To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上星期同屋企人去咗德福廣場嘅美心皇宮飲茶,感覺真係好正!一入去就見到點心車慢慢行過嚟,車上面嘅點心牌一目了然,望到有咩好食即刻心動。點心姐姐好親切,會主動問你想唔想試車上嘅點心,仲會幫你拎碟同蓋印仔!必點當然係蝦餃,皮薄得嚟唔易爛,蝦肉彈牙鮮甜,一口一粒真係滿足到爆。不過蝦餃唔係跟車出,要寫點心紙先有,略為麻煩但值得等。其他點心如燒賣同叉燒包都好食,燒賣夠juicy,叉燒包鬆軟香甜。環境乾淨企理,服務態度唔錯,價錢大約每人$70-$80,早餐黎講真係抵食。!

飲過幾次早茶,不過不失,第一次食晚市,差到一個點,真係無下次,如果可以,真係連第一次都唔想黎!book左星期五晚7點半食飯,裡面客人唔算多,原意係諗住屋企人簡單食一餐飯,order 5個餸,4個餸都話無,話全部賣曬。嗌個芋頭鴨,話賣曬,唔緊要,嗌碟豆腐都係無,嗌蝦都係賣曬,淨係得蝦球,明,急凍阿嘛,食個青菜,又話無金銀蛋,只可以上湯煮。老老實實,唔係見出邊落雨,真係想走人!求其嗌左幾個,上到黎既菜色都係唔得燒味拼盤係凍既,叉燒係鞋到咬唔到,我直頭吞都吞唔落,仲衰過我係街市買,燒腩仔送到黎d皮係淋既,仲要係我比多20蚊轉既咕嚕肉普普通通,送上黎唔係熱既,不過至少比燒味暖,我係咪應該偷笑上湯莧菜,姐係普通烚菜,正常味道香芒脆蝦球,起碼送上黎係熱既,味道就係普通的沙律炸蝦球,但相比起以上個幾碟,已經算係今日之最人生第一次打食評就奉獻左係度,我唔知其他人係點,亦都可能係得我唔好彩,但我一定絕對唔會再幫襯,反正睇佢客人都唔多,執左佢轉其他食肆仲好過la🙂

美心皇宮的吸引點之一一定係點心車飲茶,坐係度望下望下,見點心車行近就自然地瞄著點心車前的點心牌看看有甚麼心頭好點心姐姐又左望右望,望望那位客人要點心有時又會主動問客人要唔要車上的點心睇啱便揮動一下點心卡,叫出想食的點心點心姐姐聽到後便停車,送上點心,並在卡上吸印仔,成件事有互動,充滿儀式感,很有趣我而家飲茶必食蝦餃。少時家貧,到酒樓只能享用小點點心,但眼見鄰枱食蝦餃,總是很想食,呢種渴求漸漸變了我心內無底的心靈需求。第一次食蝦餃,已是成年時,我到酒樓自費一籠蝦餃,不想與人分享,一粒接一粒的放入口,很滿足。之後,我逢飲茶,都必叫蝦餃出場。美心的蝦餃,皮厚薄適中,夾起時不易穿爛,蝦肉結實爽彈,一口一粒,人生一樂事。提一提,美心蝦餃不是隨便跟車出場的,佢都算大牌,通常要客人寫點心紙邀請佢出場先會遇見。

去了九龍灣與家人食美心皇宮食晚飯點了個乳豬三併$228,菠蘿咕嚕肉$138元&海味雜菜煲138元乳豬和白切雞是ok的,但义燒是冰凍硬實的,味道也很一般。海味雜菜煲味道和份量正常, 菠蘿咕嚕肉份量就偏少,但味道都算好食。只能說,成在小菜,但敗在燒味!!!!!!!! 另外,人手十分不足,侍應只有3人,我對着侍應輝手示意點菜,侍應2次竟然對住我掉頭走,我還以為是去了美心MX!!!服務真的極需改善!!!!!!

九龍灣 美心皇宮大酒樓,收$18一位茶錢。鐵觀音茶包,啲茶一浸紙味。收$18一位茶,應該可以俾到茶葉。咁大間集團,冇理由做唔到!唔好怪香港人北上消費,係本地餐廳冇做好啲,留唔住啲客!
