狂點蝦每隻蝦大大隻而且剝晒殼啖啖肉好快就食完一隻一隻又一隻咁樣擺入口之後無意中比我發現左呢款啤酒蝦用上酸甜嘅汁弄成蝦球每一隻都好彈牙所以呢個餸係encore左好多次之後必食嘅燒羊架肉味濃郁不單止 而且肉質好軟淋兩三啖已經會KO一件另外呢款沖繩刺身亦都好正唔單止有沖繩特產海葡萄仲有鱆紅魚薄切刺身燒和牛片亦都係必食嘅推介因為每一碟都係即叫即燒和牛味濃郁非常最後就梗係主攻甜品區同埋生果區仲有我雖然已久嘅任食雪糕吧今晚食咗成四杯雪糕我諗淨係食雪糕其實都差唔多會左一半本了
