Tried their homemade siumai at the Sai Kung shop many times before and it was fascinating. Needed a siumai fix and stumbled across the Shek Kip Mei branch. The siumai was either overcooked or had been mixed with too much flour which was too soft and not chewy. Seasoning was on point and still matched well with their chili oil. However the fish paste with lettuce was a total bummer. Lots of fish paste inside but it was so fishy and mushy. Even swimming the fish paste in the chili sauce wouldn't be able to cover the unpleasant flavor.
