To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食下午茶已經成為我既習慣,不論是平日或週末,差不多時間總要吃一點東西才安樂。是日下午茶食中菜,地點美心皇宮。人家食下午茶多是吃點輕食,我就剛剛相反,點的除了有蝦餃、腸粉等點心外,還要沙彊雞腳同埋什菌牛柳條,邊有人咁樣食下午茶架?!對蝦敏感的我沒有食蝦餃,不過單見賣相是幾精瑩,幾吸引的。一食友的評語是皮簿、蝦幾新鮮,但香油放得太多。叫春風得意腸,其實點既時間唔知係咩餡料,端上來時才知原來是類似炸兩之類既物體。佢同炸兩有些少唔同,在油炸鬼裡頭還有黠紅蘿蔔絲、菜絲等,吃落更有層次感,呢味不錯。沙彊雞腳,無特別之處,唯沙彊既醬汁過咸;什菌牛柳條,牛柳幾嫩口,味道卻不夠,雞脾菇呀冬菇呀都好普通,蘑菇都應是罐頭,未有驚喜。食物除左腸粉較有新鮮感外,其餘都是平平無奇,又算唔得上差,典型大集團的出品。
