踏入12月,飯局開始多了,朋友紛紛約食飯。今晚來到尖沙咀一間樓上西餐廳,tasting menu值得一試。日本麵豉帶子薄片配鮮蝦肉帶子口感很滑,蝦肉彈牙,麵豉醬味道適中,唔會太鹹,食落似有酒香。松露煮日本年糕年糕煙韌,以黑松露,洋蔥和蔥煮成醬汁,入口鹹香,醬汁質地唔會太濃,食後又唔會膩。焗連殼食法國田螺田螺殼原來係餅底,殼微脆,田螺鋪滿香草,味道濃郁,薯仔邊有啲硬嘅口感,裏面食到粒粒薯仔。黑松露蘑菇湯黑松露味道濃郁,仲保留了粒粒的蘑菇。蘆筍蟹肉湯入口有淡淡的蘆筍味,湯中蟹肉都幾多,啖啖都食到蟹肉,味道甘甜。鮮鱸魚柳酸甜香草汁鱸魚口感紮實,胡椒粒和香草汁混埋,會有啲酸甜和辣的味道。橡果級黑毛豬肉店員建議先食巴西葉和菠蘿,清清味蕾,菠蘿清甜冇渣,巴西葉有種特別的香氣,再食橡果級黑毛豬肉。黑毛豬肉質結實,肉味濃郁,帶有油分。砵酒燴法國鴨髀車厘茄和洋蔥鮮甜,蘑菇嫩滑,吸了濃稠的醬汁,酒和洋蔥中和了鴨髀的鹹香,鴨髀肉都幾滑。精選甜品蛋糕有兩層,一層是tiramisu,一層是朱古力蛋糕。店員服務態度不錯,松露煮日本年糕和蘆筍蟹肉湯令我印象深刻。📍 CHEF STAGE de Eddy Chu (尖
